Comfortable, large room with a nice flat screen TV and good selection of cable channels. The staff were very accommodating and knew what to recommend in the area. A good nights sleep in a clean and quite room, well done.

NO breakfast or cookies but a well set up room for the working traveler. Located in the business park the hotel offers ample size rooms with 2 double windows 4 layers of glass to reduce noise. You are close to the interstate but would not know it! 2 desk chairs is a nice touch. 4 stars.

Very nice, friendly motel. I have stayed here befoe and will stay here again. Very nice and clean. Well worth considering if you want to stay near Orlando

Our stay was a good experience. The staff was excelent. The rooms were very clean. My only suggestion is to include hairdryers for women.

Checked in after midnight and no one was at the check-in counter. Had to wait 30 minutes until someone showed up to help. I was not advised that a code was available at the front desk for internet access until I was in my room and when I returned to front desk to get the code, no one was there. Therefore, no internet access the first night. I was not […] aware that there was no daily maid service so be prepared to make your own bed and straighten out your own room. In-room coffee service was advertised and available but it was not replenished after the first day. All in all, Extended Stay America Orlando Lake Mary was mediocre at best and I would not stay there again. Les mer

Everything fine. If no transport available a bid remote to shoppng area, but still reachable by foot with a little walk. Very good value for money. Always again.

This hotel is CLEAN, and couldn't be more convenient for me since I work literally across the street. But even considering convenience, the area is great for running even though there is on health club about a tenth of a mile away, and another about 3 miles away. Their cost is about $5 more than the next nearest hotel, but the when you consider they […] have a Stove top, Real refrigerator and Microwave, it's a bargain. If I could sign a contract for 6 months at a good rate I'd stop looking for alternate places to rent. Les mer

Extended Stay in Lake Mary is CLEAN and more affordable considering mileage from a less costly place to stay when you consider I drive a large truck which consumes gas like a wino in a vineyard, and work just across the street from them. It's a fools errand if one looks only for the least expensive place to stay and ignores the distance and traffic […] to their destination. It is MUCH less expensive for me to stay at Extended Stay than to invest in gas and time at the next best choice. Les mer

Booked my room a few hours before I arrived at 10 PM to check in. I had confirmed a room with a King Bed. Got to my room, and was a Queen bed. Not the most comfortable for my husband and I, plus we had paid for the King. We called down to the front desk to let them know of the error and were rudely told that we were to "Stay in that room!" There were […] no other rooms available. The room itself was not in the best shape. There was trash under the bathroom vanity and the shelf in he closet was hanging on by one nail and about to fall off the wall. Upon checking out, we again inquired as to why they excepted our reservation for a King room when they knew they did not have any available. She indicated that other guests decided to extend their stay which is why there was not a King room available. It's really not about the cost differential between a Queen and King, it's just that I would have gone to a different property that had a King room and actually delivered on its promises. The hotel was decent for the price, my only complaint was the bed size reserved was a King, and when I got to the room, I found what looked to be a full size bed at best. I called the front desk and was then told that Queen was only thing left. I don't know how that could happen if you make a reservation for a King, but hotels.com gave me a 15% discount […] for the trouble. Les mer

broken outlet in bathroom gave me quite the fright & shocl when I turned on my hair dryer. It was obviously broken, a plastic piece was missing. Potentially dangerous, nit a fun way to start the day. Otherwise fine, cheap but clean

We use this hotel on several occasions... From office personal to company. We have never had a bad experience. Recommend to anyone...

This place has been completely renovated...or at least it feels new. The only issue I had (because I have an older laptop which requires a direct ethernet port) was I had no wireless ability on my computer, and could not access the internet. Also, I use MagicJack Plus for the long distance calls I need to make during the evenings, and again, it requires […] an ethernet port. That said, The Extended Stay in Lake Mary was right across the street from where I am working, and did I say it is really CLEAN? What people may not know, is access to I-4 from there is doubtless the easiest in the area. There are some great restaurants within less than 1/4 mile. A great balance point if one wants to visit Daytona or Disney. Les mer

Great place especially for the money. Everyone there was exceptionally nice, Julietta, Nataly, the entire staff cleaning, everyone. This is an excellent location. I will be back thee there to stay again soon! Only dwn side was the bed, very firm and it was nice to get home to my tempur-pedic! But that was minor.

