Nice and helpfull staff at the front desk answered any question in a polite manner, giving directions for futher travel. The hotell is close to the Light Rail station with trains leaving frequently for BWI and downtown Baltimore. The only problem was the doors closing at night was very loud and had no restaurant although the burger joint across the street was a good burger and wings.

The service (front desk attendant and shuttle driver) were friendly and helpful. The lobby reaked of cigarette smoke. The luggage cart fell apart several times as I took my things to my room. The stay at the Sleep Inn Hotel was nice. However, I did not like the fact that Continental Breakfast was given to the Guest in a Brown Paper Bag. The Guest should have been made aware, because guest stay at different hotels for different Amenities. The Night Shift Agents were fantastic.

Guest in the hotel are loud, slamming doors and no respect for other guest. After finally falling asleep, I again woke up to the room next to mine with their TV blasting. Thin walls. The next morning I was itching. Nothing close by to get good food. The hotels staff was nice, but other than that, thumbs down.

Only there for a few hours before an early morning flight. The front desk person was nice and pleasant, and processed me quickly so I could get to bed. The room could use some maintenance looks wise, but everything worked.

we needed a place to stay prior to an early flight out of BWI, we took a train to BWI and the hotel shuttle picked us up, no charge and took us back the next morning. I stayed at the Sleep Inn in Clear Springs, MD and was very pleased so I decided to stay at another Sleep Inn and was very disapointed..

It was a last minute decision to stay at a hotel or with friends. The peace, quietude, and comfy king sized bed was very welcoming from the other option of screaming kids and a nice soft sofa. I had a nice visit with my friend and his family the next day. I made a good choice.

The staff was extremely busy but when dealing one on one with clients, they were very friendly. It would,be nice if the hotel upgraded linen, bedding and pillows; but the room was clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

I thought the Sleep Inn was great...for what it is. It is NOT a luxury hotel. It is a safe, comfortable, basic night's sleep. Mostly OK, room clean but bedspreads smelled funky. Toilet paper roll falling off the wall. Shower only, no tub -- ask for one if it's important to you. High point was breakfast -- a cut above the usual cereal and juice.

We stayed here the night before our early morning flight so we didn't have a chance to use the hotel amenities. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The airport shuttle was punctual and the ride was comfortable.

Good luck with the shuttle service. We waited nearly 35 minutes at the airport for shuttle driver to arrive. Every time our group or another called we were told 15 minutes. Hotel is old and passed it's time.

I stayed for the night and it was prefec, took the train to Camden Yards to watch the Yankee game and it was safe, moderately fast, cheap, and didn't have to deal with the hassle of parking and traffic.

We were very happy with our hotel... Although it wasn't walking distance to the Inner Harbor, it was easy to get from one place to another & parking was easy to find... Our room was very clean & they provide a good selection of b'fast foods as well!

I flew in from Ramstien Germany the night of my stay. I had been on a plane for 10 hours with a toddler and being 6 months pregnant. The driver who picked me up from the airport was amazing and so was the front desk clerk. The next morning the front desk clerk (a young black woman) was very rude, breakfast was NOT on time, and the lady who was setting […] breakfast up had a bad attitude. The carpets in the hallways going to our room had multiple stains all over them. They definitely need to be cleaned!!! It leaves a poor first impression. I found the hotel to be average on most things which isn't to say it was bad just that is wasn't exceptional which I wasn't expecting. My first room had apparently not been cleaned but I was quickly given a new very clean room as soon as I spoke to the desk clerk about it. Light rail is close by and relatively easy to use but it does stop running by […] 11pm tho the schedule board said 11;30!! On a budget it is well worth it and breakfast was pretty good esp on the weekend. The only thing to recommend this hotel is its proximity to the airport. The appearance outside and inside was dreadful and down-at-the-heels. There were stains on the carpet, holes in the sheets, and see through towels. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre and poorly presented. We had a "forced" overnight in Baltimore and chose this hotel because it offered a shuttle from the airport. In the end we had to take a taxi because the telephones at the hotel weren't working and we couldn't get a shuttle to pick us up. The front desk clerk was unable to compensate us in anyway which was unfortunate.

The hotel is shop worn, it needs to be better maintained, and some renovations. The -elevators were covered with graffiti. A positive the breakfast was above average with sausage, bacon and eggs. The location is close to the light rail, actually walking distance. We saw two games at Oriole Park Camden Yards.

Room was good and clean. Very little variety of food for breakfast and the elevators are very dirty. Need to scrub the walls and replace carpet in elevators.

We needed a hotel room overnight because we had a 6am flight out of BWI. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Provided a ride to and from airport and we parked in their lot for free!! Couldn't have asked for a better value. Since our flight was so early we missed the free breakfast :(

In town for a baseball game. Just needed a comfortable / safe place to stay. This motel satisfied that need. Hall carpets and elevators could use a good clean and improvement. However, my main need was a clean room and comfortable bed. Bed was excellent !! Firm mattress and plump pillows. Room was clean and acceptable. Bathroom has a shower (no tub) […] if that is a need of yours. Staff was OK. Not jumping to serve, but did thier job. Asked for more towels and they supplied. Breakfast was your typical muffins, pastries, cereal, fruit. Enough for us, but some may want more. There is a Checkers fast food hamburger place across the street for a late evening snack. Les mer

Great place if you just need a spot to stay pre-flight out of BWI. 10 minute drive to the rental car drop off / departure. Friendly front staff. extremely quick registration. Breakfast was sparce. Comfortable clean room. Good wifi. great for an in and out type spot at a good price.
