We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Did most of our dining in Hendersonville as we like to try unfamiliar chains or local owned restaurants. However there were many chain places around the mall to choose from.

The hotel was very clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Our room was huge very nice. The beds are comfy. We stayed here for our honeymoon.. The pool and hot tub were clean and they offered towels at the pool so that you didnt have to use the ones in your room. The frige in our room didnt keep things super cold but didnt let them get hot either. […] They have a great Breakfast in the morning. The only complaint that we have is that they close the pool and hot tub at 10pm.. They could make it 18 and up.Over all this was a great hotel at not a bad price! oh and they allow pets. Les mer

Everyone at the hotel was friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. My only problem was how far it really was to downtown Nashville. Other then this knowing how nice and reasonable this hotel was I will be back.

Only 1 elevator and it was very small - other than that, good place to stay for a business trip

That there should be pool an spa access for adults who check in after 9 pm i would have paid extra due to I have a bad back an after the 5hr drive I would have loved to relax in the hot tub for a hr or two other then that the stay was great An couldn't wait to get home to my Hot Tub!! ;-)

The hotel is very convenient to Hwy 65. The accomodation was very comfortable and the breakfast room was the nicest we experienced on this trip.

The hotel was very very clean and the staff was great with little questions and concerns. I will say this for problems. Virtually every moment the ppol was open was occupied by loud kids during our stay. I remember being a kid and living for the hotel pool, but I strongly recommended them keeping the pool open from 10pm to 12am for adults 21 and over […] because it always seemed full. Les mer

Hotel was okay. It would get a better rating from me if the room wouldn't have smelled like an ashtray---it was a non smoking room. My clothes even smelled like the room the next day.

HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN. I HAD TO STAY IN A DIFFERENT HOTEL THAT SUN. NIGHT CLOSER TO HOME AND WAS DISGUSTED WITH THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS AT THAT HOTEL. HOWEVER, I VERY IMPRESSED WITH MY HOTEL STAY AT THE COMFORT SUITES. I DIDN'T FEEL LIKE I HAD BUGS CRAWLING ON ME AND I WASN'T WORRIED ABOUT BEING SEEN THROUGH THE CURTAINS FROM THE OUTSIDE. PLEASANT SERVICE, […] CLEAN, NICE AREA, AND ROOM TO BREATH IN THE ROOM ITSELF. IF I HAD TO SAY THERE WAS ANYTHING I WOULD CHANGE IT WOULD BE THE CONNIVENCE OF ENTERING AND EXITING THE PARKING LOT, AND THERE WAS NO EGGS ON THE BREAKFAST BAR AS POSTED. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The rooms were very clean and actually smelled very pleasent, not at all like normal hotel.

The thermostat in the pool and spa were broken and they said they can't get it serviced over the weekend. The breakfast spread was poor, had to repeatedly ask for bread and milk.

Overall a great stay, little pricey but good. My only complaint would be the shower doesn't have a lot of pressure but other than that, it was wonderful

ok room, but shower was very low in pressure due to a tricky diverter valve that needed to be raised all the way up to achieve maximum pressure. Front desk did not tell me of this until we were checking out even though they sent maintenance down to check it out. I think they could have mentioned that the valve needed to be extended up to its limit.

rooms need an upgrade. sketchy location between an interstate and major thruway. nice that it's near a large mall.

This is right next to the interstate. You can't tell that by the pictures. The room was quite. Which was good. The breakfast was not good at all.

The hotel had a good location, though a bit tricky to find. The room appeared to be clean upon entering, but the sheets on the king size bed AND the sofabed had obviously not been changed since the previous guest determined by crumbs and hair that was present on them and they smelled bad.

The room was very nice on the inside but this hotel is right in between two highways. It is not the perfect place if you are a light sleeper. Overall clean hotel. It was very croweded, but good for what is was, a stop over and then back on the road.

The hotel was excellent. Service & staff were top notch. Only issue was the room was not well kept: peeling wallpaper, crackedceiling. Not a huge issue but it was my wife's & mine 1st trip in years. Housekeeping was very good, but what was needed was a contractor. Overall great hotel, great location, just dud not dare well with our room.

I appreciated the comfort of the beds, pillows and the bed linens. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

At check-in the clerk did not connote a very welcoming demeanor. The toilet seat in the bathroom of my room was missing a bolt on one side which allowed the seat to shift unexpectedly. The toilet tissues and kleenex felt they were made of coarse paper (sandpaper). The room was very hot when we arrived and the AC unit was so noisy that it was difficult […] to sleep with it running. Recently renovated and had a super nice room. It was nicer than the hotel we stayed in downtown the next night. For the rate we paid it was above and beyond what we expected.

I was more than surprised with the quality of this hotel after staying at the Country Inn and Suites across the street the previous night. I wish i had considered you first. I will be glad to be returning on nov 12, in about 3 weeks from now, the hotel made me and my husband feel like we on our honeymoon, the king suite is so romantic and the room has […] a great since of elegancy to it. the carpet was very clean and the room had a great sense of warmth to it. I really enjoyed it more than another hotel on conference drive where we paid way more money last year. my only problem was the bathroom floor under the sink and around the toilet did not appear to be mopped well, but we were offered another room for the inconvenience because the maid was off duty, but my husband declined. we really enjoyed ourselves did not want to return home, my daughter only dislike was she wished it had 2 televisions instead of one since she slept in living room on sofa bed. I would give this hotel a 4.5 out of 5 stars.... Les mer

We chose this hotel as a 2/3 way mark from NW Indiana to Atlanta, returned granddaughter to her mother after a great summer visit. The hotel has large rooms, updated with flat screen TV, desk and sofa. We enjoyed the swimming pool, cable TV and comfortable beds. Large assortment of restaurants in the area. Ask for chart at front desk.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful, the continental breakfast was good, enough to get you started... The location was OK, away from a lot of traffic. Even though the expressway was right next door, it did not prevent us from getting a good night sleep. The absence of a bathroom vent was a problem and we could here people walking upstairs. The hotel is currently under remodeling and not all of the rooms have been updated. Our room was clean and comfortalbe but needed updating and some repairs. The towel rack in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. Otherwise the room was well equiped for a short stay with refrigerator and microwave and a utility sink besides the one in the bathroom
