"Very nice!"
After two days in a noisy hotel in Dublin, it was heaven when we arrived at Hilton Belfast. The room was big, quiet, had a comfortable design and not at least: A mini bar! The bed was also very comfortable. Best regards, L & K, Norway
"My first choice in Belfast city centre"
I have more than 300 hotel nights in Belfast city centre, and this hotel is my no. 1. Why: The serviceminded mentality, excellent food (in general food is crap in UK & Ireland), a good gym, easy acess to anything in Belfast city centre. Waterfront hall with a wide range of cultural events is next door etc.

Very nice hotel. We got a very good rate on Hotels.com. Not sure that I would have paid the hotel's own rates. We stayed there while going to the Titanic Experience. It is a good 15-20 minute walk, and as we stayed over for the spectacular light show, we walked that walk four times. Nice hotel. We didn't wait for breakfast next morning as we were rushing, […] but they do a good deal if you pre-book at the desk (its £6 more expensive each if you dont). Les mer

"Hilton Belfast"
This is far from a 5 star hotel both in terms of service and facilities. The customer service was particularly underwhelming and in some cases rude. This was distinctly prevalent at the front desk and in the bar. The parking facilities are an absolute disgrace. Hilton claim the extortionate prices are out their control however it not what you expect […] from a 5 star hotel. My car was in the car park for less than 48 hours and it cost roughly £45. The attitudes of those working in the car park when the price was queried were less than pleasant to say the least. Would never stay there again. Les mer
"Lovely but parking is a nightmare"
Hotel was great in a lovely location. Only downside was the extornate charge of £33 for parking for the 30 hours it was there over the weekend. First hotel I have been to that has charged so much. Usually it is €10 per day which is fair.
The hotel was excellent and the cost was outstanding value by booking through hotels.com
"Excellent stay in a convenient hotel"
I was really pleased with the extremely high level of quality in the hotel - both in the communal areas and in my room. The rooms are very comfortable and there is little disturbance from other rooms, the corridor or from outside, despite the fact this is a fairly busy area. I had a few hours to kill before my flight after check out and I felt comfortable […] relaxing in the coffee lounge to do so - very nice atmosphere. If I had to find fault, £6 for a glass of wine seems a little much especially when you have already splashed out on the hotel. I also think free wireless in the room as well as the communal areas would be really appreciated for privacy to work. Les mer

Stayed at the hilton for new years eve and it was great !! will be back soon, the only downfall was the £18 car park fee for 1 nite !!!
Stayed here as we went to the Waterfront Hall & it's right next door. The service & food were excellant. Half a Magners in the hotel bar was cheeper that Cafe Vauderville in town!! 2 things that let this hotel down was 1. the toilet paper! Cheep like you would get in a shopping centre, not even soft, & definately not what you would expect in 4*. 2. […] Only 2 coffee sachets & 2 teabags in the room, what if we both wanted the same drink on 2 occasions!!. Nice to have mugs though. Glad we didn't pay full price, but definately got our money's worth. Thank you hotels.com. Les mer

"5 Star?"
Location: The hotel location is great as it just a short walk to the shops. Food: My wife and I only ate in the bar and found both the food and service good. Room: The roon was a good size and the bed was a super king and very comfortable. I was disappointed with the room condition as the air con did not work and said as much on the wall control. […] It would only blow cold air and as it's winter the room was quilte cold. I had to call room service and ask for blanket. While sitting in the room we resorted to getting under the sheets as it was uncomfortable tempature. Cleanliness of room: Overall the room was very clean but one night I decided to have a bath and when I'd filled the bath I could see a film of dirt where someone previous had bathed and the bath wasn't cleaned. I had to wash the bath myself to then refill for my bath. TV: Very limited selection and pay to view movies. Only Harry Potter 2 was on during the two days I was there. Overall the I liked the Hotel, it had good service, good food and a central location. I think that my experience was let down by the heating and cleanliness of the bath tub. I would however question the Hotels star rating as it's the small things are the difference between a 3 & 4 star & indeed a 5 star. Les mer

We really enjoyed our most recent stay in the Hilton Hotel Belfast. The service was excellent as usual and the breakfast is still better than anywhere else I have stayed.

As with most Hilton hotels this one was in a convenient, resonably quiet location. Room was large and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was excellent and staff very attentive. Bar food also good quality.

lovely hotel and staff just make sure that they tell you if you get an upgrade. They did not tell us and in the room was an invite to the exc. lounge for free food and drink. After 10mins in the lounge the hostess came down and asked to leave as and i quote " we had no right to be there as we had an upgrade" this was in front of all the other guests. […] i reported her to the duty manager still waiting on word back. so be careful. Les mer

Hotel was great. Room and bed very comfortable. Room very quiet. Breakfast was superb. Convenient to all the shopping and bars. There is even a 24 hour bar at the hotel which I found great value.

"fantastic hotel with amazing views."
Stayed here for 2 nights with 5 women for my 40th birthday. We had a fantastic time and will definately return. We were in an excutive room on the 9th floor with amazing views of the city and river. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good as was the bar food.

Good size room with small bathroom......close to train station but a good walk to city center, longer if it is raining. No good pubs or restaurants close by and hotel pub and restaurant used only as a last resort.

The hotel is lovely and has a wonderful view of the river. The room was very spacious and immaculate. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but my mother thought it was fine! The staff were very friendly. Only one downside - we ordered some extra milk for the room at 2100 hrs and it still had not arrived at 2345 hrs.

