From the cleanlinessof the hotel to the fine service given from "ALL" the staff members, from the room size to the bathroom size, to the quality and quantity of the complimentary breakfast; I cannot say enough good things. "The Best Comfort Suites Inn I have ever stayed at"

We were able to check in early...hotel was clean, staff was friendly. A great price for a family of 5 to comfortably stay in one room. We would stay here again!

We had a 2 queen room with a pull-out sofa. It was a great size, not at all crowded. Very nice continental breakfast with fresh made waffles. It took us a little long to pack everyone up & we went slightly over our checkout time, they were very nice about it all. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed here 9 nights for our honeymoon in October. We were both really happy with the location of the hotel and the way we were treated by the management and staff. The housekeeping staff did a great job for us in keeping our room clean and the management treated us well. The biggest problem we had was the extremely firm mattress. We spent […] 9 nights on a brick with a sheet on it. A nice, clean sheet to be sure. If you like a firm mattress you should be great, but if you're used to any kind of pillowtop you will have a hurting back the whole time like we did. If we were only staying a night or two we would stay again, but any longer and we will have to pick somewhere a little more expensive with better beds. Les mer

a very clean comfortable hotel recentley stayed with my wife for sixteen nights ,we found the hotel spotlessly clean' staff very helpful and obliging nothing too much trouble,a very reasonable priced hotel with free buffet breakfast 10/10

we arrived early (7am) and had been driving all night, as expected the room was not ready, the staff offered us the breakfast buffet and a place to change so we could enjoy the 24hr pool. The kids were very excited and we immediately felt our vacation had begun. After refreshing ourselves we decided to hit the disney parks which were a short 10min drive […] to any of the parks. When we arrived at the end of the day we were pleased to find our spacious room w all our requests granted: extra pillows, extra towels, on a top floor w a nice garden pool view. Delightful stay and the hotel was helpful when we forgot a toothbrush. the breakfast was plentiful and it had an abundance of options that changed each day, we will definately be back. oh the hotel did charge an additional $2.60 ammenity fee but hotel.com refunded us the difference since it was not in the explaination of the hotel. the $2.60 was a bargain b/c the work out facility and heated pool, jaccuzi and childrens splash park all were well worth the minimal fee to assist w up keep on this beautiful facility. I am a marriott snob but this hotel delivered w the best of them! Les mer

This is a great hotel that is close to Disney World. For the price, you get a large, clean room with (usually) a good view. This was a our second stay at this location (as a stopping point on the way to Disney World, so, we did not take advantage of any amenities), and, everything was consistent with the first visit. The only drawbacks are that it is […] located in a busy amusement park area, the check-in is slow, the elevators are slower, and there is a $2.26 resort fee (not much, so, why at all? Also, it takes some time to collect that fee, explain what it's for, and, print the receipt). Aside from that, this is worth the price. Will stay there again! Les mer

Had a great stay at Comfort Suites. Rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. Service was great. The breakfast was awesome. Would stay there again.

Stayed for business and was very satisfied with the hotel. what a great value. Had everything I needed to work (free internet, not like those hoity-toity places that charge you $10), and I was able to enjoy the pool and hot tub in my free time without having to walk a mile to get there. Arrived early (noon) and the staff facilitated an early check-in without charge. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Felt like my money was well spent as a Complimentary Breakfast shuttle bus to Disney was also included in the rate.

we stay for 3 night the hotel was very nice and clean. the breakfast was very good my daughther love their micky mouse chocolate chip waffles. there were very good the only thing was the lady that was incharged of the food had a kind of attitued. when people left the top of the container of the food open, there are ways of saying to people to close […] the top. there was this guy that was leaving the top open and she was closing them with attitued after he finish serving him self . but the room was very clean and the pool . These ridiculous "resort fees" are obnoxious. Akin to auto dealers and their "dealer fees" designed to extract fee revenue from customers. I had selected this hotel based solely on the fact they did not charge a resort fee as the other hotels within the area we were staying. However, upon check in the desk clerk said "you have paid through the booking […] agent, we just need to collect the $12.50 resort fee." Well, seeing how we arrived at 11:30pm beat from the ride; I just caved and paid instead of finding alternative lodging. Made me mad to no end. Rest assured, even though this hotel does not disclose this fee through hotels.com, they will hit you with it upon arrival. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again even if I was paid to do so. Les mer

My son and I were in Orlando for our annual visit for his MMA competition. I liked the location of the hotel and it was much cleaner than the one we stayed in last year. The elevators were a little slow, but okay. We really enjoyed the fitness room also. The beds were very comfortable for me as I have trouble sleeping on all mattresses. The people at […] the front desk were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very nice also with many things to chose from. The eggs tasted well, but I didn't like the water in the pan. I really appreciated not having to go to the front desk to check out. The receipt for my stay was on the floor in front of my room the morning of check-out and all I had to do was eat and leave. That was really nice! All in all, the stay was very nice! Les mer

