"Okay in a crunch."
I recently stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend after we went and saw a show at Marymore Park. We had looked for rooms near that location and this was the only one with rooms availible for a reasonable price. The front counter guy was okay but the office was dumpy looking. "Homestead in Bellevue"
I was very surprised and delighted with the room. I was not aware that it had a mini kitchen and table and thought it was very comfortable.

We chose this hotel as it is right next to the computer company where I work and the price was good. We are both smokers so we chose a smoking room. After we secured our room keys and signed our forms we got to our room and as soon as we walked in we were pleased with the layout. After we got our bags in and unpacked a little we looked and couldn't […] find an ashtray. Also one of the lights by the bed was burned out. Also, while the coffee and sugar and creamer packets were there, there was no coffee maker. On top of that the bathroom and refrigerator smelled of that acidic vomit smell. We called the front desk and were told an ashtray, coffee maker and light would be there right away. We said we were going to get dinner and the front desk woman said they'd do it while we were out. No problem. Turned on the bathroom fan and left. Came back two hours later and no ashtray, coffee maker or light replaced. Called down again and was told by different male front desk person that they'd come down but we were gone. Explained that we'd been told they'd come in while we were out and he said they'd be there shortly. They were and took care of us. Next day I went to work and came back at 6pm to unmade bed, no replacement coffee or sugar, no replacement towels. Called the front desk (third time in 24 hours) and was told they had no daily maid service. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE. Do not expect to have anything replaced or cleaned while you are there. Also while the ice cube trays in the freezer had been frozen while I was away, the beverages I'd purchased were not cold. Refrigerator didn't work and still smelled like vomit. I was tired and just mentally threw my hands up. We'd mentioned the room smelled to the front desk and were offered another room but I was of the opinion that I was tired of having to do the job someone else who gets paid should be doing. "Not as bad as some sites say"
Stayed here for three weeks while attending Microsoft training. 5 minute walk to building 40. I certainly wouldn't call it a hotel, though. Rooms are only cleaned and made up once a week, but they only give you 4 towels. Get more at the front desk. Bring lots of quarters for laundry (onsite). "Frat House for Microsoft Engineers"
Right across the parking lot is one of Microsoft's offices. This hotel is like the sleeping porch of a frat house. The beds were uncomfortable (ask specificially for a pillow top mattress), maid service always has an excuse why they won't make up your room, don't have appropriate linens for your room. etc. Management should look into this place and […] turn it inside and out. "Not very clean"
Found a used wash cloth on shower rod and an empty water bottle on window sill from previous tenant. Also they decided to book me in a room in which they were painting the entry door that day and I had to switch rooms mid stay. Lame

"Needs a remodel..."
This hotel was NOT worth the price. We had asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking room. There were cigarette burns on many things in the room. The ironing board had stains on it and was broken. This room was well used...and in need of a remodel. The cabinets are hard to open and I would NOT stay here again. Be warned....

The room had everything you would need. Location is right next to Microsoft close to Bel-Red, perfict for where I needed to be. Outside for the hotel was nice. Inside could use an update but it worked.

Room was clean and spacious. Check-in was good, very friendly staff. They charge for WIFI, which is so yesterday. For the price, this was a decent stay. Didn't expect much....didn't get much.

Clean, fairly inexpensive hotel located in the middle of the Microsoft Campus. The accommodations were perfect suited for a training at Microsoft Good value for the price. The staff was very courteous. Wireless Internet is available for 5$ for the entire stay, but in my case it was a little slow.

Handy for business in the Redmond area ..especially if you are on a budget...nice rooms..not luxurious , but for the price they are great..kitchenette (more like a kitchen.) sometimes it is better to spend more and stay at a better hotel. I will never ever book this hotel again.
Needed to come to Bellevue for an overnight. The hotel was perfectly positioned for us. Clean, quiet area. Staff was great. Definitely found a place when we need to come into the "big city"

Comfortable basic room. Quiet and convenient location. Would have liked extra pillows to be available in room and to be told that coffee was only supplied on the first morning. It looked like you could purchase additional packages upon check-in, and I would have liked to have been offered this option, as we didn't eat any of our meals in the kitchenette, […] and so had no supplies to make coffee in the morning. I was looking for a Hotel close to where I work due to a sudden snow storm/Freeze. I found Homestead on Hotels.com. It was very clean and well kept It was great. You are able to park in front of your room. I will definately stay again because in the state of Wa. there is always snow and ice
"the place to stay when I visit Microsoft"
I've stayed here three times, and it is not only the place I stay when I visit Microsoft, but the place I tell others to stay. It is extremely convenient. I often visit people in building 41, which is just a couple of blocks away. When I go to a far building, I can take the Microsoft shuttle, so it is not necessary to rent a car. There is a Safeway […] about 15 minutes walk away, and a number of interesting restaurants 10 minutes away. If you come without a car, bring rain gear. This is Seattle after all. I imagine everybody staying there is visiting Microsoft. A lot stay there for weeks at a time. The building is old, but the staff is friendly and helpful. The first time you come, ask for maps and information about how to get around. The wi-fi works, but with all the geeks using it, isn't very fast. Les mer
"Homestead Hotel not like home."
The staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful. They were sincere. The room was very disappointng. The bed smaller than what I expected and uncomfortable. No room to move around. Some appliances in the kitchen either did not work or were missing. Not very clean. Did not impress me at all.
"Extended stay hotel"
This is an extended stay hotel, so room service only ever week (except for a fee) and no breakfast. The service desk are open 24 hours and have a great variate of essentials if needed (I forgot essentials like toothbrushe etc). This hotel is located on the Microsoft campus. Can be a little hard to find without GPS or good directions.
"Sleepless in Seattle"
Needs improvement. Rooms are musty and smell stale. We had to request clothes hangers, coffee filters, and pay $4.99 for internet access. There were no ice trays and no ice machine, LOL if you want ice. No DVD player, oven, D/W, or continental bkfst. Luckily we were only there to sleep as the room was very small and dark, only one window.
