No elevator in this motel/hotel. Rude receptionist was peeved that I asked for a room on lower level due to my large jumbo luggage! She said none available after checking computer for 3 seconds! PS climbed stairs w jumbo luggage to find no AC on in halls upstairs! Check in lady thought it would further be funny to give me a room over the stairs...I […] guess so that way I could also hear every person climbing and banging luggage up the stairs. I guess that was intended as a punishment. I Requested another room in middle of halls... at 1st she pretended like none were available all while there where NO cars parked outside!!!! Once we climbed stairs with jumbo luggage and re-negotiated room to another one down the hall...the room was surprisingly Super Nice! ...only missing advertised jetted tub. Checked out next morning a little late at 11:10. At 10:55 the maid came into room and left door open even though hubby was in shower. I guess it was time to get bounced. PS no sugar free syrup for diabetics at breakfast. Ill take my cue and I will go back to staying across the road when I come for monthly visits to see my dad :( Les mer

3rd stay here - nice big rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Lots of choices within a few blocks right off Hwy. 99, but as long as a room is available here for decent price, we don't bother with trying anything else.

We stayed here last winter when they were in the middle of remodeling and I remember the hotel as being okay, but now that the remodel is complete I would highly recommend. Room is large & clean, bed is really comfortable, continental breakfast is substantial. Hotel is quiet, even though it's just off the freeway. Great two night stay at very reasonable price compared to others in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Great internet wireless signals. Previous hotel I was at on prior trip had to reset the wireless router repeatedly for me to log on. Large rooms with choice of 1 King or 2 full/queen size beds. Only complaint was a common one, good desk but no […] adjustable desk chair. Required a pillow from the bed. Best thing was duplex electrical plug-ins on all desk lamps so no more looking behind beds or refrigerators for charging the phone, computer or bluetooth. Les mer

Good hotel!! Worth the price. The only thing I would recommend is using your own pillows. Their pillows are small and not that comfortable.

Hotel staff were EXCELLENT & knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each day also. Air was nice and cold in my room too.

The room was clean and service was better than some other ones with same price range. Staffs are friendly. They should provide towels for the pool, and hot tub should be heated.

Arrived 1am and was given an upstairs room. The hallway was sweltering hot. The bed room was hot and stuffy. We ran the air conditioner for an hour ..... still hot ..... finally asked for another room ...... Got one down stairs which was ok.

This is a great hotel that is in the process of renovation. They have painted, replaced furniture and bedding. It looks great. Now....they just need to replace the carpets. They are really dirty. The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing, they were so accomodating and nice. We had a larger group with us and were going from room to room and hanging out. They were able to put all of our rooms together and help us find local places to go at night. The night manager on saturday night was awesome. Very comfortable beds. Really like the separate sitting area, however it feels like the TV should be viewable from there. I understand the building is going through a remodel, but since the spa was non-operable during my stay, that should've been noted prior to my arrival. One of my criteria for reservations is whether or not there is a spa.

i could not believe how durty the room was. I had my kids to sleep in cloth becausr the place was discusting. It had not have renovation for probably ten years, but I didnt mind that, its the dirt and filth that it had just made the stay unberable. I needed a place to stay in a hurry. As a single woman traveling alone, it was the perfect solution. It is close to restaurants, and any other amenity you might need, but was also quiet, & clean, with a friendly staff. Great price too!

The first room they gave us was horrible. The heater made very loud sounds as if it was about to explode. Room had a very strange order as well. After calling front desk we were given a new room. We were very disappointed in our room. We found a pair of mens underwear beside one of the beds. The bedspreads were dirty and the place was dusty. Some one had left two beer bottle caps on top of the pictures in the room that the maids had missed too. They told us on the phone that it had a sofa bed in it, well, it was just a sofa so one of the people […] in our party was very uncomfortable. Arrived late, tired, just wanted a good nights sleep. Room was cold, couldn't find a remote for the TV. Hole in the bathroom door. Room had a funky smell. And at midnight the phone started ringing, but there was only static on the line. It rang 3 times before I could get both phones unplugged. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel under construction on bottom floor. Someone offered to cary our bags. The room was clean. We had a king bed and there was a couch in the room. The room divider needed painting. The full breakfast was quite addequate.

Last year we enjoyed our stay with no problems at this very basic but reasonably-priced hotel. This year our room had this weird odor that I couldn't quite identify. Near Sequoia National Park; 45 mins. Was very comfortable room. Bathrooms need updating--tiles coming loose. Clean and would stay there again. Lots of choices for breakfast--great waffles.

it's a cheap hotel. everything was as expected. not very clean, but tolerable. I stayed it a room with king size bed, but there a queen size bed cover on it, which never fitted. Blanket was so old that i felt like it is not clean.. The only thing i liked was its breakfast, which is okay, and free.

Room was a good size and had a fridge and microwave. Pool was good and breakfast was ample. Bit of a musty smell in the room but we only stay one night so didn't bother to ask for change. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was a much better value than some of the dumpy looking hotels we saw outside of Sequoia. hotel was close to grocery store. Wir haben nur 1 Nacht dort "zwischengenächtigt". Dafür war es super. Alles ordentlich und sauber, freundliches Personal und kostenloses Frühstück. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt.
