My stay was very good. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and it way exceeded our expectations. The pool was small but we had it to ourselves so that was nice. The outside of the hotel looked a little unkept but inside was amazing! I think it was probably just an older building.

My wife & I found everything to be perfect. The location is supper for catching planes and for getting air shipments from Air Cargo.

For us coming from BC to catch a plane the location of the hotel is very convenient. As you can see from above we were very satisfied with everything the hotel had to offer. Not mentioned above is the shuttle to the airport. We found it to be very convenient & very well run. Drop off & pick up was super. The restaurant & the bar was very good.

The hotel is very , very convenient to the airport. In particular the airport overseas receiving buildings.

The hotel was decent. They have the Sleep Number bed, which I determined I don't care for during my stay here; personal preference, I know, as many people seem to like it. The bathroom was very small - the door barely cleared the toilet and unless you want it banging against your leg while in there it needs to be closed - and you have to step all the […] way in between the toilet and sink to close the door. The patio door was next to impossible to open, and I had to open it a crack (even in December in Calgary) because there was something wrong with the thermostat in the room and it was sweltering hot. On the plus side, the TV didn't have that annoying hotel menu that hotels seem to like and it had wired internet that was actually a pretty decent speed; probably the best internet connection I've had in a hotel in the last year. The room was a double with queen sleep number beds. One of the remotes for the bed did not work properly. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and remained dirty for our entire stay(4 days). The bathtub was not clean when we arrived. One of the table lamps electrical cord was repaired with wire caps and black tape. The room itself was cramped no fridge. Hotel […] amenities were OK. The pool was adequate as was the hot tub. The supply of towels for the pool was lacking , we had to ask for towels everytime we went swimming The restaurant was expensive with a limited menu and the food was not that great ,we ate elsewhere alot. Overall for business travel this hotel is good but for families I would not recomend this hotel. Les mer

I found the staff great and room clean with great TV and bed. I was greeted with a smile and checked out with a smile, looks like front desk like there job!

The first thing I noticed about my room after my check-in was that it was not very warm. This was the first real cold day of winter with the temperature in the minus teens and there was a cold wind blowing from the north. My room faced north and there was a cold draft going through my room. I raised the heat up to 22C but it still did not warm the room […] that much. Maybe it felt warm for a few minutes right after the fan came on but when it shut off, it didn't take long for it to be cold again. I also was not too impressed with the breakfast I had in my room in the morning. I was expecting a 'traditional' breakfast of eggs, sausages, hashbrowns and toast. What I got were two eggs, two small sausages, and hash browns which were covered with sour cream and green onions and the toast. And when all the charges were added up for this, the cost was almost $20. I doubt that I will ever return to this hotel. Les mer

The hotel seems a little worn out. My room wasok, but my shower was terrible. It was either very hot or very cold.

Raddison Hotel Calgary OUR STAY WAS VERY GOOD WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED , STAFF WERE PLEASENT AND VERY HELPFULL WOULD CONSIDER STAYING AGAIN WHEN WE ARE IN CALGARY NEXT TIME . THANK YOU . THOUGH A GOOD DISTANCE FROM AIRPORT , SHUTTLE PROVIDED WAS VERY HELPFULL TO AND FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT AND BACK

In almost all ways the accomodation came up to our expectations. The only criticism could be that the air conditioner made enough noise that we turned it off. This should be tempered by the fact that we do not have one in our bedroom at home so it stood out.

We got a sale deal and it was worth the price. The hotel was quiet a distance from the airport but still accessible to downtown and some eateries nearby. The hotel itself had no decent eateries for families and that gift shop was highway robbery! We just stayed the night so it worked for us.

The hotel was easy to find in a nice area. The hotel was pleasantly decorated. The only problem was that the toilet was broken but it was promptly fixed.

if you book a room with hotels.com, make sure you check the amounts of beds. I did some online reservations for 2 adults and a 6 year old. at the hotel, the room had only one bed. the manager arranged a room change for free. just want to let you know.

The adjustable air bed was nice and easy to use. This is the first time we tried one and really like it.

We arrived after a transatlantic flight and firstly the hotel was not convenient to the airport. When we checked in we were on the third floor and the lift was broken, not happy having to carry suitcases up and down the stairs. That night when we went to bed there was alot of noise on the corridors, it was like a party outside our room, they might as […] well have been in the room with us for the amount of sleep we got. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. I would probably rate this stay as one of the worst ever. Les mer

Clean, comfortable and quiet - 10 minutes from the airport, right off the main highway. If you like Thai food, check out the White Elephant restaurant in the nearby Best Western hotel...it's fabulous!

Nice rooms and overall hotel condition. The special sleep bed with comfort adjustments was a nice touch.

