Fantastic resort with all the amenities you expect from a 5 start resort. Only 2 complaints: 1) they charge for in-room wifi service (althout it is free in public areas). 2) they have a man walking around with a baby elephant for guests to take pictures with, ride, etc. The elephant didn't seem horribly treated, but it was out there for a very long […] time and surrounded by a ton of people. They also appeared to have taught it tricks to perform. These wonderful creatures should be treated with respect and not paraded around a resort for guests amusement. Les mer

This is a nice resort, with pleasant facilities. The pool areas are well maintained (with the exception of the swim-up bar which needs updating). Staff is pleasant, but not overly friendly. Rooms are to a high standard, but not luxurious. It is worth noting that most non-resort activities are about 1 hour away. Exceptional architecture in tune with Thai aesthetics, almost a dozen restaurants of different types. Some of the best landscaping i have ever seen, great sense of beauty and privacy. We have stayed two night in this hotel in superior delux room and stay was excellent. This resort is perfect for complete relax and kids enjoye 100%. Very good and modernized kids club having lots of activities for all ages of kids.Dont miss it.

This is a real 5 star experience.The hotel is peaceful and the staff really want you to have a great holiday. It is away from the madness of Phuket so if you want peace this is the place, if you want 'party central' go else where. Best bits...sports facilities pools, tennis court, the run around the lake. Delightful place to stay - was a lot better than I was expecting to be honest - a good safe place for families. Great swimming pools and restaurants and not expensive either. Hotel even had a friendly little elephant wandering round. I would have preferred him to be in the wild with his own kind rather than for the amusement of tourists, but well-treated […] all the same. The hotel itself is very good with nice rooms, good restaurants and facilities. We had a night flight back home and we could stay in the hotel and use the facilities (showers, health club etc) after we checked out which was great. However, the resort is isolated from anywhere else and it is an hour + from Phuket city and quite expensive taxi or shuttle. […] So for any night out or visit to other places it is out of the way. On the high side, the beaches are clean and empty unlike patong beach. This hotel was fantastic! Upon arrival, everything was beautiful. Grounds are meticulously maintained, rooms are lovely. Staff was thoughtful, pleasant, very helpful. Brought anything we needed immediately. The breakfast buffet was the best spread we've seen in any JW on several continents- they had both western and asian and terrific staffing. Food […] was prepared well, hot, and delicious. We managed to hit a week with quite a bit of rain, so the ocean was churned up and we did not swim in it or use their water toys- but the pools were lovely, several choices, including a kids area, which was relatively quiet. Our teen enjoyed the teen room, with pool table, Wii, games, movies, etc. If you stay, check out the Siam deli on the lower level for less expensive delicious food, plus yummy baked goods daily. Plus the poolside bar for their daily Happy hour drinks! Enjoyed relaxing to the band in the evening. Only drawback is it is a long way from Phuket town, however, we just stayed on the property the entire time and relaxed. A GREAT GETAWAY! Tropical paradise! Les mer

JW does one thing very right, they create a great family vacation for the kids and adults. The playroom was great, baby elephants everyday came to the pool, waterslide, and even kids plates and utensils at every restaurant. The cafe was the perfect place to eat all our meals, the breakfast which was included in our rate was an A+, the service is great, […] the room roomy, they really set the standard high for family resorts. ever so helpful and freindly staff, constantly pampering you around the very relaxing hotel. plenty of activities for all ages and abilities. there are plenty of catering facilities to allow for many different lifestyles and requirements from all over the globe, all to a very high standard.

We stayed 14 days at this luxury resort. Such beautiful setting. Karin at concierge desk was helpful. All staff were friendly and pleasant. Pool bar staff bring cold face clothes and spray bottle. This was a great resort but Phuket town is a 50 minute drive. We liked overall quality

Although a bit smaller than other resorts we've stayed at in SouthEast Asia, it was nice, clean and the food from the Deli was EXCELLENT!!! One drawback was can't lay out on the beach because of the slope but overall, great place if you have kids. My daughter adored the Kid Center and had no problems hanging out there all day.

