Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med god service. Veldig behjelpelige med bestillnger til restauranter. Deilig frokost.

"If you want to stay in Kensington, not a bad spot"
The location was fantastic. 7 min walk from tube station and set 1 block away from the busy road in front of Kensington Palace/gardens. The breakfast was sufficient and staff was excellent. My only complaint was the quality of the bed. My room had a twin bed that was very hard and did have any mattress pad. "Kensington House Hotel London"
Great little hotel close to absolutely everything you need. The only downside was the building site across the road which made our room so noisy .We had a front room and found it difficult to have an afternoon nap as we had flown in from Australia and were quite tired. The rooms are small but are well planned and comfortable. Near Gloucester Road Tube […] and lots of cafe 's restaurants nearby. Hotel has all the amenities you need. Wifi and computer. The bedroom was small, to be sure. But not impossibly so. The management of the hotel is made up of helpful, caring, and friendly people. Eager to help, and please. The standard breakfast that came with the reasonable rate was fine, if limited. And the busy wait staff efficient and personable. "Good location, tiny room"
The location is great, just a few minutes from Kensington High Street tube station. The single room was tiny and too warm, but having the window open made it too noisy. The buffet breakfast was fine, in a nice light, airy but quite crowded room. The Hotels.com price does not included tax, so it will cost you 20% more than I thought!

The room was extremely small and if I was there for more than one night I think I would go mad. The web site is a gross exaggeration of the rooms. In general I would give it a 4 or 5 in overal cleanliness and generaL condition. The staff were nice enough but the woman who helped me check in was not very helpful and not cheerful; it was as if I was bothering […] her. Location. This hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the High St Kensington tube stop, so not bad. The concierge is gone by 10 pm so if you need to have a desk person around the clock, this will be a problem. if that's not an issue for you, forget about it. There's no real breakfast at the hotel, just a bar. One thing you should know that no one will tell you. There's construction going on across the street and they start @ 8 am. You should ask about that before you book a room. all told, if you're looking at an extended stay at this property, dont't. One or two night is OK but I wouldn't want to stay here for morevthan that. "A well-situated and well-run hotel"
We had a one night stay and were very satisfied. Friendly and efficient staff, clean and comfortable and quiet room. Convenient location. We'll stay again!

Great location, great clean room and comfortable bed. No air conditioning and stay in early September was just bearable at night. ceiling fan helped, but widows had to be open. VERY NOISY on Victoria Road. Most rooms face Victoria road or Prince of Wales Terrace. Great bathroom, fitness center, and included continental breakfast. Business center awkward […] to use as in hall in basement and had to be logged on each time by reception/concierge staff. Can only recommend a stay here in late fall, winter or early spring. Les mer
