Hotellet låg i passeleg avstand frå sentrum, ca. 20 min. spasertur nedover Broadway. Nærliggende spiseplasser rett over gaten. Frokosten var imidlertid ikkje heilt som heime (amerikansk) Rommet var heilt OK og hadde alt vi hadde bruk for. Servicen var upåklagelig med hyggelig og meget hjelpsom betjening,spesielt må nevnes org. av turen til Graceland med egen sjåfør. Hotellet kan anbefales.

"Quick drive to anything you want to do"
We always enjoy staying at Hyatt Place. The rooms are wonderful and always clean. The staff are very professional and extremely helpful.

Stayed here for a night while doing some business in Nashville. Great hotel and great service. Even was surprised by a celebrity guest as Jennifer (girl who shoots now in Hunger Games) was staying the same night. Highly recommend and for the price you really can't beat it.
"Poor Example of Hyatt Place"
Have stayed in lots of Hyatt Places and this was by far the worst. A/C was loud and cycled on every few minutes all night. Shower head didn't work properly. Toilet didn't flush properly. Breakfast was awful. We were concerned that it was the brand, but we stayed in another Hyatt Place in Atlantas several days later and it was great.

My husband and I had previously booked a hotel with another chain. It was absolutely awful and we left before spending the night. We were so pleased when we arrived at the Hyatt. The staff was very friendly. The room was so clean, comfortable and quiet. I would absolutely stay there again.

I love they Hyatt when I stayed in Atlanta but the desk clerk on donelson pike was very unwelcoming and rude. that made my visit overall uncomfortable.
"Good quick stay"
Room was clean and quiet. Really enjoyed the automated check-in/check-out. Downside was lack of parking. Also got propositioned for money by a couple guys outside the hotel. Enjoyed the proximity to Nashville Airport.
"Unbelievable Luxury for the Price!"
Wow! We were VERY surprised when we opened the door to our room! It was so spacious and had a separate (very comfortable) sitting area and wet bar. The TV was an enormous high-defitinition flat screen that you could swivel to view from the "living room" or bedroom. We had lots of plans for sight-seeing and what not in Nashville, but ended up barely […] leaving this room! It was just too nice to leave! We had originally planned to stay in a downtown hotel, but just couldn't justify the exorbitant rates at most of those hotels. I wasn't expecting much from this hotel, based on the extremely reasonable rate we paid, but boy was I wrong!! Staff was fantastic, the rooms were clean and quiet, excellent amenities... "Nice room but does not match description"
Room is nice but the room description on Hotels.com did not match reality. Room did not have a DVD player as described. Also ESPN HD would not work on TV, appeared to be a problem for the whole hotel that day.

Overall, the stay was great. However, there were a couple of issues. On Saturday night, my fiance called the front desk to ask what time breakfast was in the morning. We were told breakfast was available until 10:30 am, but when we showed up at 10:15 on Sunday, we were told no, it's only until 10:00. "Customer Service is so the KEY..."
Why have a bar available at the hotel but not a bartender? So what you have is someone who is just there who has no clue on what to fix if you request a drink. She was more concerned about Squidbillies on Comedy Network then if she providing Customer Service. The rooms are nice, but couch and bed is a little uncomfortable but it works if you not in […] your room a lot. We had never been to a Hyatt Place before...it exceeded all my expectations. We are a family of 5, and 1 person usually sleeps on a roll-away bed or the floor. (ugh) The Hyatt Place has a separate living room with a partial wall, complete with a pull-out sofa...solving our "family of 5" problem. Incredibly friendly staff, beautiful lobby and breakfast […] area, great outdoor pool was a blast on a hot and humid night. Breakfast was good (though no waffles -- my favorite.) "Great rooms for family of six"
We are a large family of six that can not afford to have two rooms and the children are to young to have there own room. This room had two full beds and a large sofa that two of children were able to sleep comfortably. The room felt like a suit and I am very happy how it was a perfect fit for this family.

Nice hotel with large suites. Basic breakfast options included; more available for an extra charge. My son loves the huge cinnamon roll. Location is convenient to the highway and the airport. We like staying here because we often stop in Nashville as part of a longer road trip and the location allows us to get on the road quickly the next morning.

I travel each week for work and enjoy staying at Hyatt Place locations, and this stay didn't disappoint for a personal trip to Nashville. Chose the Hyatt due too its closeness and vicinity to the airport.I was in Nashville to attend my brothers wedding reception and was in a bit of a hurry when I arrived at the Hyatt for check-in.My room was not ready upon my arrival even though I had booked and paid for my room a week in advance.I waited 25 minutes to check-in .The room seemed clean […] at first sight but after a little inspection i discovered stains on the bed pillows which i care not to discuss.The mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable.There were no drink or ice machines on my floor.I can't see myself recommending this hotel to anyone because i have had much better experiences at other 3/4 star hotels.Very disappointed...... This was a very nice little hotel. Everything seemed brand new (I'm guessing it was) and modern. The elevator was VERY slow. We would have preferred to be in Nashville downtown but we chose this hotel because of the value for the money. However, if you need to be close to the airport I'm assuming that this location would be perfect.

We were not given both our reserved rooms. And then we had people trying to get in our room because the hotel had double rented the room - Twice! Once at 12am and once at 2am. It was awful trying to sleep while having people trying to get in the room and the front desk calling to ask rudely who we were and why we were in the room. It was quite unfortunate […] since the hotel was fairly nice. I still wouldn't stay there again, ever. Especially with so many other hotels in the immediate area. Les mer

"The Hyatt Place in Nashville"
For the price this was maybe the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was huge and everything was very nice. It wasn't The Ritz, but it was one fourth the price, so I am very pleased for what I paid. Less than ten minutes to downtown, too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again the next time I need a room in Nashville! I travel a LOT […] with my career and I will be looking for Hyatt Pace hotels first everywhere I go! Les mer
