"Valuta for pengene"
Relativt nytt sted. Rommet var rent og pent med gode kokemuligheter, kjøleskap, strykebrett osv. Litt langt å gå til nærmeste spisested/dagligvarer, må ha bil.

"Very clean and cozy!"
My stay here was very restful and enjoyable. The bed was comfy. Everything I needed was in the room. It was very clean, and the staff was very friendly! The decor was sort of "lumberjackish", but cleanliness is the most important thing. And the floors have been updated as they were ceramic tile. "In an emergency"
I booked this hotel afetr a flighty cancellation. Had I had more time i wouldn't have stayed here. The only plus was the low cost.
I think the rooms should be cleaning daily not every seven days. I didn't like taking dirty towels to the office to get clean ones.
"The Worst"
The staff at the comfort of this hotel was the Worst i've ever seen. This hotel should never be offered to customer as a choice. I will never come close to staying at this hotel again.
"Definitely NOT WORTH IT"
This chain is cheap and it is nice that they have kitchens, but this is the second time I've tried an Extended Stay or one of the affiliated hotels and was horribly disappointed. The bed was very uncomfortable and it only had 2 very flimsy pillows, so if you are going to stay bring some extra. After my boyfriend took a shower, the tub wouldn't drain. […] The front desk said they would switch us to another room and would call back. They never did. When we called back several hours later they told us that maintenance doesn't work on the weekends and that there wasn't another room, so we just had to deal with it. After several hours on the phone with the front desk and with hotels.com, the hotel switched us to another room. We moved all of our stuff to find that we had been placed in a smelly smoking room with cigarette burns on the comforter. We ultimately left and booked a different room at another hotel and were so thankful we left. The price is cheap but the quality is not worth it! Les mer

"nightmare"
We checked in late night, no one was at the front desk so the security guard had to check us in . The security guard was very polite and tried his best to help us. The bed sheets looked like they were never changed. The room had roaches and other bugs in there. We checked out immediately and went to another hotel. To sum it up it was the worst hotel […] stay I ever had . Now I have bug bites and I am going to consult with my lawyer Les mer

"great place to stay at an incredible price"
this hotel is a great example of getting something really good for a great value. this location is obviously a business hotel, so i'm guessing that on the weekend the rates are lower to keep the rooms full. service was pleasant, the grounds and surrounding neighborhood are beautiful, and the room was very nice, with a kitchenette for putting your own […] meals together if desired. it's also close to quite a few restuaurants and shopping. the location is on a main connector between raleigh and durham, making it easy to connect to highways and right to downtown raleigh. the only drawback at all is that there is an additional $5 fee for the wi-fi internet use. we are all spoiled by getting that free in so many places. but considering the great value for such a nice place to stay, i didn't mind spending the extra money to get online. i highly recommend this hotel. "Very covenient"
We were very pleased with the area of this hotel! Great location! Our room was very clean! It had a full kitchen that was very covenient! It was nicer then we expected for the low price! We highly recommend this hotel!
"Need More Efficient After Hours Check In"
As previously mentioned, I arrived at the hotel around 4am in the morning...I used the after hour phone service, however it took someone 15 to 20 minutes to check me in...at that point, I was tired and irritated.

"Wonderful Stay"
I really enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. The front desk person was very helpful, polite and professional. The front desk person took the time out and called my room to ensure I was ok and that I did not need any assistance. I thought that was great customer service and initiative on his behalf. Wonderful stay.
"Bad Experience"
I arrived at this location with two other guests, for a total of three. We had spoken to someone on the phone who "reserved" a two double bed room for us through this site. We arrived at the hotel with little time to spare. After waiting about 20 minutes to speak to someone I learned that they in fact did not have a two bed room reserved. She said that […] she had my reservation but could not give me the room that I had reserved. With absolutely no other option and with little effort from the customer service representative I reluctantly agreed to take a room with one queen bed, due to us being in a hurry. I also learned that there were several other parties that were in the same boat and that the hotel did not honor their reservation. So we checked into the room. There was no shampoo in the showers, the towells had stains on them that were not pleasent to the eye. The bed felt like a big piece of ply wood, very uncomfortable. One member of my party had to sleep on the dirty floor. The curtains barely closed all the way. The entire room was old and beat up. The door with the lock was a joke. It easily could have been kicked in, I did not feel safe. In order to access the hotel from the direction coming from the mall one must make a u-turn (just inconvienent). It has been 3 days now since my stay and my clothes and pillows still smell like the hotel room. It had an unpleasent smell like people had been smoking in it all week. I was also not given a refund for the difference in the proce of the 2bed reservation and a one bed reservation. I was also upset because the staff did not seem concerned with my happiness, they made no attempt to help provide three guests adequate arrangements. The only good part about my trip was checking out. That was quick and I was very happy to leave. The whole experience was unpleasent and makes me question if i will continue to use this site. Les mer
"Great room for the money!!!"
My hotel room was comforting, I felt as if I were at home. It wasn't too far from the shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was friendly, and I felt safe.
