The hotel staff was tremendously helpful - even helped us secure tickets to a Vienna State Operahouse event. I really like this hotel. The staff is on top of things, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and everyone is very helpful. Next time I'm in Vienna, I'll stay here again!

First room had ambient noise. We asked to change and this was done with absolutely no fuss. Very friendly staff and well located hotel within easy reach of the centre but just far enough removed to be pretty quiet.

We have stayed in this hotel twice now and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna. A lovely situation with an underground station 5 minutes away, trams within 10 minutes, lovely restaurants 2 streets away and a biierkellar round the corner. The hotel is set 1 km from the Opera, in a quite place, 2 min away from metro station. If you are disturbed by noise form the street, ask for the room with inner yard view. Great Location to the centre of Vienna. Twin room very clean and spacious. Buffet varied and restaurant staff helpful and accomodating. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. I would definite recommend for a long weekend.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with great choices. Location is awesome. A bit of an issue with smelling smoke from smoking rooms and outside areas although we were located on a non-smoking floor. Highly recommend it.

Nice hotel in a good location. Room was great with heated bathroom floor! Most front desk staff was great - 2 were a bit unfriendly. Fantastic breakfast. Complimentary computers in library was really helpful in making my trip arrangements. Would stay there again

Very clean and quiet on a small, out of the way street directly behind the Museum Quartier. Reminds me of a stateside Marriott with the decor and style. We found this hotel excellent. Rooms are large with nice views if you are on the upper floors. Lovely bathroom with bath/shower combined - all impeccably clean. Breakfast was excellent and had a great deal of choice in the buffet; we also ate in the evening once and it was good too. Even better is the location - the hotel is on a quiet little side street […] in a mostly residential area; but its only 5 minutes to the underground or walking distance to the town centre - about 15-20 minutes. Good choices for eating nearby with lots of small restaurants in the next few blocks - we had Austrian, Italian, Indian and Thai food all of which were good food and excellent value for money. Wonderful clean and neat hotel that has easy access to museums and surrounding areas. My room was clean and neat with a comfortable bed. Internet access was free and could be through LAN or wifi. Staff was very helpful and kind. My luggage was lost and they were very helpful in providing the things they could (plug converter!), as well as great directions […] to local shops so I could purchase clothes (had to give a presentation). Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a fourth floor room with a private rooftop garden. Rooms were very good compared to other hotels we've used in Europe.

Stay was.. reasonable. For how comfortable the room was, the price was a bit high. My wife slept well on the bed with a pillow that she brought with her, but I couldn't sleep well any of the nights.

Lovely Hotel, most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely location and character, a lovely chain of hotels. Experience was marred only by the staff member who barged into the room without warning or a knock to check the mini bar on morning of departure. Very rude and abrupt and not aware of actions.

Good value city centre hotel within walking distance of key attractions and public transport. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff, and an excellent breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for a city break or business travel.

The hotel was very nice with a professional staff that were helpful. The hotel was very clean and everything in working order. The location was a short walk to many of the must-see sights. The underground subway was also close for other commutes. Very good breakfast was included in my package.

We have stayed here before and liked the hotel. But this time we were even more impressed by the customer care standards, the room we were allocated and the effectiveness of the air conditioning (the temperature outside was 38 degrees). We had a really beautiful, panaromic view of Vienna from our window.

