Bra og renslig hotell med bra service og hyggelig folk. Men det største minus er at de vil ha "høy" pris på internett per device for 24 timer.

Nice location and hotel. The hotel mann floor is in 2nd floor. Not very fitted for stroller... Internet is however expensive.

Generelt veldig slitt hotell. Vi bodde på et 4-sengs rom med 1 soverom. - Sengen på stuen var en sovesofa/feltseng hvor fjæringen var helt ødelagt. Sengen var ubehagelig, knirket ekstremt og var sammensunket på midten så det var umulig å sove 2 personer i den. En av de voksne endte opp med å sove sammen med barna i sengen på soverommet. - Rommet hadde […] tepper på alle gulvene og hele familien ble tette i nesen pga. inneklimaet på rommene. - Rommet hadde mange skap og mulighet til å lage mat, men ingen kjøkkenredskaper, bestill eller tallerkner. Mao. var det ikke mulig å tilberede mat. - Roomservice maten var veldig dårlig. Ingen av oss spiste noe særlig av det som ble servert. - Bassenget på hotellet var stengt for vedlikehold. - Det foregikk arbeider på hotellet, så det var mye bråk. Ville ikke klassifisert dette hotellet som 4 stjerner. 2 stjerner er nok en mer passende beskrivelse. Vil ikke anbefale noen å bo på dette hotellet, da det finnes langt bedre alternativer i Hong Kong i samme kategori. Les mer

Rent og ryddig. Pent og praktisk. Litt harde madrasser... Kort avstand til metro. Kun få metrostasjoner til sentrum. Anbefales!

We spent 4 nights at the hotel, and had a beautiful harbor view but you have to be lucky with the weather. Unfortunately, we only had a clear view of the harbor on 1 out of 4 nights, rain and mist being the spolier. The rooms were very comfortable and housekeeping staff was excellent. But the food at the restaurants was expensive and not value for money. […] But overall we enjoyed our stay. Les mer

First impressions of Harbour Plaza North Point was its location to all facilities (Supermarket - across the hotel, MTR - 2 mins walk directly in front of the hotel, restaurants - within 2 mins walking distance from the hotel) catering for a family. Also is the cleanliness of the room and the staff to help out. Friendliness of staff also rates high. […] Lastly the lunch buffet was FANTASTIC and a must try for all. We would highly recommend this hotel when staying in this brillant city. We will definitely be back to Hong Kong and re-booking this hotel. Les mer

I think the hotel is well worth the cost... a little east of central but just minutes away by bus or metro... Only problem was they didn't have convenient plugs or int'l plugs for electronic devices... also, they charge for wireless in the room and don't provide it in the lobby.... We boioked through Hotels.com and had great help with a staff member. On arrival at harbour Plaza they stated i had to pay for an additional bed for my daughter - even though I had paid the stay in full some months before and had in writing that my daughter was to have a bed in our room. Luckily I took my email with the informatiion so we didn't get […] charged. What they then did was CRAM a single bed up against a window 23 storeys high and against the double bed. There was no space between the beds. We could not sit on any chairs or at a table. When we watched any TV we all sat on the bed to be able to see it other than standing in front of it. Perfect location just two minutes from metro station, harbour view. Expensive restaurant. Changing bed sheets every day. You never find this lever hotel in Hong Kong for this money!

Stayed with our kids, Hotel is nice, Staff and service was great if a bit light on English (pretty much sums up Hong Kong). It is a bit away from the downtown area/ferry terminal, although there is a MTR station about 100m away and a starbucks right across the street. Location is great. Close to tram and MTR. Easy access to taxi. We got upgraded to a harbour view room and have a complementary wifi access to one device due to the first room's key not working. Normally the hotel is charging 130HKD for 24hr internet access (even in the lobby). Room is kind of small and the way they set up of the closet door is hard […] to put the luggages in. Haven't have a chance to take their shuttle because it doesn't run on Sunday and that was the day we arrived. Taxi is about 70HKD+luggage fees to get to HK central airport express train station. Overall, the location of the hotel was good. The MTR exit C is right across the street of the hotel which makes it very convenient to get around the HK Island. The hotel is old and the rooms are very dated. Our shower had mold on the corners and the floor had dirt and some mold as well. The internet was very expensive and the rate was very high $$$ […] per day. The beds are bad. My family of 4 had a 1 bedroom and the sofa bed was lumpy and sunken and had NO support. It left us with a bad back the rest of the day. Not a good start of each day. Service was good overall, but they overcharge you on everything there. Room is small but clean and functional. Front desk staff is efficient and courteous. Concierge area needs additional staffing at times. Expensive wifi.

