This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in, including 5 star hotels. The room was immaculate, as was the common areas of the hotel. I only stayed one night and didn't have any special requests. The bed was VERY comfortable and the air conditioner wasn't obnoxiously loud like some are. I'd stay here again!

Clean room was ready for our arrival as requested. Continental breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel.

Overall we were pleased with our stay at this property. The staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was above average with friendly staff. I was disappointed that there were no resturants within walking distance, but order in worked fine.

While this hotel's exterior is unimpressive, the hotel's interior has just been remodeled and is very nice. The hotel staff is very helpful--I actually put the receptionist on the phone with my cousin to give directions--and the overall atmosphere of this place is welcoming. I had specifically called and asked Expedia if there was a pull out couch at this hotel and was told 5 people can sleep in the room. When we got there I found out that only 4 can, no pull out couch in any room. Manager did offer to bring us a roll away bed free of charge. The pool was not like the picture I thought. Breakfast was good. Staff was very […] nice. I did not like that the hotel charged me an extra "holding fee" of $50.00 for the room. Did not get why they needed to do this and was not told about it. I was told when we checked out (next day) that the "holding fee" would be returned. It was taken out of my account on a Friday, we left Saturday morning and my "holding fee" was not returned to me until the next Friday-a week later. Not too happy about this when I was told it was going to be returned that Saturday that we checked out. Other than that, it was ok. Doors do slam too hard also. Les mer

I was in town to visit family in Lauderdale and Hollywood and it was the Perfect hotel for my stay. There was some renovation going on when I was there so there was some noise but not too bad. The renovations are making it like a higher end hotel than normal Hampton Inn & Suites. I look forward to seeing it when it's done. The breakfast was good. Fruit, […] oatmeal, eggs and meat and a waffle maker. It's near the 441, the turnpike and not too far from 95 so it's really centrally located. Not much to do in the neighborhood but there's a few chains for food and the Publix market is walking distance. The room was very comfortable. Great bedding, nice size bath. We did not know that the hotel was under construction. The lobby was in the breakfast room. Very disappointed. We will not stay there again! The price was the same as a Courtyard Marriott which is a much nicer place!!!

I don't know if I'd call it "superb," but this is a very high quality motel for this price range. Very clean. Excellent breakfast. Rooms could use a fridge/micro, but other than that it was a great experience.

Over all usual hampton inn experience. Only negative is that the breakfast host was miserable abd un- accomodating.

I was in town briefly to attend my sister's funeral. I was sad and not feeling my best but it was comforting to say at a place that was clean, affordable and had the greatest staff. My kids asked to stay an extra night so we could spend more time with the cousins and extended family and I did due to the affordable price. The free breakfast was a hit […] for all of us and we will be staying at Hampton Inns in the future. This is an older hotel that did serve our need of a place to sleep. It is in a run down part of town right next to an old apartment complex. it did not seem to be a safe place to venture out of the hotel at night.

My wife was absolutely traumatised to get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom to see the biggest cockroach running around on the floor. Will not stay at this hotel again

My stay at the Hampton Inn on Commercial Blvd was excellent. I chose this hotel based on the reviews given by previous customers. Cleanliness location and safety are important factors for my family when choosing a place to reside.

we had two rooms for two nights, although cheap the staff was very freindly, comfortable clean rooms and good breakfast. we used the hotel as a stop gap between orlando and miami and also to visit sawgrass mills would recomend

Location is not the strongest feature of this hotel, although if you are driving there is no distance to the main ft. lauderdale attractions. Very friendly staff, very nice bed with new linen and cozy pillows. Very clean, well kept and the breakfast is good. Nice to have free and fresh coffee 24/7 and cookies in the afternoon. We stayed with a 4 year old for 7 days. There were no problems on any of these days. The kid loved the pool (also enjoyed the cookies and milk in the afternoon-nice touch) . We've stayed at many hotels but this one has the best customer service! Since the moment we entered the hotel we felt like we were part of their Hampton Inn family. The parking […] is free. From the moment we walked in the front door the staff was great. They called the room to make sure everthing was up to our standard and wanted us to know if we needed anything just to call. The room was clean and comfortable especially the beds. I would definitely stay there again.
