The staff was friendly and prepared for us when we arrived. The room was crisp, clean and spacious. We thought it was a good value and will consider staying there whenever we are in Cleveland

the beds are comfortable the room is clean the refrigerator did not work. I would stay there again.

Room was cold, even though our reservation was already confirmed. Skimpy ammenities. Reservation would not allow for cancellation after being made.....very disturbing. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but overall it was not a good experience.

I was looking for a cheap hotel, and with the lesser expense usually comes a lesser quality. However, it was not the case with this hotel. It was very comfortable, and acceptably clean and up-to-date. I also noticed several other guest who also skeptically checked out the quality of the rooms before making the decision to stay, and after seeing the […] rooms decided to stay. The location was easy to find and is nestled in a cluster of hotels. I was a bit skeptical at first about my room until I walked in and was pleased with the cleanliness and overall comfort that the room provided. I almost wish I had to stay another day to visit the surrounding area and also just enjoy the room a bit more. I booked and was confirmed a smoking room. Attendant at desk said they are a non-smoking facility. Suggest they update Hotel.com if that is the case.

This hotel was close to the Ocoee, and provided the bare essentials for a one night stay. It is an older motel (no inner hallways) and had an old style air conditioning unit, which worked surprisingly well. The room had a coffee-maker, hair dryer, a small refrigerator, a microwave, and cable TV. There was a continental breakfast for which make-your-own […] waffles were the highlight. There was an outdoor pool that closed at 9pm due to the lack of outside lighting. The bedding was worn but clean, and really I that's how I would describe the overall motel. Les mer

The hotel itself was fine. It was what was to be expected for a Ramda Limited; however when I booked the room after searching for hotels near Chattanooga we ended up in a hotel that was about 45 minutes away from downtown Chattanooga. Hotels.com should make it more clear how far away a hotel is from your desired destination.

Nice, clean room for the price.Very handy, next door to Denny's, Hardees, mini-mart, across street from Wendy's shopping mall with target, Kohls, Bed Bath & Beyond. Will stay there again.

If you are a non smoker then definitely specify non smoking on your reservation. We unfortunately ended up with a "smoking" room. Our clothes and suit cases still smell from staying there. Also, very limited breakfast buffet. In fact, should not be called a buffet but instead breakfast item(s). Don't feel this was a good value for the price. carpet was filthy. they participate in a "green" program, so forgot to check if anyone used the bedding and didn't bother to change it before I got there. the frig dirty. didn't check microwave. cobwebs in every corner. charged extra per day for my pet, but I thought it was unnecessary, considering the condition of the room anyway. This was not a bad deal for the price. Everything was clean enough and everything in the room worked with no complications. The people running the hotel are of Asian desent and they were very outgoing in meeting any request we made.

Nice stay. Comfort of bed so-so. Found a condom wrapper under the edge of the bed as we packed to leave - (No it was not ours.) Room was much better than where we stayed at in the same town 6 months ago.

This was a 3 night stay due to business. Very Clean Rooms, Friendly and Courteous Staff, Excellent Continental Breakfast including make your own waffle. We would definitely stay here again. If you have to extend your stay for longer than your reservation they will also honor the price you paid for your initial daily rate. Very pleased.

We were there to enroll granddaughter at Lee University. Was very easy to find and only one exit from the University. Many good restaurants nearby, also Target and WalMart.,

I booked my room thru a "Blind Brand special deal" where I didn't know the hotel name. I got a good rate, but when I found out the hotel name and checked reviews, I found lots of bad entries relating to smell, cleanliness, getting a room not as requested, etc. No worries. the desk assistant was friendly, the room assignment was exactly as requested, […] the room smelled nice and was clean and comfortable. Some friends and I were staying in the area for the weekend to go white water rafting and this place was one of the cheapest we could find and was in a great location for lots of things! Can't really think of anything bad to say about the place if you're just looking for a place to crash. The room was pretty neat and beds were spacious. My account was charged $25 without my knowledge. I called to find out what the issue was and was told someone would call me back. No one called back. I called them instead and was informed that I was being charged for a broken security lock. The security lock on the door fell off as it was not on securely. The floors were very dirty. My little nephew, 20 months old, ran around on the floor for five minutes after taking his shoes off and his feet were totally black! That was very discouraging! They need to clean the carpets a lot more often.

It was a nice hotel but the carpet was frayed all around like it was not finished or messed up. I guess it was the pet friendly room they had for us to use. Everything else was really nice.

Felt as if this hotel was cutting corners in several ways. Had stayed in another Ramada earlier in my trip which had travel bottles of shampoo, lotion, soap, etc. in case you forgot yours. This hotel only provided 1 sample soap & 1 shampoo. The continental breakfast was weak. Only offered danish, cold cereal, coffee, juice & waffles. No fruit or hot […] items. The television kept cutting out....sound okay but picture would go black while watching programs. Probably would not stay here again. Les mer

This is an older motel, but is well maintained, neat and clean. Very convenient location just off the interstate and near restaurants and shopping. The parking lot and exterior landscaping were immaculate. The management and owner clearly take pride in the facility. I will be staying here again when I need a motel in the area.

Old, old motel. Needs refurbishing. Carpet in room dirty, regretfully had to stay another night. Do not recommend.

It's your basic two story hotel with exterior entrances. Basic amenities. It's just off I-75 with plenty of fast food around. Bed was comfortable. Area is quiet. Nothing fancy.
