"A great value"
This hotel was a great value. I didn't like the check in process (they make you sign your life away every time, even if you're a regular) and the bed could be a bit better, there should either be more pillows or they need to replace the pillows with something thicker, but otherwise, everything was perfect.
helpfull staff - paying separately for wifi a bit mean
Overall, this was a pretty decent hotel. The price was right for our few nights in the area, and the staff was friendly. However, there are a few things to be cautious of. The room was very clean and smelled nice, but the walls are paper thin. If you get a few party people next door, prepare for a long night. There is a fridge hidden away in the dresser, […] but we ended up unplugging it because of some strange noises it was making. The AC/Heater worked well, but also made a lot of strange noises...mechanical issues probably. We ended up just running the fan constantly to drown out the other sounds. The pool is not heated, but the hot tub was as perfect of a temperature as can be. The only problem with it was that the jets do not really put out much of any force at all, and it didn't appear to have been cleaned in a while - lots of floaties and an overall griminess in the color and consistency of the water. There is an elevator which works well, and a laundry room which will cost about $4 for a complete load. A microwave is available in the office. If you need a cheap place to stay in the area, this is a pretty good find. Les mer
"Close to freeway access"
Very basic. Clean, but the linens were horrible (towels with holes in them...bare sheets, pillows were horrible). It did what we needed. Was cheap and a place to sleep and shower and that is all we were looking for. I think I would drop the rating to 2.5 stars. There were a lot of people 'hanging out' in the parking lot when we got back late that night. […] That was a little disconcerting that the management didn't monitor that activity better. Les mer

"Don't stay here"
Was not clean! Cob webs on walls & corner of ceililng. Mold bathroom ceiling. Was not cleaned, long dark hair all over room. One towel, one wash cloth. Would not stay here again. Only thing I can say nice, is the person who checked me in at front desk was very nice.

the room was nice except the fact there was a wet spot by the sink and the refrigeratoer did not keep things real cold not much of breakfast i see why the price for this hotel was cheap the hotel person did not say did you enjoy the stay the room was nice knowing i had two kids could of been on the bottom floor
"Good Nite Inn, Fremont, CA"
I stayed here to get closer to the airport in San Jose because I had an early flight. I felt very safe staying here alone and was satisfied enough to go back when I got back from my trip, to rest before my drive home. I was comfortable and happy with both stays and the rooms were nice. The front desk women were wonderful!!

The rooms are very clean - though a little boring. The location is freeway close and there is adequete parking. The laundry area was very nice. This is the fourth time I have stayed. Very satisfied - priced reasonably.

"Good Nite Inn, Fremont California"
I've stayed here several times over the years and find the place comfortable and clean. However, this time one thing I found disturbing was such a late check-in time. We were not allowed to check in until 3:00pm. If this continues, I probably won't stay at this hotel again.

"Not bad for the price."
For the price I would say that this place is better that many other economy motels. The grounds are nice and the room was decent and for the most part clean. (I did notice that the base of the toilet had not been clean in a while.). The breakfast was just a muffin and coffee. I guess for the price you can't expect much. But there is a fast food place […] right there next to the motel. The wireless Internet is available, but not free. You pay extra for that. It is a place I would stay at again if need be. But don't expect a lot of extras. It's a great place for an overnight stay. Les mer

It is tucked away behind a strip mall making it a little hard to find, but we found it to be well signed. The good news is the strip mall contains several restaurants. What is important to me is clean and quiet. This room was reasonably spacious […] and well appointed. It was clean. We checked for bedbugs, since it is an issue nowadays, and found no evidence. The staff appears to follow standard protocols for bedbug prevention. The rooms are well insulated between rooms, between floors, and between the inside and the outside. Our room faced the freeway ramp and was still quiet. The staff seemed very eager to please. It is my opinion that you could spend a lot more and not get a better room in the bay area. Good Nite Inn in Fremont is very clean and quiet. Easy access to freeway and close to a lot of eating places and Lake Elizabeth. For the price we pay for this hotel, we are really satisfied. The only thing that's missing is a jacuzzi tub in the room, although they have a hot tub by the pool!

For the price it couldn't be beat. The key to hot tub didn't work so that was disappointing.

"Good freeway and food access, clean rooms"
It's basically a very clean 3-stars motel at 2 stars price. Several restaurants and fast foods are within 2 minutes of walk. Freeway 880 is 2 minutes' drive away. The surrounding area is very safe and comfortable, consists of some lowrise office buildings and a natural bird's preserve.

Rooms had typical features as many other hotels around the same price. We used the hotel mainly for sleeping so we were only there for a few hours. Walls are pretty thin, and there were several loud people at the hotel, so be warned. Overall room was clean and great for our quick use. Had there been a microwave in the room it would have been perfect. […] There is a microwave available but you have to go to lobby to use it. Everything is good in the Good nite inn except internet time period. It is start from 12:00 in night and finish at mid night, But people usually use it from afternoon and check out in the morning. It is not convenient to the customer. Thanks

The flat pillows on the stiff bed were not so bad. The cleaning crew driving a rickety cart 5x past my door at 7am wasn't that bad; it only prevented me from sleeping. But in the morning, we noticed that the blanket we had slept under was marked with blood stains. That's extremely gross.

I own a motel and there is only one negative for me. The water took forever to get warm and never hot. I still give it a 5. Great firm bed and very, very clean. People are nice and room felt safe. I was not looking for fancy, just comfortable and value and this place delivers.

Hotel near landfill, it smells stink outside of your room sometime.
