We have stayed here before and know we should not expect an upscale modern facility. The hotel is well kept and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. They could improve the breakfast a little. Suggestion: have some extra clothes hangers to loan out on request.

stay was good but asked two different times for wake up call and did not get them. hotel may need to check on it.

Trash in a clean room? Used soap in the shower, trash on the top of the bedside table. No do not disturb sign in the room. Went to the front desk to get one and the agent was on the phone...sounded like a personal call. After we stood there for 3 or 4 minutes his response was "are you waiting for me"...well we were not just standing at the front desk […] because the lobby is nice, which it was not. Pool was closed alot. Their ammenities for the bathroom were soap and shampoo. Not what was expected at all. The couch in the room had many stains. The room I hope had not been rented in quite a while as there was black mold in the toilet bowl. Not a great impression and WILL NOT return. Les mer

The hotel was clean, quiet and the staff very friendly & helpful, except I didn't think the cleaning staff did the best job. Not that the room wasn't cleaned, but they didn't refill the toilet paper and we ended up running out, they took the bar of soap we had opened, but then didn't replace it with a new one, they didn't replace the used cups or all […] of the used towels. They just didn't resupply the room as they should have. Would stay there again, though. Les mer

The hotel was easily accessible, clean and comfortable. The pool was not in working order which was disappointing for us as that was one of the main reasons for staying there.

The room was too small to host a lunch for 8 women. It was, however, the closest suite hotel to Castle Pines. It was difficult to find the first time we drove in. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Our room was very clean and the breakfast saved us time and money. We also enjoy receiving the newspaper to catch up on news. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, very fast and efficient.

The staff was pleasant and it has a great location. Short driving distance between Denver and Colorado Springs. This was a perfect stay for our trip.

The continential breakfast wasn't great. The coffee was barely warm. Only apples were available for fresh fruit. Recommend hot coffee, various fresh fruit.

Pool and exercise room were closed frequently. Breakfast choices were poor...coffee was awful

We stayed at this hotel for only one night on our way to our vacation cabin. Hot breakfast was only a waffle so don't expect eggs, etc. They did have oatmeal, but hot water and old-fashioned, not instant oatmeal, does not oatmeal make. (They need to use instant oatmeal). Overall, there were no unpleasant smells, I didn't notice things torn up, the room […] seemed clean...and I'm pretty fussy...especially when it comes to smells. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I almost always find rooms at this cost have issues, but not at this hotel. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal, and why our family would definitely stay there again. Also, a nice location - we felt safe - and the outlet mall was very close by. Les mer

Good value for the money. Did talk to thr front desk twice about 3 people using the pool to carry out some very questionable activities and was assured they would handle it. Then when my 7 year old walk back in first it was definatley not handled and very disturbing for her. Fix the management and the hotel would be awesome.

Everything was clean and in good repair. It smelled like smoke in the hall but our non-smoking room was great so no big deal. The pool room felt very cramped and the pool water was salty...weird...but there was a lot of chlorine in the hot tub. Overall stay was fine for the price.

We spent the night here to attend the Colorado renaissance festival. I picked this hotel from the other 4 in the same area primarily because it was a bit cheaper. I certainly wasn't expecting much, but was still somehow surprised when upon arrival that a dog had done his business outside our 3rd floor (inside hallway) room's door. I'll assume it was […] dog since they do allow pets inside this hotel. My son went down and told the front desk guy about it then we went to the pool. Upon our return it was still there. We tidied for diner & left to walk to the nearby brewpub (not bad) - still there. Came back to the hotel after and it was raining, surprised to see a large congregation of folks cooking various items on small portable grills under the pull though carport & blocking the entrance. I guess they probably intented to use the back deck but got rained out. Just seemed unprofessional of the hotel staff to let them block the only public entrance with a highly odiferous cook -out party. Really, it was weirder than I can describe! So back upstairs, yep, still there. Went to bed. Woke early & packed, got a call which I assume was a. room -to -room, "YOU IS VERY LOUD!!!", well, perhaps our stirrings annoyed one of the previous evening 's late revelers. Whetever, at least the hallway surprise was gone in the morning!. We left & will definately stay somewhere else next year or maybe just camp - a place where rowdy bbqs and animal droppings should be expected. Les mer

Very kind staff, decent breakfast, and room was clean and well kept up. Had a nice late night swim in the pool along with a few minutes in the hot tub. Great place to stay and in a great location. Highly recommended.

Our stay was ok! The first room we were sent to there had been no housekeeping... beds not made and towels on the floor! The pool was very small we were the only ones using the pool so it was nice.

Outside doors were never locked, so anyone could enter without a key. Shower heads were very low and there was mildew growing on the shower head.

I was very impressed with this motel, I enjoyed the bed, it was very comfortable. Liked the lobby layout, overall a very nice stay.

General cleanliness was worse than average. Breakfast was dismal. Stale rolls and crappy coffee do not make a decent breakfast. Fruit was apples or apples. No one ever cleaned the tables in the week we stayed there. Elevator was constantly dirty. Remote control needed tape to hold the batteries in place. TV reception was poor. Sound traveled clearly […] from room to room. Front door was partially blocked by tourist pamphlet rack on one side, luggage carts on the other. On the plus side, it was easy to access the interstate from the hotel. Les mer

Overall the experience was nice. Although the pool was small and the fitness room was out of order. other than that it was a nice stay. It was perfect location to all the places we needed to go during our stay with a great restaurant just down the street in walking distance. it was also a short distance from the wonderful walking path in Castle Roc […] k! The room was clean when we arrived. Our breakfast the next morning was good but very limited for gluten free and/or dairy free diets, we opted out the second day. Pool was nice, clean and warm with the hot tub in reach of the pool. Perfect for family, the pool isn't very deep. Because the rates were very competitive we plan to stay here again.

The hotel itself was great - good location, staff was very nice and accomodating, room was comfortable. The pool was not as nice. It was very small, the pool area wasn't maintained very well and was dirty, the pool towels were on their last life, the "rescue bouey" was coming apart and discolored/moldy and taped up. The hot tub had unplugged holes above […] the jets, and the bottom of the pool was so undermaintained that it cut up my kids' toes from just walking across it. So if you're just there for a room, it was a nice stay. I just don't recommend he pool. Les mer
