From now on, I will always go inspect the room prior to unloading my entire car. This hotel was TERRIBLE and super unclean. Food on the floor, urine on the toilet in the bathroom, the tub was green with mold, the microwave was filthy. And to top it off, there was cat urine, possibly human urine, in the bed. This hotel is disgusting! The neighborhood and people seemed shady. The floors were sticky and filthy. I had to walk around w shoes on the whole time, otherwise my feet would have been black. The room was falling apart and super tiny. When I first arrived I had to wait 10 mins before I was greeted by a human. This hotel is disgusting!

Upon check in the attendant said our room had just beem cleaned. When first opening the door we found dirty q-tips in the floor, under the beds were nothing but trash, the bathroom tub area had something black on them. Ok, worst hotel ever. I haven't experienced anything like this. I was terrified the whole night. The creeps at the hotel were out being weird and not to mention how dirty the room was. The floors were dirty and the bed was well past it's prime. The neighbors were a little sketchy and you only noticed because they kept the door open to their room and kept the party going until 2am. I was only staying one night so no big deal for me but wouldn't have wanted to have that be the hotel I came with family for a disney vacation.

Dirty, the pool is cold even tho they say it has hot water. carpet dirty and no room service or house keeping... I came from the park really tire with family and the door keys were not working because they employee that programmed the card did not set it uo right. we were outside freezing for almost a hour. The bathroom door was so dirty it needs to be repainted! The bathtub paint was chipping away around the wall. We got to the room and there was no remote. Front Desk said they would bring it and never did ended up having to go get it the next morning. We stayed for 2 days and the after the 1st day they didn't come in and make up the beds or switch out […] the towels. The exterior of the hotel is nice and if they would incorporate that into their rooms it wouldn't look as misleading! Les mer

I was very comfortable in my room, except for the following:1) A maintenance man knocked on my door to put a sticker on my phone and test the fire alarms. I did not appreciate that, with everything you hear on the news about intrusions. I was only there a few hours, why couldn't he have done it before I arrived or after I left? 2) I asked for a wake […] up call at 6 am, and that call did not come in until 7am. Did they not change to daylight savings time? 3) There was a cockroach in my bathroom, and the toilet and shower were both dirty. The toilet was dirty on the bowl behind the toilet seat, as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. This was absolutly the worst place I have ever paid to stay at. The room was filthy. What pieces of furnature were in there looked like they were taken from the dump. The refridgerator was slightly bigger than a cooler and did not work properly. There is no service at all. I had to ask for clean towels but could only get them if I brought the dirty […] ones to the front desk first. And on top of that the staff was far from polite. Les mer

The room I booked was suppose to have 2 beds but according to the seemingly uncaring staff they over booked the entire weekend and then on top of that the second night our room key didn't work so had to Call an800 number them wait for someone to let us in the room the shower was covered in fungus and mold never gonna stay here again

I stayed there BC I prepaid and knew I wouldn't get my money back. Everything from the front desk clerk to room was awful. Wouldn't recommend.

I booked this room as a mobile special. I checked in late and went to bed. The sheets were dirty, and the room smelled and was filthy. I was too tired to complain. The next day after I did say something, they obviously put some effort and the status was elevated from filthy to just dirty. They came to shampoo the carpet, but I was still in the room, […] they said they would come back, but never did. When the maids do come in, they swap out towels and maybe vacuum and mop, but the kitchen cabinets and walls have not been wiped down in about 10 years. Les mer

The hotel is ok if you stay there short term. It's seem like most of the people that stay there was mostly extended stay type and they do get loud and noisy at time. I been woken up in the middle of the night a few time and almost check out to another hotel. But I don't like moving around so I stick it out. The room and actually the place needs some maintenance. The tile in the bathroom was loose, the carpet could use some steam cleaning. We stayed at a "non-smoking" room but it smelled like cigarette smoke. On the way to our room, we took the stairs and there was a big trash can by the stairs which was full of trash which was there the whole two days […] we were there. Les mer

