Supert hotell, litt små rom. Frokosten var litt dårlig og dyr, men det var en superhyggelig fransk restaurant som nærmeste nabo, hvor man kan spise for halve prisen:)

Bak en litt anonym fasade rett ovenfor Trafalgar Square kommer man inn til meget vennlig resepsjon og consierge i stilfulle omgivelser. Kul design. Vi hadde et deluxrom som var rent, kult og stort. Spesielt badet ga følelsen av minispa. Diger dusj. Veldig sentralt midt mellom Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square (t-bane) og Covent Garden. Veldig bra beliggenhet. Sentralt til de fleste severdigheter og uteliv. Standard rom var veldig lite for to personer og relativt dyrt. Måtte oppgradere til et større rom..

Hotellet har generelt bra standard og meget bra beliggenhet i nærheten av Leicester square. De negative tingene var at rommet var i minste laget (queen size) og at en må betale ekstra for internet-tilgang. Dette er gratis på de fleste hoteller i Norge, og burde også være det på et femstjerners. Betjeningen var veldig hyggelig og renholdet bra.

Som sagt, en perfekt beliggenhet, nær Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square og nær Picadilly Line - som tar deg til mange viktige steder inkl. Heathrow Airport.Nabolaget er supert, med restauranter og barer av alle slag.Hotellet i minimalistisk stil, fungerer meget bra, med hyggelig betjening. Anbefales !

Meget fine rom, litt harde senger etter vår smak. Hele hotellet fremstår som tidsriktig og coolt. Verdt et besøk, greie priser. Gangavstand til de fleste severdighete, shoppinggater og mange teater.

Knallgod beliggenhet rett ved Leicester Square, men likevel fredelig og rolig. Lekre rom med lekre detaljer, og god service på alle måter. Hysterisk dyr frokost, men "Cote" i nabobygget har super frokost til 1/3 av prisen. Kombinasjonen av de to er topp.

Et absolutt must å bo der. Midt i hjertet av London - Covent garden <3 et hotell fordi som setter pris på design og det urbane. Hotellets ansatte er fantastisk!

Had a great stay. All the staff were excellent, proffesional and friendly. Hotel is very cool. Nice bar downstairs - pricey drinks but in keeping with everywhere else. Our room was superb & amazingly quite ! The location is fantastic - just off Covent Garden, so it's just round the corner from everything but also in a nice quiet spot.

Don't get the ungraded room unless you like paying more for your room and staring at a brick wall. At that rate, shouldn't WIFI be included in the rate? Seems like it should. Carpet in common areas has the usual messes where people leave their room service trays. Can't hotels figure this simple thing out?

If you've stayed at any other Morgans Hotel Group properties, you will not be surprised by design or customer service at this property. Best water pressure in London! Without question, best I've stayed in the West End.

Amazing service and attention to detail made a special surprise even better. Definitely not the cheapest hotel around but really worth it. Felt looked after and welcomed and the little touches to ensure the stay was perfect really made the difference

The hotel staff was exceptional - opening doors, giving directions, etc. Room was always clean when I returned and the lit candle in the bathroom was a nice touch. Only (minor) issue was the wake-up call button was broken on my room telephone, so I needed to call the reception desk, who then transferred me to the wake-up call line. We were very pleased overall with our stay at the hotel. It was bright and clean and the location was perfect for busy nightlife and within easy reach of shopping and tube station. I did have reservations that the standard room would be tiny but it was spacious for both of us. We didnt have hotel breakfasts, instead dining at Cotes next door where the […] breakfasts were superb. The light bar at the hotel is extremely pricey but not surprising - two drinks totalled £20. All staff were professional and friendly. I pleasant change from the old fashioned London hotels. Would stay again without question. Les mer

Can't beat the location and friendly staff. Free gym next door a nice plus. Room was nice and great bathroom. A few technical glitches, wifi was fast but spotty and unclear how much it cost (they comped it in the end) and room phones out of date. I will stay here again for sure if I can get a good rate.

I had stayed here before but it has been about 4 years or more. The hotel staff were fantastic. Very welcoming instead of the "we are so cool" attitude you get in cool hotels like St Martins Lane. The Hotel was great but unfortunately there was no stair access within the hotel and one of our guests had a phobia of lifts. On new years eve upon our return there were some yobs hanging around the entrance outside to the stairs which scared our guest.

Upgraded upon arrival to a beautiful loft room. As soon as we walked in Matt from front desk phoned to make sure we liked it! Fantastic location, attentive staff, beautiful room - can't wait tI visit again!

This is a fantastic modern hotel in the heart of the West end - if you want traditional decor and tacky wallpaper this clean contemporary hotel is not for you. VERY friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic location - I really want this to be my baseline hotel in London

This is a quirky, but luxurious hotel with all the amenities that you would need. Located on a quiet street near Covent Garden, yet a stones throw to all West End and central attractions. Great service and friendly staff. Worthy of a stay for both business and leisure.

This is a very stylish hotel ( what else could be expected of Phillipe Starck!) situated within 300m of Trafalgar Square, surrounded by theatres and restaurants. The bar has a great atmosphere and the Asia de Cuba restaurant was superb.

Hotel and staff were great. Except maid kept opening our window and leaving it open and at night we couldn't figure out why it was so cold despite having the heat on- until day 2 when we realized the window was open. Despite telling the front desk- the maid continued to leave the window open every day- not sure why this was -considering it is winter. […] The open window also led to increased street noise and construction noise which was not great considering we left nyc to get away from the noise. Nonetheless the staff did send up free coffee to our room the morning we left for the inconvenience. Les mer

Our room was very small. Couldn't fit an open suitcase anywhere. There was a lot of noise from closing hallway doors slamming. Felt a bit dorm-like. I like minimalism, but it was somewhat extreme. The hallway reminded me of a stark no-frills ship. The lobby was cold and unwelcoming. The staff was very nice. I think the star rating is one star too high. […] No coffee maker in the room was not good. Luckily Starbucks is across the street. I'd stay here again in a jam only. Les mer

The hotel does not have a great street appearance. In fact I don't think the name is on the front of the hotel. But don't let the outside fool you. Inside it is great. Modern design and the rooms are very functional. The staff was great! Location terrific

A modern trendy hotel in a great location in Soho, close to everything. The staff was nice with no attitude. The rooms are nicely furnished, though on the small side. The extra charge for WiFi is irritating, and so are the high prices for the soaps and other items offered for sale in the room. However, there are several great breakfast places nearby […] with free WiFi. Overall, a very pleasant stay and centrally located, though a few small items don't give it the top rating. Les mer

What an amazing hotel! The staff and service was impeccable and everyone made us feel very special during our stay. We were there for 5 days for my husband's birthday. The location is outstanding, so close to everything. I booked a deluxe king room and it had the most amazing view of Trafalgar Square, The London Eye and The Parliament buildings. my room, although small, was very nice and extremely modern. The only real problem was that the staff seemed to think that they were above everyone and were a bit unfriendly. It is a very young crowd that stays there, and if you are a bit older, they look down at you. Probably would not stay there again

The staff were friendly and efficient, the beds were comfortable, and the views from our room were over London towards the City and Canary Wharf.

Fantastic location, very friendly and attentive staff, child friendly (I stayed there with my 4 year old). Excellent restaurant (Asia to Cuba), breakfast was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
