The hotel was nice. The pool was mostly closed due to a scuba convention. The atrium was taken over by a dozen or so preteens racing down the halls. The noise level was high enough to make the outer room of the suite too loud to sit in. No parental supervision or hotel enforcement.

The only complaint I have is they insist you give them a credit/debit card for inceadentals. They charged my debit card $25 even though I had them stop all charges to the room. 3 days later & they are still got a $25 charge in my pending account. Don't like that, but the hotel & staff were great. Definitly stay again..

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on Friday, March 30, 2012. For the most part, everything was great about our stay. Check in was extremely easy. The room was very comfortable. The only issues I would bring up would be when we checked in was asked for a credit card for incidentals. Was not told they would be charging $25 in case we had anything. Other […] thing is the price of an in room movie is WAYYYYYYYYYYY overpriced. Was charged $19.20 to watch 1 movie. That is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! "CHECK IN"
This is a very nice hotel with allot of extra things to make it worth staying here every year. However they need to do something about the check-in desks. There is a mess when tryingt to check in because they have 3 desk and no way to know what line to get in? I waited in what I thought was a line to see others just step in when someone was done! "Perfect Romantic Weekend"
My husband and I had a great time at Embassy Suites Dublin! We were hoping for a nice, relaxing, romantic evening and this place exceeded our expectations. The service was wonderful, professional, and friendly. We ordered room service, which was fantastic - perfectly cooked steaks, asparagus and roasted potatoes. Best room service food I have ever had. "Allot of extras"
This is a very top end hotel. The free drinks from 5:30-7:30 are really nice. Mixed drinks as well as wine and beer! Breakfest in morning is top of the line with everything you could want. Rooms are very clean and big. Parking Free is also nice but door is a little bit of a walk when its 12 degrees.

My wife and I were in town last weekend for a short visit that consisted of shopping and entertainment. This hotel was excellent for our one night stay. "Dublin Embassy"
Hotel staff was friendly and facility was clean and comfortable. For a hotel with kids its hard to beat Embassy Suites. Indoor pool for the kids, breakfast included, discounts on area attractions - CoSi and Zoo. We've always enjoyed our stays with ES.

We have stayed many times at this location and always feel like it is a mini-vacation. Staff is always helpful and friendly. One thing noticed this time is that the furniture in the living room area and the bedroom decor is looking a little tired. May be time for a little sprucing up :-)

The hotel is very accessible. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide variety or hot and cold items. The pool and hottub were well kept and the water was a perfect temperature for the kids in our group, ages 1-6. The managers reception is a lengthy period with a good selection of snacks a beverages. "Ideal Hotel for Kids or Relaxing"
The courtyard is amazing, with a restaurant, small waterfall, clear window elevator, pool tables, starbucks, and plenty of space to hang out. Great staff, terrific amenities, no complaints.

Cant say enough good about this hotel. Located in walking distance to a nice Itialian restaurant and a great steak house. Huge shopping mall just a few miles away.Housekeeping staff does a great job, lot of items and decorations for dust to hide, but could find none.

"Lots of amenities in great location"
The hotel was easy enough to access. Quiet and very clean. Of course, it was Christmas, so I'm sure the hotel was not full. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful with cooked-to-order omelets and lots of other choices. Coffee was not my favorite, but I'm a Starbucks or Caribou coffee snob. Rooms are large and nicely furnished. Quality soaps and shampoos […] (Crabtree and Evelyn), fluffy towels, not the thin ones! I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Did not attend manager's reception, but walked through the bar and saw snacks and people enjoying different beverages. We had a large family gathering for a Buckeye football weekend. It was a great place to stay with a large group! The free happy hour and breakfast was fabulous!

I was impressed from check in to check out with this wonderful hotel. It is in a wonderful, safe area close to 270. We had a easy, efficient check in. Our room was wonderful. Loved the living room/bedroom seperation. The bathroom is also in the living room area so there are no disturbances when you are sleeping. The wet bar area with microvwave/sink/small […] fridge was very convenient. We ordered the room service which was delicious but a little pricey. The manager's reception was wonderful! Beer, wine and mixed drinks and snacks were very welcome after a long day. The pool/whirlpool were great. There is an adult only swim time from 1030 - midnight which was very nice! Breakfast was busy but delicious. There was staff constantly attending to the buffet items. Overall I was very impressed and hope to stay here again soon. Les mer

"Our new "home" in Dublin"
This will be our hotel of choice from now on whenever we visit our son in Columbus. Everything was excellent. suite was roomy and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and made to order omlettes were delicious. Great location too. Close to anything you could ask for.

Embassy Suites is popular with parents who have kids traveling with them because you have a small suite with a living area and a separate bedroom. We were staying there without kids for a wedding in town. Unfortunately, there were soccer tournaments in town also and the hotel was full of pre-teen kids, and this is a large hotel with eight floors of […] rooms. If you enjoy kids running up and down the halls and around the breakfast area, this is the place for you. This has happened at other Embassy Suites we've stayed at as well so I'm sure its just the attraction of a separate bedroom that brings in the families. We stayed two nights with our three grandchildren after visiting the Columbus Zoo. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The kids enjoyed the pool and the managers reception (evening snacks & drinks). Breakfast was busy but good.

We had a very nice clean suite on the 4th floor. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The hotel itself was very elegant with marble floors and accents. Even though the hotel sits on a busy freeway no noise could be heard in the room. The trees and landscaping around the hotel was lush and pleasant also. The only complaint would be the huge […] blowers that sat on a roof outside our room that continued to blow loudly 24/7. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise, though. We had five rooms total. All were clean, well appointed and nice. Service was good, breakfast was excellent. No complaints! I was a little irked that they didn't offer free WIFI ($15 for internet? No thanks) but otherwise pleased!

I thought the hotel was great! It looked great and had pool tables, bar, indoor pool and hot tub, gym, tv, pretty much all you could need. It was also closely located to the Irish Festive with a free shuttle. I was impressed. The service was also great.
