At first my husband and I were a little disappointed we couldn't find a room in Fredericksburg which was our original destination for a long weekend getaway. But the hotel in Kerrville was exceptional, our room was spotless, the staff was a pleasure, the views were spectacular and the 20 minute drive to and from Fredericksburg was very relaxing. "Not The Hampton Inn That I'm Used to..."
I have stayed in many Hampton Inn's and this Hampton was a big disappointment. We requested a non smoking room and awoke the first morning to the smell of smoke. It seems we were one or two doors away from the smoking section. Second, upon arrival we were simply wanting a soft drink from the vending machine. They were all out on each floor. very clean and afforable for the area of Texas that I needed to be. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel. The front desk called after to check in to inquire if everything was all right in the room, and asked again on departure. They were very customer friendly. The morning buffet breakfast had a large variety of food and was excellent.

Room was clean, but outdated. Microwave and furniture was very old. We will stay there again, service was great.

Very comfortable and clean, better than I expected and I usually stay in 4 star hotels
Room was clean on arrival, but never had maid service. We were told that maids do not speak English and when I said "please come back later" it is the hotel policy to interpret this as "contact", move on to the next room, and not look back. Hotel front desk personnel were very rude and not at all helpful.

As always the comfort and cleanliness we have found in Hamptons. It is nice to trust a name and not be let down. Excellent breakfast buffet in this particular hotel.

My Fiance and I stayed there one night. To bad we couldn't stay longer. We had no complaints about anything. We absolutely loved how comfortable our bed was! They had a good variety of breakfast choices, and the staff was very friendly and curtious. We would strongly recommend this to anybody looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Very clean and nice hotel with friendly staff. I did have a problem sleeping in the bed but everyone else in my family slept fine. A close drive to Fredricksburg and the rest of the Texas hill country.

A very nice hotel, and a very nice and cordial staff in this small town. The room was very calm and relaxing. The bed was so comfortable and it was a very good night's sleep. The price was great too! We are going back in 4 weeks, and we are staying there again.

The room was good, the personnel we talked with were very helpful and polite (one young mangave me a bottle of water and a refund when the machine ate my money)., the breakfast was outstanding --loved the protein choices and the waffle that we made-- and there were no glitches anywhere. We were very satisfied with everything.

Our stay was one night while passing thru. The room was clean and average for Hampton. Bed was uncomfortable for us as well as the pillows but I realize this is a personal preference. The A/C in the room was old style and very loud. Bathroom and shower very clean and roomy. Overall the stay was OK but not great for a one night.

This hotel is very easy to find as you come into Kerrville from the North. It is in the heart of what might be the most beautiful part of the hill country. Kerrville is popular with motorcyclists because going South out of town are very windy roads. We went to Lost Maples State Natural area and the drive was beautiful! At this time of year, arrive at […] Lost Maples as early as you can because it is a bottleneck getting into the park, but has great hiking and camping for brave souls who want to hike in carrying their tent on their backs. I booked this hotel with the intention of going to Fredericksburg. When I booked this hotel I had not realized that , Frederickburg was 22 miles away. The hotel was great. The hot breakfast consisted of scrabbled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. The breakfast was very tasty. The room was very clean. The beds had down comforters which very comfy.
