Hotellet ligger ved motorveien mellom flyplassen og selve byen Inverness. Ved siden av er det et svært kjøpesenter og fast-food restauranter. Passer best for business-reisende som ikke skal annet enn sove og jobbe. Om du vil oppleve byen og vandre gatelangs er ikke dette hotellet for deg. Du må kjøre i 10 min for å komme inn til sentrum. Ellers er det […] som slike hoteller flest, alt er på det jevne. Minus for mangel på internett på rommet. Les mer

This hotel was very clean and located very close to the highway. It was only minutes from Loch Ness, Culloden battlefields and other interesting sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good. The room was a bit small for 3 people but still manageble. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely room within equally lovely hotel. Easy access to shops. Excellent restaurant and bar across car park - as well as the one in hotel

The place is great. service was nice and helpful. The food is good and they give you a decent selection so you have plenty to eat. I know other reviews said negative things about the food and service but we chose to stay here anyway. We had a good experience would stay again.

The hotel was comfortable and pleasant, the rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast was the big let-down, either need to provide a better choice of cooked breakfast or just cold selection as at present the attempt at cooked breakfasts lacks quality and we found to be disappointing. Most staff were happy and welcoming

Only stay here if you need a convenient place to stay from the airport. Staff is discourteous, location is very poor from a night life perspective and the beds are very bad with springs sticking out.

It was everything I expected from a budget hotel. It is close to shops and the room is adequately clean. Wifi in the lounge is okay as is the breakfast.

STAFF WERE FRIENDLY ROOM WAS ADEQUATE AND THE BREAKFAST WAS FAR MORE THAN EXPECTED. ALL IN ALL WE WILL USE THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

This a modern clean hotel. Our room was bright and spacious. Bathroom was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was plenty. Overall a pleasant stay

Very pleased all round, the only thing I'd like to say is that it would good to have the heating switched on before arrival, with 9 week old twins it was quite cold for them otherwise no complaints.

Nice hotel, shame about the poor breakfast for a Holiday Inn. Edinburgh and Aberdeen are far better than this poor example around breakfast.

Would definately recommend to friend, family rooms are a little small, but great for an overnight stay, breakfast is good, location to Inverness airport great, and easy to find.

My husband and I had a very comfortable overnight stop at this hotel while travelling north. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and thoroughly professional. Our breakfast was more than adequate and, all in all, we could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much.

This hotel was more or less as expected. The room was adequate and reasonably clean. There was a slight dog odour in one of the rooms but I guess this is to be expected for an animal friendly hotel. I feel that the hotel could be lifted a little by updating the curtains and carpet, which are little dated. The express breakfast was better than expected […] and of good quality. There was a bit of a wait on some of the breakfast items when they had run out which may affect some time savvy travellers. Although out of the city centre it is close to a Tesco supermarket and has plenty of parking available for those touring Scotland by car. Overall it was on par for the money paid. Les mer

Perfect location for seeing local sights, and golf. Only grumble to small a tv I room so my son says. He's 7. Overall very good stay and would book again.

always clean and staff polite and friendly. This time the breakfast was disappointing; no fresh juice, no bacon, only fruit was tinned peaches, cold croissants (although stored in a heated cabinet they all seemed cold).

You dont get a lot for your money and the service was not good. was kept waiting at the reception for some time whilst someone was on a very long phone call and given the key to a room that wasnt even ready. This is also a very noisy hotel. I was directed to a pub across the road for an evening meal which was also not very good so would recommend you […] look further away for decent home cooked food. We enjoyed our stay, took the train to inverness and traveled in and out from the town by bus, only a 5min trip and regular service.There was an very nice pub with good food next to the hotel.

A bit outskirt of the main city but well worth the money

We booked a two bed room. Only one bed in room, and a sofa bed that when unfolded had no bedding on it and it filled the tiny room so that the window, desk and Tv were no longer accessible. We called front desk for bedding. Guy arrived 30 minutes later - didn't knock, just let himself in. Had bedding that didn't fit the bed. They have bar open in reception […] until 1am which meant lots of drunken teenagers running up and down corridors knocking on random doors for fun. Unfriendly manager not helpful at all. Les mer

Nice to have the Snow Goose so close for food etc since the hotel does not have a restaurant. Stay was good and hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was one of the finest I've ever seen anywhere. These ladies did everything in their power to make sure our stay was perfect. Their smiles and attitudes were leaps and bounds above many other places we've stayed. We were made to feel welcome and they seemed truly happy to have us. Bathroom of our bed room was so smelly. I requested the receptionist at 5pm on the day of stay to please arrange its cleanliness however she didn't send anyone. Overall hotel is at good location.

Bathrooms were so smelly when we checked in. I think hotel staff did not properly clean the bathroom. When we request on reception to clean the bathroom they said " ok we are cleaning but they didn't clean it". Overall hotel is at very good location. Huge space available for parking. This hotel rooms are only recommended for two persons becoz rooms […] are designed only for two persons. We were four including my wife and two children therefore we didn't feel comfortable. Just a plain hotel with a fair price; nothing bad or great. It is a few miles outside of Invernes so you will need to drive to town. I stayed with my daughters and room was good for three with the sleeper couch. I would stay again. They did run short of food for breakfast but there were quite a few people all going at the same time. It was not a long […] wait until more food arrived. Les mer