The hotel was fine and very nice, but our sleep number bed was broken on one side, so it was way way too soft. I just sunk in and it was very uncomfortable. Stay at this hotel, but don't get a sleep number bed.

Room does small with 2 queen beds and furniture was old but it was clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location has convenience and staff arranged a room on the main floor and at the end of the hallway as request because I had my dog with me. It was easy to let my puppy going in/ out the room and there was less disturbance for my dog. There […] has a lot of free parking but the charge for pet was expensive ($ 25). Les mer

Terrible hotel in bad repair. Room very uncomfortable and SMALL! Couldn't even fit a playpen in to the room. It's just one of the worst hotels we have ever tried to stay in, and we ended up leaving and didn't even stay one night. Steer clear of this hotel.

Sleeping number bed is not comfortable at all. I woke up at night with back pain and had to change the settings and i can feel the bed is sloped towards to the center. someone down the hallway were really noisy and called front desk, after almost 30 mins, the noise gone but came back in the morning. If you are not a morning person, someone else showering […] in other room might affect you sleep. You can hear huge water running noise comes from your washroom due to other people use their shower in a different room. reasonable size room and it's clean. The handle on the tub spout is missing, i have to grab it with towel and use a lot force to pull it out. overall, i don't think i will go back to this hotel in the future. Les mer

The website says the pool and spa are closed for renovation and a few other public areas. This shld include the rooms, on our table was a letter with a list of the things in the room that will be repaired in the future like the balcony sliding door that didnt open, the bathroom was kindof dirty. I think the rooms should be drastically reduced in price […] or not rented until fixed. Les mer

We spended our long weekend there and staff was great and very helpful. Would have been great if pool was open which is under renovation right now. Overall we had a great experience, and will recommend it to others.

Restauarant had refrigeration problems and therefore limited menu. Not much in the neighborhood but there was a Dennys that was OK. It took an incredible amount of time to get hot water on the 9th floor - apparently the property was built without hotwater circulators to the higher floors - big waste of water.

Nice hotel close to the airport and for seeing the surrounding areas. Not too far to visit the dinosaur museum in Drumheller, the Olympic winter games site to the west of the city, and the lovely parks of downtown Calgary by the river. Malls nearby with restaurants and most stores for shopping.

Service excellent - very comfortable and sorted out our problem of a extra person- no worries. Dining room was excellent - service food and value. recommended.

Our stay was pleasant & staff went out of their way to help. Location was superb - not as close to the Airport as one would assume based on the description, but every room has a balcony with sliding doors- nice to be able to let in the outside air! It is located on a busy highway, but the traffic subsides to almost nil after about 10pm. We found it […] wasn't a problem, even with leaving the sliding door open at night. Hotel has been modernized but still needs alot of work. Lobby is gorgeous! Shower gave minimal pressure and adjustable shower head was not adjustable. Coffee maker plug kept falling out of the plug-in. Requested fibre-fill pillows- were lumpy . old & uncomfortable.Sleep number bed was good for my husband but I wouldn't buy one based on my sleeps.( This was the reason we chose this hotel.) These were only minor annoyances in the overall stay. Room service gave us spaghetti & meat sauce even tho' it was not on any of their menus. My hamburger was not very good - very dry & a weird tasting marinade sauce???Very expensive. All in all, I would stay there again, but only for the view from our window facing south(front of hotel) . You could see the skyline of downtown, alot of green space, the Saddledome, the mountains when it was clear- alot better than looking out & seeing a parking lot & a bunch of industrial buildings like you see from many other of "Airport Hotels" . The public areas of the hotel are very nice. the front desk staff was friendly and professional. my room had not been cleaned well in a long time. the floor, walls in the bathroom were dirty. the bathtub did not drain and the surface was stained and mildewy. hallway was always full of dirty dishes. the neighbourhood was a bit questionable, but i had […] no problems. the hotel's proximity to deerfoot trail and 16th ave makes it a practical place to stay. the price of this room should, at minimum, guarantee the guest a clean room. I found it funny that they call this hotel the radisson calgary airport hotel because it took us about 20 minutes in a cab to get there from the airport.The room was ok. typical of a 3 star hotel. Overlooked a huge empty car park with a bottle shop plonked in the middle of it. It started with the room it was to hot (AC) was cool and Raining out doors Tv not working (was upgraded next day) that room hot Need to fix that tv too (did that my self) All in all from 10 given a 5 for the nice staff

the hotel service was very good. We arrived tired from Ireland after a long day of travelling. The bus arrived at the airport (courtesy) very promptly. We ate there that night and it was good with good service. Sadly, our room was veryn average. Ground floor, noisy and near a kitchen/boiler which buzzed all night. We told the hotel staff next morning […] as we were just too tired on the night and they were very nice and promised to put us in a ncier room when we return in a few weeks. We trus them to do so.
