god service henter deg på flyplassen og kjører deg dit når du dra. ok rom litt gammel dags men helt greit.

Hotellet ligger rett ved flyplassen og er helt ok for overnatting før/ etter flytur. Maten på hotellet smakte ikke spesielt bra. Grei pris og hyggelig personale.

Stort hotellrom med eget kjøkken med bra beliggenhet. Pluss for to restauranter i første etasje og svømmebasseng på taket. Også gratis wifi og safe på rommet. Hotellet er ikke akkurat nyoppusset, og det vises på rommene, men meget bra valuta for pengene.

Dette var et bra hotell som kan anbefales til besøk i Philly. Ett kvartal fra Market East togstasjonen som går direkte fra flyplassen. Anbefaler alle å besøke Reading Terminal Market, som er vegg-i-vegg med hotellet. Her vil du få en kulinarisk matopplevelse. Kort vei til de historiske attraksjonene i Philadelphia.

Rent og fine rom. Stort og behagelig, fine bad. Veldig bra beliggenhet, gåavstand til det meste. Veldig fornøyd!

The Hotel was a great ending to a great day at the Center City Jazz Festival and the breakfast brought to the room in the morning was just over the top. No complaints at all.
"Great location but too noisy"
Location of the hotel is perfect if you want to see the sights, eat a fine meal and even hop on the subway to a game.We were on a low floor so the traffic noise was easy to notice. Building architecture is beautiful.

"It's a Ritz"
My home town, Philadelphia, is not known for its hospitality. The Ritz is the exception to the rule. The service was up to the level of other Ritz porperties where I have stayed including D.C., South Beach and Puerto Rico.

"comfort and pleasure"
We live in the neighborhood, and decided to treat ourselves to a night of comfort. The hotel staff was so helpful, the room was beautiful and had great views of city hall. The meals in the hotel were memorable- the dinner at 10arts was amazing, and breakfast delivered to our room was fresh, and on time.

This Ritz is definitely not the best. Pros: In the middle of the city close to transportation, convention center, etc. Clean. Check in fast and efficient. Cons: Not up to standard Ritz par. Decor in room was not good at all. Room had no directory at all with any information about spa, surrounding areas, etc. Couldn't even get one after I asked. Bartender […] shut bar down before official close and actually said, "the minibar is open 24 hours." Bath tub faucet wouldn't turn. Not the best service at all. Les mer
"First And Last Trip To The Ritz-Carlton!"
My husband and I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia for the night while we were in town to attend his sister's baby shower. Upon check in, we were greeted by tons of staff members, all by the wrong last name. We were willing to look this over though and were still looking forward to our stay. We had prepaid the stay through hotels.com […] and at check in were assured that our credit card was just being taken for security impression for any incidentals. At check out, again, we were assured that nothing was being charged to our credit card because our account had a zero balance. To our surprise, a few days later we noticed that the Ritz-Carlton had double billed our stay. On Thursday evening I was on the phone with one of their representatives for 25 minutes only to resolve nothing. I was assured that it'd be handled first thing the following morning and that I'd receive a phone call back within the next 24 hours. Further, he went on to blame hotels.com for not paying the RItz, and that the charge would remain on my card while they figured out the situation. Needless to say, I was extremely irate and never received a call back regarding the matter. Four days later I contacted the Ritz-Carlton Philadelphia and their corporate offices. Only once I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau and to dispute the credit card charges did I get an apologetic response with a refund. My husband and I are loyal hotels.com users having booked at least 15 hotel stays with this company within the past year and have never once encountered a hotel chain as incompetent as the Ritz-Carlton. If this is the great service that they pride themselves on, then it's a miracle that they're still in business. From now on we're going to stick to the Hyatt. Their rooms are larger, more luxurious, and they actually know how to treat a customer. This was definitely our first and last stay with this atrocious hotel chain know as the Ritz-Carlton. Les mer

"In Philly for a wedding"
The only regret we had was that we couldn't stay longer! When we entered the hotel, a staff member greeted us with champagne. They gave us a room on the 18th floor with a beautiful view of downtown Philadelphia. The room was pleasant and the bed was beyond comfortable. The staff always greeted us with kind words and a smile every time we walked through […] the lobby. The next day, as we checked out, the staff presented us with gifts to take home to our children and apples for the drive home. I cannot recall being treated so well at a hotel. Great and convenient spot in Philadelphia, probably has the best/nicest lobby in the city and the rooms are very nice (although small) with some of them having excellent views of city hall.

I truly was expecting more from the Ritz. Other hotels in the Ritz family have much nicer rooms and hotels in general. There wasn't even soap for the tub/shower. The staff however was very friendly and very attentive

The staff was outstanding in their courtesy and attention to detail. The bathroom was beautiful, but it lacked places to put our toiletries. Although the Ritz Carlton in Philadelphia is an outstanding hotel, it does not seem to warrant a five star rating. Our room was small and ordinary in its decor. The breakfast was less than good. I had eggs benedict, […] and the egg was overcooked and the sauce was nonexistent. If I were to stay at a five star hotel in this town again, I would go to the Four Seasons instead. Les mer