We arrived 1 hour before check in time but that was overlooked by the very nice gentleman working the front desk, check in was quick and painless and the staff member was descriptive about our room location. when entering our room there was a bed, linens were clean, a very nice samsung flatscreen TV on the wall, same as the one i have in my bedroom […] at home actually, plenty of channels including HBO, there was wireless internet but our signal was very weak, but you could grab it sometimes. there was a kitchenette, 2 ring electric stove top, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, sink, small worktop, there was also a kitchen cupboard with 2 of each flatware, plus cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups, chopping board and a coffeemaker. washing up liquid dishcloth and dish flannel. the bathroom had a shower only but plenty of clean towels flannels, toothpaste shampoo and soap, toilet,, sink, no storage in the bathroom except for a small stainless steel shelf but we managed. there was a 3 drawer chest in the bedroom, a small dinette set, table 2 chairs. and also an ac unit that worked fine. they have a clean looking pool which i didnt use, the surroundings were clean but not really walking distance to major attractions, but where is in fla, you need to drive to most places eh. there are some permanent residents there, which i think is a good thing. okay, so how was it? well, we stayed for just one night, we used the kitchenette 3 times and everything worked just fine, the fridge was clean and worked, the 2 showers i had were just fine, nice temperature and very wet, good water pressure, the toilet was clean and the seat didnt slide around, the plug in the sink worked but i couldnt get it out!, had to use the edge of a comb to prise it up after i shaved. the bed was comfy, the tv was great. Now the bad, not much bad actually, there were NO bugs in the bathroom or in the bedroom, i lift the mattress up and check in hotels and i check the bedding and behind the toile Les mer

The hotel wasn't luxurious, but I though it was pretty clean, I remember smelling a light scent of bleach when I first got in the room. The ac was nice and cold. They had a very decent size plasma tv on tha wall. Over all I had a good stay.

The hotel is wonderfully situated- very close to the turnpike, and very close to the major Orlando attractions. The rooms were fine, nothing fancy- but for the price and location, it was a good deal. I don't think that I would stay there again because it did not feel very clean or nice - but, as I said before, it was fine.

It started by me showing for check in at 6pm. They did not have any rooms available. Said they only had one housekeeper on duty. Told me it would be at least 1 hour before a room was ready. I started to call to see if I could get another room. I found one and went back in the office to have room cancelled. The desk clerk said I would have to take it […] up wih Hotels.com. I started to call customer service then miraculously came up with a room. Got checked in by 7pm. Finally. No Internet. Broken. No ice in ice machine. The room that was allocated to us, was having issues with the toilet. We reached the hot3l around 3:30 pm and the receptionist told us that the room was not working. The only other room that was available was a Room with a single Queen bed. And it was very inconvenient to spend the night , 4 of us in a small quenn bed. Aweful expericence . Its right off the turnpike and close to all the other major highways, making getting around very easy. The hotel itself was clean with very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was as expected and considering price very good. We stayed for 7 nights and would use the same hotel again. Have been in Hotels in Orlando and paid more and received less. We come to Orlando Florida each winter for 3-4 months so we have experience of accommodation.

The hotel was in a seedy looking part of the town near the interrnational airport. We barely got there in time to ge in our room. As we were cjhecking into our room the desk person was telling us that they closed at 11:00 (it was around 10:00) the room it self was not very clean. Looked like it had not been used in awhile. There was black mold growing […] on the shower head in the bathroom, the furniture was old and battered looking like it had been beat up on. Very unsafe feeling to the point I took a gun from my car inside for protection and after I locked the door I pulled a chair up under the door knob. It is sad to say that eery year the rooms and services for the so called cheap brand names hotels decrease. When you find a good deal online, doesn't mean you'll receive a poor service and awful rooms. The bathroom was dirty, the kitchen has broken door on the cabinet, furniture is so old. Anyway, not a good experience at all.
