Staybridge Suites Eagan Airport South - Mall Area - Eagan

This hotel is very nice, would definitely stay again. We made plans to take the shuttle to the MOA before we arrived at the hotel. This was based on a previous review encouraging us to do so. So glad we did! After a 3 hour drive, it was nice to let someone else do the driving, parking, etc. The pool and hot tub were nice but the temp of both was too […] high. Excellent stay with suite, two LCD TVs, quiet, and easy to find. Highly recommended.

I didn't expect anything special, just your run of the mill hotel - I booked it because it seemed like a very reasonable price even though it about 20 minutes drive from where we were. It was pretty much everything I could have asked for and more. Free Wi-fi that was easy to access, free breakfast that included actual hot breakfast (waffles!), and […] an incredibly spacious suite that was bigger than apartments I've lived in before. It was even relatively modern and nice decor, and the setting was suburban and pretty. We took a room with two double beds and a pull out sofa bed to accommodate 4 people. The room was nice - but felt and looked unclean in some areas - that might be the issue of having a "kitchen" in a hotel room. The pull out sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed to sleep on as the mattress was very thin and the bars of the bed were right in the middle […] of the back and the middle of the legs. This made for a lack of sleep. If they had something available, they would have definitely tried to fit us into something a little better - but nothing was available at the time. We were booked for 3 nights, but were able to get out of the second two nights as that wouldn't work to sleep in that bed again. On the positive - the breakfast that was included in the room was excellent, and so was the staff that worked in the hotel. Les mer

This hotel was great for our family...we loved that they had free dinners on Tues, Wed, and Thurs nights. We also enjoyed borrowing a DVD from their 'library' and watching a movie on the DVD player in the room. The pool was great....though it wasn't always very warm. The extra bed in the pull-out couch was great for our 7 year old, but wouldn't have […] been good enough for an adult. Great location. We loved the coupons we received from them, too. We were VERY dissappointed that the pool and hot tub were broken. We picked this hotel for that reason...bummed out a 3 year old lil girl.

Very nice hotel, staff was excellent. Shuttled us to wherever we wanted to go and the pool was open until midnight. Breakfast was fantastic. Rates are very reasonable.

We had a fantastic time at Staybridge Suites in Eagan. They are pet friendly - which was important to us. Great breakfast, great pool area and fitness room. Awesome rooms! And the hotel staff was all very friendly! Great neighborhood too. Close movie theatre and pizza place. Best hotel weekend we have had with the whole family! Thanks so much!

This Hotel is amazing and I will be staying here anytime i'm in the area. It has everything you want with a smile at the front desk. A++++++++

This facility was well situated for our needs. We were visiting family in a near by suburb. Only problem was parking on a Friday night. Due to the snow piles, parking spaces were hard to find when we returned after 8:00 p.m.

The room was almost in perfect condition - besides the pull-out bed for the couch. Won't go into details, but the mattress definitely should have been replaced. The staff was AWESOME! I had left some very important items in the room (some which were very fragile) when we left, and they sent them to me - well-packed and without charge. I stayed in a two-room, handicap accessible room (216) for one week in August 2010. First off, the room is actually accessible (rather than simply claiming to be). A person in a wheelchair can make it to all the important facilities. Unfortunately, like many handicap accessible rooms, this room appears to have been converted backwards from a regular […] room (rather than being well thought out as an accessible room from the beginning). A bed was removed (only one queen bed remains) to allow wheelchair access, and the bathroom, while large, looks like something right out of a hospital - stark white with a sterile and small ceramic pedestal sink, harsh fluorescent lighting and a small cart for towels. The stool is crammed into the front right corner and canted at a slight angle to "port". There are many handrails strategically placed around the bathroom. This room is functional but depressing looking. This room is directly over the hotel facilities plant which is VERY LOUD. The air conditioner, while very powerful, is also VERY LOUD and blows DIRECTLY ON THE BED. Assuming a common layout, this would be true for all their accessible rooms. This room has per=room central AC style units built into a utility closet with standard registers in both rooms in the upper wall - so no air direction control is possible. Needless to say, you will need the covers and blankets. I found myself constantly switching the blankets back and forth with the cycling of the air conditioner making sleeping a little difficult. Otherwise, it is a very pleasant and affordable hotel. The common areas are nicely finished and clean. There is an indoor pool as well as a quite nice (for a hotel) workout room. The staff is very friendly, the free breakfasts are hot and quite good. Three nights a week ( Tues ,Weds and Thurs in the summer at least) the staff prepares a (free) light dinner as well that often features grilled meats prepared on site - delicious! Was visiting a friend with a couple of other ladies and we were very comfortable in the Queen room with sofa bed. A fantastic price for a room with a kitchen and a full breakfast. Very clean hotel. Was impressed with the value.

Pool was great. Room was great. Staff was very friendly. Full breakfast was wonderful. Only issue that I could say was inconvenient was the fact that they only had 1 elevator in the whole hotel. Our room was not near the elevator. Otherwise, great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood.

This was a lovely hotel, if we are ever in the area again we will most definitely stay here again. Room was clean, well maintained and the staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nice even for someone like me who is watching her carb intake. The hotel is very close to stores, the zoo, the airport, and restaurants.

Pool was out of service and this was very disappointing for our kids. Asked for an additional blanket at bed time and after 40minutes had to call again. Breakfast buffet was included and excellent quality. The staff was friendly and appologized for both the pool being out of service and the long wait for the blanket. Location was very convenient.

Good clean suite--sleeper sofa allowed daughter to close the door between the rooms and sleep through snoring parents! Kitchenette allows easy snacking or full blown meal. Very comfortable. Breakfast is included!

we enjoyed our stay. The room was comortable and the price was right. The only issue we had was that I noticed our receipt had the wrong address and rates on it. I did not see this until we got home. My name was correct, but the address was not and the price was less. I need to see my statement to see what I actually was charged. Even the room number […] and dates were correct. this was a very pleasant surprise on our trip across the country. Compared to other hotels at this price this was head and shoulders above them.

Staybridge Suites Eagan is a lovely place to stay and I think we would stay there again. There were, however, two items that would make the stay "The Best" if they were satisfied. First, despite the ample space and mainly attractive rooms, there was a problem with a lack of soundproofing. We could hear very plainly the sound of the excercise room near […] our room and also sounds outside our room. These could present a $ problem for the owners, but would be a real plus for those staying several days such as we did. Second was the room temperature control. This could be easily solved, but I think heat to all rooms is not on until colder temperatures visit that part of the country. We were somewhat cold and couldn't get the temperature in the room to warm up. Someone from the hotel staff came and turned the thermostat to a different mode, but after she left the room didn't seem to warm up. Other than those two items our stay was wonderful and the staff was extremely friendly. Our only two problems seem to be outside their ability to solve. Les mer

Friendly staff and very spacious suites. Great for kids who start to get antsy in a small room. It was a very comfortable stay. My only problems is that I was not aware that housekeeping had to be specially requested on the weekends until returning to the room after a long day and finding nothing had been tidied up. In general a very nice hotel.

It is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. We look at rates as a key deciding factor on where we will stay. We had never heard of Staybridge before we found it online. It is perfect for anyone who needs to spend more than a day or two. The staff were very friendly and helpful also.

Todella siisti ja kaunis hotelli. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä.