Lots of upgrades can be deceiving. Moths flying around room upon check in should have been a red flag. Food crumbs on fridge and in cabinets. Woke up to find dead bugs in sheets. Bed bugs. Further investigation revealed more live bugs in seems of sheets and pillowcases. Found a tear in mattress full of bed bugs. Tried to contact the hotel manager but […] he was "unavailable" so I got his business card and sent an email complete with photographs of the infestation. I did not get the courtesy of a response. This hotel has limited room service, limited front desk hours and no amenities. For a few dollars more per night you can have full service with a pool and breakfast in the morning at La Quinta right next door. I've stayed at La Quinta several times and have never had a problem. I tried extended stay just for something a little different but Completely regret it. Spend the extra five dollars and you can get a nice hotel experience for a budget price. Les mer

This hotel was perfect, except for the absence of a television with RCA inputs. my stay would have been much more enjoyable if i could have plugged my playstation into the television to occupy myself.

Upon initial entrance into the room, we noticed a rancid stench of most likely something one of the past guests had heated up in the microwave. Unfortunately, this smell lingered until we checked out the following day, even after I repeatedly spritzed the air with my perfume. The carpets are in desperate need of replacement, and the non-carpeted areas […] need a good mopping. The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding was grossly dingy. My stay was not comfortable due to these factors. I was glad we only stayed one night. The hotel has potential if the property staff conducted a major cleaning. The front desk employees and cleaning crew were friendly, but it didn't make up for the dirtiness. I loved the convenient and safe location. Les mer

VERY NICE AND QUIET I RECOMMEND

Basics only. Fine for a quick overnight stay.

Location is great, just off I-4. Hotel Staff is very accommodating, not exactly luxurious, but great for the price. Staff leaves VERY early, it would seem. So, if anything is needed, you need to take care of it early on. Beds are pretty stiff and hard... really, my only complaint.

We did not pay a whole lot for our room but we still expected better. The room looked very run down, particularly the bathroom. We discovered the next morning that the bathtub was clogged and debri was floating in the water. By that time we had to be on the road so no showers for us. Other than not having a pool and a work out center the hotel was not bad. I was there for a funeral so I was not at the property that much. TV's need to be updated and there was no daily room service, but towels and wash clothes were exchanged if needed. Surprisingly I actually liked the hotel, the location was conveniently located off I-4 and several […] shops and restaurants near by. Didn't like that pets were allowed, did observe one pet while I was there but did not hear it at night. Needs to be a seperate area for pets due to no daily room service how clean can the room be after a pet has stayed, possible allergy problems. I would stay again. Oh by the way there, is no late night desk person so if any issues arise between 11pm and 7am it will have to wait until morning when someone is working, which did bother several guests that were there. Not a good choice for me. I was traveling alone, and there there was no overnight desk support. I left very early in the morning, and did not feel safe walking to the parking lot alone. It is in an industrial area. My room was clean, but on a hall adjacant to a smoking section, and the entire hall smelled of smoke. The employees were friendly, helpful and courteous. Hotel room itself was fine; just minor things: would've been nice to have a hairdryer and free wi-fi (although it was available if purchased: five bucks for 24 hours if I remember correctly). Located in a very quiet, tree-lined part of Lake Mary, Florida, this Extended Stay is very close (2 min) from Home Depot, the Albertson Grocery Store, and several desirable restaurants and to a major N-S interstate, I-4, and is an easy 40 min drive to Orlando International Airport. We asked for, and received, a quiet room. We had no problem with the […] inexpensive internet service. This is the best valued place that we have every stay at. The price was evenless than if we had booked directly with Extended Stay. The room was clean, and the kitchenette fully furnished. At arrival, the hotel would have allowed us to check in 4 hours early (11AM, 3 PM). At departure, we could have stayed pasted the normal 11AM check-out time. The staff helped us obtain our advanced boarding passes for the flight home. Overall, it was a super value! Les mer

very nice rooms. hall ways smell like smoke and make you think your rooms is going to be dirty. but then you get in the room and they are very nice and clean. Updated recently. front door closes at 11 but there is a button you can call someone with.

Very surprised at the quality for the money. As good as many 4 star hotels and better than some.

Great room for the price

No insulation in the walls or floor so you hear the room next door. No I mean you really hear everything in the room next door!

i booked the hotel for 3 days i ended up leaving on the second day it was nasty...

would come back over and over