This hotel was just what I was looking for my family vacation. It was in a great location a little busy but what you expect from Orlando FL. The room was large enough for a family of 5. It was clean; the only thing that bothered me a little was the smell in the hall ways. The FREE breakfast was fantastic for it being FREE. They had cereal, yogurts, […] fresh fruits, bagels toast, biscuits, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, chocolate chip waffles, regular waffles and Mickey Mouse face waffles with all the fixings whip cream ,strawberries, syrup ect. For drinks OJ, Milk, Water and Coffee. Not bad @ all.. But be ready to wait for a TABLE but only took about 5min. The staff was friendly, we requested extra towels and they brought up to our room in less then 5min. The pool looked very inviting but we didnt have time to go swimming. Also loved the location it was right across the street from Old Town Park which has lots things for the Family to do! and it was only minutes away from lots of restaurant. Will be staying here again! overall stay was not all that bad' just very noisy at night time in the corridors ' and the breakfast selections were not up to par at all.. That has Fallen off. I guess when you are getting something free ' don't expect very much in terms of quality type food. The old saying of you get what you pay for' is so very true. Front desk help was helpful […] and pleasant. truthfully our next visit to the Orlando area' will probably find us selecting another Resort in search of a little quieter night at bedtime' and a more upgraded menu for our meals. The room was very nice but the air conditioner blower went off and on all night disturbing our sleep. We had to buy a fan to cover the noise.

Very pleased with hotel and I will definitely be back. I am a very picky person...but again was very pleased. Decorated very elegant, nice b'fast, love the pool and hot tub along with a bar by pool that also served food. I have never stayed at a hotel that didn't close pool either. I think that's awesome. I will be back.

I liked this hotel for the cleanness and location. We booked 10 rooms and when we arrived everything when smoothly. The next day we went to the lobby to eat breakfast and enjoyed it!

Everything was good except they couldn't keep the breakfast filled up so there was a long line to get the food at any given point during the breakfast time. Also, they charged me a second time for my room (since I had already prepaid through this site) but once I pointed it out, they reversed the charge. They couldn't give me a receipt to reflect the […] reversal, though, so I had to just keep checking my bank account. So if you stay here, just be sure to check and make sure they don't charge you for the room when they take your card for incidentals. Les mer

Me and my family HAD A WONDERFUL STAY!! we were comfortable fitting 4 adults in a suite, clean room, very nice and friendly staff. DELICIOUS breakfast for free!!! So cute when you leave a tip for the ladies making your breakfast they ring a bell, and totally deserve it. the location is tricky to find if you do not know the area but convenient because […] distance close to everywhere. When you make it to Old town, the hotel is right behind the Fun spot , in the back. We had a great time no complaints and we hope to go back when we in Orlando again! Les mer

Very nice hotel and good value for the money. We've stayed here twice now. Pool and hot tub area is pretty, relaxing, and clean. In the heart of Old Town. Close to Disney too, but I would recommend renting a car because the shuttles run at specific times to certain parks only and never to the water parks. I wasn't so happy with the ripped sheets or […] old comforter and blanket that don't get cleaned. I prefer hotels that use duvet covers and wash them between guests. This hotel was very clean, bright and worth the money. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful (we needed help finding some local shops and the staff was eager to show us). We drove into the area one night early before starting a Disney vacation, so, we had a lot of stuff to haul around. The hotel's layout was simple (moving luggage was not a problem). […] The grounds were nicely kept and the palm tree view in the morning sunshine was very welcoming. The area on a Saturday evening was extremely busy and cars were parked all along the surrounding roads. The hotel parking, however, was ample (they provide a parking tag to verify that you are staying there). There are tons of restaurants and stores nearby (including pharmacies and grocery stores). We traveled as a family to visit the parks and used the hotel as a landing strip to sleep. I was impressed at the breakfast they offered for free. hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, biscuits & sausage gravy, true English breakfast of beans & French toast, fresh made waffles, toast, cereals, oj, grape juice, milk, coffee was pretty good too with the flavored […] creams. We will stay here again.....down side is I don't think they really clean the rooms well as my boys found another child's 4" ball in the room (you'd expect they would have caught that... Les mer