When we first got to the hotel, there was a very pleasant citrus fragrance in the air. However when we got into the room, the awful smell made both my husband and me immediately started to cough, and having an tremendous headache. When we asked the front desk clerk to change us to a different room, they said there were no other room available. They […] send a housekeeping lady to clean and spray something in the air, plus setting up an air purifier in the room. We left the room for about two hours, upon our return to the room only to find the smell was worse. My husband finally got hold of the night manager to complain and threatened to check out that night and find anther hotel, he offered another room on the top floor ( their club member floor ). The smell was gone and we finally settled in. The hotel was old and poorly designed, even we had reserved a suite, there was hardly enough room for both of us to open the bedroom door and the closet door at the same time ( which was behind the bedroom door.) The shower door leaked from both side. We were forever mopping up the water on the floor after the shower. The night manager and the service people were very apologetic and nice, however the day manager when we checked in was very unaccommodating. Will NEVER stay in that hotel again ! Les mer

The staff was great there. Very thoughtful and understanding. We checked in very late even though it was unexpected they took our bags to our room for us and had the sleeper sofa ready for our children. I will always choose this hotel for my family and I.

The hotel is good and close to the local MTR exit. The rooms are tight (but standard for HK) and the bathroom very clean. The hotel service was good and very helpful. The only issue was the bed is too hard.

Thos hotel is not all that for the price. The pool was nice but it's positioning meant you got no sun at all, all day

The single bedroom suite is a great apartment like hotel room for 2 adults and 2 young children. Big enough to comfortably entertain 6-8 visitors at the same time. The 2 TVs meant there was no fighting for the remote control!!! Staff were very helpful. Good location. Plenty of transport options, including complimentry hotel shuttle buses.

Great Hotel with rooms of a great size, especially as we had a foldaway bed in the room, which due to the size of the room was not a problem at all. Great facilities including fantastic swimming pool. Very accessible to public transportation to MTR, Trams and Buses. The complimentary transport offered by the hotel to Causeway Bay and Central is also […] a big plus. You may not be in the heart of the tourist districts but due to the accessibility you are never that far away. Great Hotel and looking forward to going back. This hotel was perfect for a family with two small children on a budget. We had a separate bedroom, sofa bed in the lounge and a small kitchen. On request, the hotel provided all we needed in the way of crockery and cutlery. The hotel was located very close to the MTR and a good supermarket. The staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very nice, especially with a well equipped Gym and a relative big swimming pool. And location is excellent, 3 min. to a MTR station. We booked 2 rooms for a family trip arriving on the 2 June. My parents room was ok but our room which had a temporary bed for our 14 year old was not what we expected. The room was damp. The furnishings felt damp and the moisture content in the room atmosphere was obvious. We asked for another room but the hotel was full. We had a de-humidifier installed […] and were promised a room change the next day which was not great but we had no choice. The replacement room was fine. Not a great start. The hotel is a little out of the way but the MTR station was very close. We decided not to take up the hotel breakfast as this was 150 HKD per day per person and there was a restaurant that did eggs/bacon for 2 HKD over the road.. Internet is 100 HKD for 24 hours in the hotel but plenty of free wi-fi zones out and about. Les mer

Good for the price and location. The staff knew how to speak english and were polite. Internet access was expensive but the speed was decent. The room was big by Hong Kong standards (ie average size). They have 24 hour room service and the metro station was only 2 short blocks away. Would recommend.

The room that I stayed in is more spacious than those of other hotels in Hong Kong. Location is convenient with MTR right across the main road. I would not recommend the Chinese restaurant inside the hotel because of poor service and food is not that great. Staff at the reception are friendly though.

The hotel is 1 minute away from the MTR exit (Quarry Bay, exit C) which is convenient. The room was cozy with not much space for luggages, but was adequate for the two of us. The beds were hard but they are typical for many hotels in Asia. The twin beds may be a bit small for westerners. The lounge band plays music nightly at the coffee bar near the […] foyer which was welcoming when we returned to the hotel to rest after a long day of sightseeing. A nice touch and good idea.
