THIS WAS A NICE HOTEL WE JUST STAYED ONE NIGHT SO WE COULD VISIT THE CASINO IN RHODE ISLAND. ROOM WAS GREAT VERY COMFORTABLE BED. QUIET AND RELAXING

The hotel location was very close to the outlets and within 10 miles of a mall. The room was clean however the bathroom could have used some improvement. the shower had a hand held showerhead and the ceiling was coming apart. Overall it was a comfortable stay with a nice hot breakfast that was included.

This hotel is great as it is convenient to all major routes; also it is quiet and I felt safe. The service was impeccable; When I had a problem with my TV remote, I immediately was moved to a new room. Very responsive. I will stay again; it also helps that there is a small kitchen in every room.

The hotel was nearly empty, but it was obviously well-cared for and quite clean. The indoor pool and spa were a nice diversion, and the breakfast was a welcome addition.

Had to travel at the last minute and found this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable for the week I stayed. Location was close to everything a traveler needs. Did not eat at the breakfast buffet but it did look good. I would recommend this hotel. Florida traveler

Because of the price and the description of the room,I believed I had booked a suite with room to spread out and get some work done. It was really just a hotel room with a small table crammed in the corner. The hotel is not a good value.

We thought the accommodations at the Hawthorne were quite nice. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay there again. And we did recommend the Hawthorne to others, already. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

2 adults + 4 children (ages 12, 10, 8, 19months) stayed in a very nice, very clean room. it was very quiet couldn't tell there were other people in the hotel besides us, loved the kitchenette helped save us from frequently ordering out. Hotel breakfast was tasty. The jacuzzi was broken, however the pool was sufficent, a little on the chilly side though. […] Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples with children. The staff don't give you dirty looks when the see you with your little ones! There is a highway nearby however, you wouldn't know it unless you look out your window over the trees. Les mer

If your looking for a large room- this is your hotel. Other than that, go somewhere nearby. The room did not smell good. It had those old heaters on the wall that you adjust to hot-low or high. so when you come in at night its freezing, then you get up in the middle of night and turn it off and on again to try to keep a stable temp in the room- frustrating! […] full bfast in the morning was nice. hot tub wasnt hot. decor looks like your staying at grandmas. everything was clean and staff was nice. bed was comfortable. for a new-ish hotel, it seemed refurbished; the decor, the staff, the smell, out in the middle of a dark deserted business park with unmarked road signs. the room was ok, but seemed dirty. the staf was un-trained and unprofessional. there was trash under the sofa from a previous customer and a pee stain on the mattress pad, we got no apology from the […] maid or a new matress pad i might add. there were 3 of us and only towels barely for one. we had to obtain more from an abandoned maid cart. the linens were not changed the next day or so it seemed, as they were never crisp sheet, but floppy. glad to leave and never to return or recommend. The only issue I experienced with this hotel is a couple of the outside access doors were not working and due to the location of our room this was inconvenient and were not signed to indicate they were not working.

Nice hotel. Good location to Gillette Stadium. Check your booking when using Hotes.com to make sure they reserved what you asked for. They did not reserve what I booked.

My wife and I took a two week vacation around the Northeastern states of Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusettes. Our stay at the Hawthorn Franklin was by far the most enjoyable stay of the trip. The interior of the hotel was very nice. We made use of the indoor pool and jacuzzi. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with hot food from […] start to finish, even in the last hour of service fresh trays of food were coming out from the kitchen. The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned daily, and unobtrusively as this usually was done by the time we returned from breakfast. The highlight though was the room itself. At a more than reasonable price we stayed in a very spacious suite complete with kitchenette, dvd player, and jetted hot-tub. My wife and I had no complaints whatsoever with the Hawthorn and would gladly stay there again if ever traveling in the area. Les mer

The hotel and staff were fine. There were two main issues: (1)The beds were not comfortable. It seemed like they were very old and sagged in the middle. (2) The complimentary breakfast was real poor quality, especially if you went there a bit later in the morning. Pancakes falling apart, potatoes tasted like cardboard, etc. Not worth the money that […] we paid. Les mer

There were four people. We had to ask for extra towels twice. Everything else was fine.

I expected a suite. Although the room did have a microwave (on top of) the refrigerator, it was hardly a suite. The staff was nice but housekeeping provided very limited response, ie 2 body towels when all towels were clearly used. Also, and this is not just this hotel: what's with the one small trash can? This is the third hotel I've stayed in lately […] in which only one bathroom trash can is provided. I would recommend but with caution. Les mer

Nous avons eux un superbe service. Les déjeuners sont excellent! La piscine est un peu froide, mais quand même bien entretenu et agréable. La seule note négative est le personnel qui fait le ménage son venu tot le matin pour savoir a quel heure nous allions libéré la chambre et cela nous a déplu! Ils aurait pu attendre qu'on est faite le check out. […] Donc conseil, ne pas oublier de mettre la pancarte ne pas déranger. sinon tout était excellent! Les mer
