Enkelt og bra hotell i Europeisk stil (les: litt shabby), meget sentralt. Hyggelig betjening, rent og ikke spesielt lytt. Veldig bra valuta for pengene. Anbefales!

Hotellet ligger meget sentralt til med kort vei til det meste. Komfortabelt, rent og god service. Gratis vinsmaking og nakkemassasje ved siden av resepsjonen fra 17-18 (meget praktisk etter en hektisk dag med sightseeing og shopping). :-)

Et fint og rent hotell med hyggelige ansatte. Ingenting negativt å si om hotellet, men nabolaget har en del uteliggere i noen kvartaler ned mot sentrum. Opplevde derimot ikke noe ubehagelig. Det er også svært kort vei ned til sentrumsområdet og Market street, og taxi er veldig billig slik at man slipper å gå på kveldstid. Fint hotell i forhold til hvor billig det var!

Hotellet ligger svært sentralt både for shopping og opplevelser i San Francisco. Vi trivdes svært godt der, og vil sannsynligvis vurdere hotellet neste gang vi skal til San Francisco. Hotellet er litt slitt, men rent og hyggelig. Personellet er ikke overhjelpsomme, men tar man kontakt og spør om hjelp så hjelper de deg!

Location was ok for the tourist part of san francisco, however i would recommend not staying in this area at all. It has unfortunately lost all the charm that may have existed previously in the fisherman's wharf area. Union square would perhaps be a better place to base yourself to explore the city, and also has better transport links. The hotel itself […] was fine, clean and comfortable. We spent as little time in fishermans wharf as possible, which meant taxis were necessary. The only (rather major) flaw was the lack of wifi in the rooms. Wifi was only available in the lobby, strange for the 21st century i would say, and quite annoying if you want to plan your trip as you go. Les mer

Hotellet ligger midt i smørøyet med tanke på serverdigheter og transport, ein får god hjelp av betjeninga til å finne fram i området. Hotellet er i god stand, vi hadde det veldig komfortabelt.

I'm not one to complain and have stayed in dozens of hotels without a problem. This hotel is in a great location for a tourist but my problem was with the lousy beds. The mattresses were so worn out that none of us could get a decent night's sleep. Both my wife and I awoke with sore backs every morning. The 2 kids ended up mushed together in the center […] of the bed because the lack of mattress support made them slide into the depression in the middle. I've only seen beds like this in $39 a night cheapo hotels. Surprising a Hilton would let things get this bad. Les mer
"Hilton at Fisherman's Wharf"
Had a wonderful visit. Close to everything we needed and we were very happy with the quality of our stay at this Hilton. When you walk into the lobby, it was like a breath of fresh air. They use Pure air purifiers throughout the hotel and it is delightful.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the beds. They are very very comfortable.

The room was exceptional and the hotel from the lobby, room and the courtyard was excellent. Our room faced the courtyard, the quietness was great and the room was very clean and updated. The location was great, it was just a little ways away from the main shopping, but enough to keep you away from the noise and traffic, but also everything within walking […] distance. The only (slight) drawback for me was the distance to/from the BART station. I thought it was closer, but it's about 2 miles. Other than that though, the stay was great, staff was very friendly, room was clean and comfy. I will stay here again!

Near all restaurants & shops. Close to transportation. The staff was very helpful & nice. Good breakfast.

Overall the hotel was a good choice. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, and the view from the windows was pleasant. The location was excellent and made it easy to see the tourist areas of SF. However, the staff wasn't very helpful and often times seemed clueless. I had a problem getting the breakfast buffet that I had already paid for and then […] when I left my bags after checking out, I was handed the wrong claim tickets Luckily there were ID tags on the bags that could be matched to a driver's license. It was still an unnecessary hassle. If you stay here, I recommend skipping the breakfast option and walking down the street to Denny's. Les mer
Close to wharf, very noisy. The windows did not completely shut so we heard outside noise all night long. And was woken up before 6am on a Sunday morning hearing trucks and cars honking and unloading below our hotel room window. Very noisy area

"The best spot in the city"
I stayed at superior room with breakfast buffet, the food was great, the room was also very clean. The location is the best part, only two blocks away from Fisherman's wharf and pier 39, and a few more blocks to 33 for Alcatraz cruise. I rented a car but didnt get to use it very often and mostly walked.

We chose this hotel due to it's location and convenience. We arrived starving, needing food and information. JoAnna, the concierge gave us SO much more! She was more than helpful in recomending, calling, and booking reservations for us. Not your usual concierge. Extremely friendly and made our stay there so much nicer. Hilton has a GEM in her!!! I will […] say take a sound machine with you as the street noise is a bit loud but, beyond control of Hilton even on the quiet streets! Would stay again! Les mer

Good location but the street noise from our room was terrible, every car, bus, truck and occasional car alarm was audible in the room. Even with the air conditioner going all night didnt muffle the noise. I had to go to Walgreens and get ear plugs. I asked for another room but was told none was availble. So if you are going to stay at this hotel ask […] for an inside room it would be alot quieter. Stay away from the outside rooms facing the street. Les mer

"Construction and Ameneties"
During my stay, the hotel was going through a renovation. They did an excellent job of isolating the construction but there was a certain amount of inconvenience caused by the construction. I was somewhat surprised by the fact that the hotel restaurant only served breakfast - no lunch or dinner. That certainly added to the inconvenience.
The hotel was in a great location, close to all the restaurants and public transport. The only thing to com plain about would be that the rooms were not very sound proof so at night it was quite noisy.

"Hilton Fisherman's Wharf visit"
We arrived to San Francisco on an exceptionally beautiful day and found the Hilton at FW to be a pleasant suprise. It was extremely close to everything we wanted to do from hiking at Muir Wods, riding bikes over the Golden gate, visiting the Painted Ladies and the Golden Gate park. Scoma's restraunt was wonderful and very close to the hotel. We did […] so much because the Hilton was so close and because the staff at the Hilton were very friendly and helpful making suggestions. My wife and I would not hesitate to spend another 3-4 days there if and when we return to San Francisco. Les mer
