Comfort Suites Airport - Jacksonville

We stayed here one night on way back from vacation in north coastal Georgia due to early AM flight. Hotel had easy access to airport, was reasonably priced, and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. I don't know how useful or pleasant it would be to stay here if one were visting immediate Jacksonville area, but it served our purposes well.

I spent one night at Comfort Suite at JAX airport, The person working the lobby desk was very nice and helpful at checkin. My only complaint was that the room, which was very clean, had a 'musty' smell, probably because the weather had just changed from warm to cool. I turned up the AC and opened the windows which helped somewhat. It almost smelled […] liked there was wet carpet in the room but I didn't really check. The staff was delightful. The breakfast was wonderful. The location was convenient to the airport and nearby shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend staying there.

I stayed here in September when I returned from a long flight. I had to travel again and immediately booked a room here again. The rooms are INSIDE which is great and safe. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The price is reasonable and the convenience of having the airport a few minutes away is a plus. I will definitely stay […] here again! The only issue I had was they could not supply me with a copy of my bill at checkout. I had to call your customer service agent to email me a copy.

Even though our room seemed very clean there was a urine odor in the bathroom that did not go away sadly must be in grout or behind baseboards. Only complaint very fixable.Rm #219 we arrived late with a sleeping child & checked out by 6am so didn't really affect us. Lovely staff.

I was taking I Carnival cruise the next day and I needed to buy some of the things you cannot take in carryon luggage. The hotel is in a good area for shopping. there is a walmart within walking distance of the hotel. Many restaurants all within 1/4 mile of the hotel. The hotel was clean and had breakfast if you wanted it the next morning. there is […] a Mcdonalds and a waffle house chick fil-a and a best buy all sorts of bussinesses in the area. The shuttle to the cruise docks is $24.00 round trip from the hotel and they will take you to the Jacksonville airport. It is a 15 minute ride to the docks. taxi about $35 dollars 1 way. The hotel is 5 minutes or less from the airport. Les mer

I wanted a comfortable place to lay my head before an early flight the next morn and Comfort Suites certainly lived up to my needs. I will stay here again.

I have stayed in other Comfort Suites and that is why I chose them again. This was not up to their standards- Room smelled moldy,dirt in corners, carpet stained, killed a large cockroach, wallpaper peeling in bath. We did ask to be moved to another room on the 2nd floor, a little better but not as clean and nice as other Comfort Suites that we have […] stayed at- really liked the one in Denver. We were very disappointed in the upkeep and will not stay in a Comfort Suite again. Les mer

We just wanted to be close to the Airport and it is and lots of good places to eat near by and shopping. No hot tub.

Thought the pool was clean but could be nicer, and was very small. The free breakfast was great, just what we needed before heading to the airport.