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff. The room was extra large, had a living area and a large bathroom. Very comfortable beds. They offer an excellent breakfast with a good variety of foods (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, French toast, waffles, and the usual rest) that were continuously replenished. Hotel is located in a pretty busy area right next […] to Old Town, however the hotel provides a parking ticket so parking was not a problem even Saturday late at night, even though all the parking on the street was packed, including the center divider. Loved this hotel, waaayyyy better than expected. I got a pretty nice deal on the price, so I was scared of what I would find. This place is truly a hidden gem. It's tucked in near some ugly motels behind Old Town and Fun Spot, but this place truly is beautiful. The decor is nice, and the amenities are all there. The rooms are slightly outdated in decor, […] but soooo roomy and comfy that I didn't care. (maybe a better TV would boost it up, but I wasn't on vacation to watch the TV) The pool area is a huge hit. The kids wanted to leave Disney everyday to come back and swim. A heated pool, kiddie pool, and a generous hot tub truly are worth the stay. There is even a bar open daily poolside for those who enjoy that. The breakfast had a large selection and my crew were all happy. The game room was a bonus and the fitness center seemed nice too. The business center is free, but only one computer there. Free wifi is downstairs only, but ethernet cables are in each room. The only downside is a very slow elevator, but honestly it wasn't ever a huge issue. I willl always stay at this hotel from now on, when I travel in the Orlando area. The staff at the front desk were always helpful and our room was kept nicely too. Les mer

This hotel is at Old Town which is very tourist oriented with lots of rides and exterior noise. Might have been a problem if I wanted to hang out at the pool, but for my business trip it was perfect. Very friendly staff, clean and bright property. The only downside is that the room safe was not functional. Looks like it was intentionally disabled - […] so maybe all room safes don't work. The small resort fee is said to go toward room safe and local calls. When I mentioned it to the front desk at checkout they said that even without the safe, it was a very small resort fee for the area (which is true - most are upwards of $10) and I didn't have time to press the issue about the safe. Even so, I would not hesitate to stay there again. Les mer

The hotel offered everything for a comfortable vacation in Orlando: large rooms, a very nice pool, transfer service to the theme parks of Orlando (although the times for the transfers could vary a little more), restaurants, bars and amusement in the neighborhood.

We stayed at this Comfort Suite because of the reputation of the chain. For the most part, the hotel measured up but the bed was not as comfortable as expected. It sagged in the middle. The mattress should have been changed out. Also noticed a couple of ladybugs on the wall.

My husband and I went to Florida to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We wanted a comfortable and clean place to stay. This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The hotel was very clean, the front desk service was excellent. The housekeepers were all very friendly and excellent. The free hot breakfast buffet was fabulous. We recommend this hotel for everyone […] and we will definitely stay here again. Thanks for helping make our trip very memorable! Les mer

The comfort of the hotel is ok, the price reasonable. The location is just along highway 192 with hundreds of motels, restaurants and entertainment. Not far from Disney's town of Celebration, which is worth a visit. In front of the hotel is a big and ugly amusement park called Old Town. Rooms on the back have a nice view into greens.

The hotel was clean, spacious and the breakfast was perfect. The location could not be beat. Easy access to all the parks and highways. All and all a great experience.

Firstly, they great in allowing me to check in anytime that day. Most hotels have a check-in time but they told me if I arrived early I could, and that was very convenient. How often have you arrived early based on plane reservations and have to hang around like a loser until an assigned check-in time? I was really pleased that they allowed me to check-in […] no matter how early. The breakfast was basic but hot and environment was very clean. The room was also very clean and A/C couldn't be any better with this awful Florida heat. I will be back in the area and won't think for a second where I will stay and it will definitely be at Comfort Suites Maingate East. I should actually lie that my stay was awful so the property don't get swamped but this is my true assessment of the hotel and I have zero complaints. All losers please go down the street or wherever. Anywhere but here. Hahaha Les mer

We stayed with Comfort Suites Maingate East for two nights before a Carnival cruise out of Cape Canaveral. We arrived late on a Thursday night and had plans to go to the Disney Parks on Friday. We were able to sleep in a bit and go downstairs to have breakfast. The complimentary breakfast included: muffins, cereal, yogurts, fried potatoes, beans, bacon, […] waffles, milk, juices, coffee & tea. Great value. The parking is sufficient and the hotel sits off the main road a bit which was nice. However, it is behind one of those pay-per-ride parks and shopping area. It is also close to the Disney Parks (within 10 minutes). On the downside, the elevators in the hotel were very busy and it was quicker to take the stairs sometimes. They have a ticket agent in the lobby who can help guests with purchasing park packages and more. There is also a gift shop off the lobby which was sufficient for items you may have forgotten. If they don't have it, there is a Super Walmart close by. We will continue to stay at this hotel in the future. Les mer

The room was very large, comfortable and convenient; however, the elevators are extremely slow. The ice machine and laundrette are also conveniently located next to the elevators on each floor, but bring your own detergent and dryer sheets, or else you'll have to go to the gift shop for supplies. The breakfast buffet was good, but extremely crowded […] unless you get there at 7:00 or after 9:30. A very good value overall and a good location for visiting Disney. Les mer