We had received recommendations to stay near Stepahnsdom. Unfortuntely we made these reservations only days before our arrival to Vienna, and the recommended hotels were not available. We then chose the K&K Maria Teresa based upon other recommendations. Much of our Vienna sightseeing was related to the Hofburg Palace area and this hotel proved to be […] a 10 minute walk to the Palace. The hotel was very conveniently located to a metro which made it easy to access from the train station and very useful to return to the hotel after attending evening concerts. We didn't find much great dining near the hotel, so we opted to eat near our evening activities. As a solo, female traveler I would definitely rate this hotel as a 5. It's in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It's easy to get to, just around the corner from the U3 subway. It's a block away from Mariahilfer, the shopping avenue. And the rest of the neighborhood has great shopping too. I stayed in room 624, which is on the top floor with a window view […] of the city skyline. A great view! My room was also at the end of the hallway, so very little traffic directly outside of my room. Starting around 8 or 8:30am the cleaning staff began using the closet outside of my room, so there was some noise, but definitely within the expected range of hotel noise. I would recommend any of the rooms 620-624 - all of these rooms should have a similar view from the window, and all of these rooms are farthest from the elevator (so little traffic outside them). The bed was big, the bathroom had a tub and shower, there's a decent closet, safe, tv - a pretty great room for a european hotel. Getting to the hotel from the airport is very easy. I took the CAT train (roundtrip ticket is 19 euros), then transferred to the U3 line at Langstrases. The U3 Volkstheatre stop is closest to the hotel. Then it's about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Very do-able with a suitcase. The hotel breakfast buffet is great. It's the same everyday, but there's enough variety to switch it up each day. Fresh fruit, rolls and pastries, eggs, sausages, bacon, cereal, etc. Les mer

Excellent staff, especially Shari, Erica and Vladimir. Very smart room although relatively small - pillows could be much thicker otherwise fine. Good breakfast but bacon always cold. Metro just around the corner.

I opted for this hotel on the strength of the positive reviews I had read online and wasn't disappointed. The location is very convenient, it's right next to the Museum Quarter and walking distance from many of the major attractions. Tram lines and the subway are right round the corner. A variety of good restaurants and bars are close too. Within […] the hotel the rooms are comfortable, I could have done with a firmer pillow but beside that, everything was as you would expect. If you are planning on watching TV (why?) be warned that the only English speaking channels are CNN, Eurosport and a BBC channel. Free wi-fi is included and there is also a free internet lounge with a printer which means you can easily print out your boarding pass etc. Breakfasts are good (had better though), with a wide variety of food and drink on offer. Check In & Out was also fast and efficient with staff being friendly and helpful at all times. Some things to consider though... There is a tram line at the back of the hotel so depending on the location of your room you may be disturbed during the night by this. I was on the 2nd floor at the back, not a great place to be, but managed to sleep through the noise quite easily. The directions from the Hotel website as to finding the Hotel are not the most helpful - use a street map if you are unsure to avoid getting lost like me. All in all, a good hotel offering good value for money. Would use again. Les mer

The staff were helpful, the location is excptional and we with 2 kids found the undergroud very useful. The hotel is located close to a good underground where there are 2 lines possible. Very satisfied ... Breakfast was great ... Wide variety of things ..Freshly made choice of eggs was a good feature... Welcome bottles of water were good...

My opinion regarding the excellent quality staff was formed while in Vienna. Genuine friendliness, excellant reccommendations and courteous treatment were the norm. After returning to the US all my impressions were reinforced as I had left items in the safe. A good choice. Near to tram route or Underground train.About 15 minute walk to Centre.I don't think evening meal is offered but Restaurants nearby. Watch out- Credit Card not usually taken in Restaurants. Free wi-fi. Computers in Lobby. Wi-fi worked in my room floor two. Would stay there again.

Great hotel not far from the main shopping streets of Vienna but out of the way so no passing traffic. Rooms are very good with all the amenities you'd expect. There's a gym (that I haven't used yet!) for those that wish. The staff are very helpful and polite.

Location is very conveinent. Near Subway and tourist attrations. All within walking distance. You have to walk through quiet road before you reach your hotel. The hotel interior is very classy and they serve excellent breakfast and the breakfast staff is very polite and acomodating. Making a very good start for your day. But I would like to warn tourist […] like myself to be very vary of conman not in the hotel but in the tourist attrations. Firstly they will ask you whether you speak english than one man will pretend to ask for help. Before your could respond another 2 man will appeared and claimed that they are police showing a pass spell POLICE. Than they will talk about drugs problem and counterfit money.If you try to walk away they will shout at you to stand still. So they will check the first man wallet than they want to check your wallet. You have to be firm with them and walk away or you have to scream for police. But we were caught off guard thus we were cheated off 200Euro.. Les mer