Have stayed a couple of times now and have had a very relaxing time. The location is perfect for anything in Belfast City centre and a very good river bank walk just outside the hotel. Mini bar is a bit Pricey but plenty of shops nearby as an alternative. Only down side this time was NO AIRCON. Had to leave window open & trains are not to quiet behind […] the hotel. Still would recommend to anyone. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Les mer

great hotel, staff very friendly, lovely room only bad thing i would say about the hotel is the parking 36 pounds for 2 nights a little bit expensive, but the the only down side very close to city centre, cant wait to visit belfast again

"The Hilton Hotel Belfast - so special!"
This is our second visit to the Hilton in Belfast and we were equally impressed both times. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional and the facilities second to none. Breakfast was served in a lovely bright room and was as expected extensive and delicious.

"Solid business hotel"
I was nervous, as a few people I know stayed here several years ago and had bad experiences. However the hotel was clean and quiet, and the stay was enjoyable. In particular, not enough good things can be said about John at the front desk concierge. When I found I had an extra day to do some sightseeing, John ran through all the possible options, and […] in the end booked a driver for us. Without him the trip would have been far less enjoyable. "Overnight break in belfast city center"
Chose hotel as it is right next door to the waterfront hall where we were attending a Jimmy Carr gig with the intention of using the swimming pool & steam rooms ...etc but spent the afternoon shopping and eating/drinking so didn't get the chance. Room was great and breakfast next morning was excellent but if the sun is shinning resist the temptation […] to sit at the floor to ceiling windows as its like being in a glass house. drinks expensive for Belfast, large wine & pint bottle of Magners £11+. 24hr parking is £18 so unless u really want to use the leisure facilities then the like of the Ramada encore in the cathdral quarter with adjicient parking for £10ish is a better bet Les mer

Was not happy with our stay at this hotel. Had to complain twice about noise in the rooms on each side of us. The walls are paper thin you can hear peoples conversations next door. We went for relaxing stay but got very little sleep due to noise and came away more stressed than when we arrived.

We had five nights at the hotel and our expectations were exceeded. If we start with the service so it was very customer oriented and made us feel at home. Only the staff will remember the name and add that extra to feel both heard as seen. If there was something extra that was needed so it was fixed quickly. As far as cleanliness and fresh, so it […] was entirely without remark. Both the breakfast restaurant is top class regarding both service and cuisine. Finally I would like to give the staff in the Executive Floor lounge the best credentials because they were so attentive to my needs as guest. Les mer

Really nice hotel, friendly staff, would recommend if want somewhere with walking distance to the town centre and only a couple of pounds in a taxi to the odessy. Theres also some great views from the rooms of belfast.

"lovely hotel"
nice clean room, quite spacious,modern and comfy bed. Only had breakfast there, and it was very good. No complaints at all and would stay again.
"Hilton Belfast - great service & friendly team"
This is my 2nd stay there in the last 4 weeks & had a much better experience this time. The team are really switched on & couldn't do more for me. Checkin was seamless, the room location was great with very little noise (11th floor). The room came with access to the executive lounge included and the team on duty on Saturday night were really attentive […] and just at the right time. Breakfast was excellent this time, clearly the restuarant manager on duty was really switched on and was constantly attending to the needs of customers. Food quality for a breakfast buffett was really high & the cooked to order eggs & omelettes desked was always manned. Restuarant options are very good close by including the hotel's own restuarant which is always worth checking out. Victoria Square has a big range of eating options for every palette including a brand new multi screen cinema also. Getting to the hotel is reasonably convenient, its a short walk from Central train station and the Laganside bus station too. The shuttle service from George Best Belfast City airport has stops nearby too, just ask your driver when you board the bus for the right stop. The only watchout for the hotel is carparking costs, as the hotel do not own the carpark next door you are at the mercy of high hourly rates. The hotel does have a negotiated a fixed 24 hour rate of about 1/3 less which does help, of course there is a direct entrance from the carpark to the Hilton hotel lobby area which is very convenient especially with Northern Ireland changeable weather. Alternatives to this within reasonable walking distance (about 5-7mins) are Victoria Square where their overnight rate is less than £4.00 from 5pm to 8am the next day when the normal hourly rate kicks in so some savings can be had. You have to balance the cost versus convenience of being parked next door to your hotel especially if your partner/husband/wife has brought half their wardrobe with them!! Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was superb. Concierge and receptionist were very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is in a very convenient location for the city centre and odyssey arena. Overall it was a very nice stay. The only downside was the parking. Overnight parking in the multi-story was £18. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and the staff could not be more helpful, my only complaint however was the £18 pound parking fee per night for residents was on my opinion a little high considering it was £14 pound when I stayed there a year ago this is quite a rise. i can not say a bad worsd about this hotel. the welcome we recieved was nice and after mentioning i ws over celebrating my 40th i later had a card and chocolates sent to my room from the staff which was a lovely suprise. the room was clean and comfertable. it was close to all the must see sights and shopping. tthe breakfast was great to lots of choice […] on the buffet breakfast Les mer
"Total rip off"
More 3 star than 5 star. Dark dingey room. Small bathroom. Bed hard and uneven. Couldn't sleep at night for sound of generator. Bottle of water on table witha price tag of £3.75 on it (free in b&bs). Only enough coffee for one drink each. Didn't bother with breakfast because they wanted £34 EACH!!!!! Didn't matter if you only wanted a cup of tea and […] toast. And to top it all - £18 charge to park my car in the HILTON car park for ONE night. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!! Les mer
