"Hyggelig overnatting"
Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den sep 6, 2012Hyggelige og hjelpsomme ansatte, god mat, behagelige senger. Eneste som var litt skuffende var at det sto her på hotels sine sider at frokosten var gratis, noe den ikke var.

"Helt OK, sett under ett"
Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den aug 5, 2012Helt greit hotell. Fin beliggenhet både for handling og videre reise innenfor Dallas-Ft. Worth område. En stor fordel å ha det lille kjøkkenet på rommet, særlig for barnefamilier, fordi gratis frokosten var ikke mer enn middelmådig på europeiske standarder. Hotellets personell greide ikke å forstå at vi var fire i rommet og trengte dermed fire badehånkler, ikke de tre som de pleide å ligge igjen på rommet. Ellers var alt helt OK, og jeg ville antageligvis bruke hotellet igjen.

Anmeldt av en hotels.com-gjest den jul 22, 2012Maten på hotellet var god,men veldig dyr(til å være hotell mat). Frokost var ikke inkludert. Men hotellets personale var alltid gjestevennelige og hyggelige. Med unntak fra middags verten, der opplevde vi til tider overfladiske og noen ganger mindre hyggelige personale . Det var f.eks to restauranter og enkelte ganger fikk vi ikke valge mellom hvem restaurant vi ville spise på. Dette syntes vi var dårlig på grunnlag sv at det var forskjellig menyer og priser på de forskjellige stedene. Det var kort vei til downtown,noe som var et pluss og god service på gjesteinformasjonen. En klasie hotell som alltid var rent. Men ikke noe kjøleskap på rommet,stort minus.. Det var et lite svømmebasseng der,men ok for avkjøring:) det fantes ikke noe gratis transport til/fra hotellet og transporten hotellet ga var dyrere enn de lokale taxien i område..:) men i alt et fint opphold:)))

"A little far from train station..and .."
no complete sidewalk..I did not drive..also not really a place to go eat that was within walking distance. "bottom of line customer service"
quality of service was horrible, advertised they had movie channels you could pay for. i asked a woman at a desk and she told me she would get someone to fix it. i stayed for 3 days and i felt ignored the whole time. "Easter Weekend Getaway"
My wife and I shared one room and my daughter and grandson another over the Easter weekend. The hotel is very nice and comfy, there was virtually no one there so we felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. My wife liked the atmosphere and The Bistro for breakfast, not so much for dinner. Staff were always smiling and ready to help, excellent. […] Would stay here again. "Very Clean and Comfortable"
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and close to our location for the next morning. The only down side was all the extras like breakfast or things you might have forgotten, are not included. "Awesome!"
It was my fiance's birthday, and our anniversary. We were looking for a cheap hotel that was still higher quality. We were SO impressed with the look of the hotel and the service! They gave us a free bottle of wine when we got there. The lobby was beautiful and we had free access to the computers and printed off hockey tickets and maps and the public […] transit schedules. Our room had a balcony and we had the sliding balcony door open with the screen pulled shut most of the time we were in the room. The TV was nice and the bed was more comfortable than our expensive bed at home. Some of the stuff in the room wasn't the best quality, like the bathroom had some peeling wall paper and the balcony was kind of dirty, but it was fine, we LOVED the room and the quality of the hotel. The staff was SO nice and helpful, we couldn't stop talking about it on the way home. There was really pretty artwork decorating our room and the couch was really artsy and unique. There were a lot of places to eat around the hotel, and it's like two minutes away from a main road to get into dallas. I would definitely stay here again, i wish we could have stayed longer!!!!!!!!! "more than I expected"
I came to stay at the Courtyard Marriott because I had some business I had to take care of before moving for school in the Spring, the location of the Hotel was a little excluded and by itself, but the area it was in was right where I needed it to be. I booked the room for a King, but needed to change it to 2 doubles and the lady at the front desk was […] more than happy to do that for me. Everything was clean and nicely made.