とっても綺麗で満足しています。 海やプールで思いっきり遊ぶ、という目的ではちょっと物足りない人もいるかも・・・ 海には海の家はなく、ホテルのシーサイドバーがあるのみ。 故に、どこでもホテル価格の飲料が必要になる。 あ、でも、マッサージは1200円で一時間やってもらえるホテルとは関係ないおばちゃんの海の家みたいなのがあります！ 当たり外れが激しく、私の担当者は外れでした・・・ マッサージ中もずっと他のマッサージ師とベラベラ喋っていて全く持って真剣味が感じられないし、 ツボも抑えていない！ プールには小さな滑り台などがありましたが、大人がはしゃいで楽しむという感じではないですね。 でも、ホテルでのんびりホテルライフを堪能できる素敵なホテルでした！！ 私はお気にいりです。 例えば、客室の素晴らしさは特筆に値します。 スーペリアタイプでしたが、小上がりの板の間みたいなものが設置されていて、そこから窓の向こうにあるお庭を眺められる。そのとなりには小さなウッドデッキもあり、緑に囲まれて緩やかな時間を感じられます。 ドライフルーツも用意されていて美味しかった！ 私が何より重宝したのは、「サウナ＆ジャグジー！！」 海やプールで冷えた体を温めるのに使えます！！ サウナは自分でロウリュウができるよう、サウナ室の中にアロマ水が完備！ 何度もサウナにはお世話になりました！ サウナ前にはお水をカウンターでもらえます。もちろん無料。 多めにもらうことも可能！ 更に、朝ごはんもホテルの朝ごはんらしく種類豊富！ カレー、タイの麺を自分アレンジで具や麺を選んで作ってもらえるコーナーや、ワッフル、パンケーキ、各種お惣菜など、多彩でした。 これなら多少高くても納得できる美味しく豪華な朝ごはんでした。 プレゼントBOXの形をしたキャンペーンのお手紙がありました。 これは、マッサージやお買い物12000円分の支払いなど6つの魅力あるプレゼントから1つををプレゼントしてくれるというキャンペーンのご案内です。 これをエントランス付近にあるカウンターへ持っていくと90分の講習を受け、その対価としてプレゼントを受け取るというシステムになっています。 JWマリオット内にある高級スパ「アマンダSPA」に行ってきました。 ちょうどキャンペーン中で、「スクラブ＋アロママッサージの合計2時間」と「トリートメントに使ったスクラブ＋マッサージオイル」がセットになったコース・日本円で18000円をチョイス。 トリートメント後の肌の柔らかさは気に入ったので、多分スクラブはいいものだと思います。 おうちで使って同じようになるのが楽しみ！ エステにお金をかけるのをためらう人ならトライする価値はあんまりないと思う。世界最高級というクチコミですが、私は大したことないという印象でした。 さて、ロケーション的なことですが、空港には非常に近いですが、パトンやマーケットには程遠く・・・ ここに泊まったらホテルだけで過ごす覚悟は必要ですね。 パトンまで往復6000円くらいかかると思いますので。 このホテルから歩いて5分かからないところに小さなショッピングモールがあります。 全部で15店舗位。Jim […] Thompsonの正規店やアイスクリーム屋さんなどがあります。 正直、あんまり長く時間を過ごせるモールではなかったのです。 あっという間に回りきってしまう感じ。 もし、アーリーチェックインができなければここで時間をつぶせるので、そういった意味では心強いです。 何にせよ、また泊まりたい素敵なホテルでした！ Les mer

You can enjoy its three different pools. 食事・買い物(Meals and Shopping)： 食事はホテル周辺に食事できるようなところが少ないので、ホテル内もしくは近隣のホテル内で食事することになります。 日本と同程度の物価なので、すごく高く感じます。 パトンなどで気軽に入ったお店の方が安くて美味しいと思いました。 There are few restaurants there, so you have no choice but eat in the hotel or restaurants near the hotel. 周囲には何もなく、子ども連れの方には比較的安心なホテルだと思います。 プールやきれいな砂浜までもホテルの目の前で、のんびりするには最適です。 安全な環境からか、子ども連れが多く、すこしにぎやかな様子。 ルームクリーニングに朝から来たり、日中空けていたにもかかわらず18時ころ来たり、 チェックアウト前にもかかわらず、部屋を片付けられてしまったり、 少しだけのんびりしにくい環境でしたが、大概満足しています。

１泊だけの予定でしたが、気に入ってしまい、３泊しました。全日予約は４~５千円程高かったので、事前に予約をお勧めします。ホテルにあるタイ料理のレストランはとても美味しかったです。ホテル内にあるデリのパンやサラダにカレーなどの軽食もどれを食べても美味しくて、特に飾りのプールを眺めながらオットマンに寝そべってティーやアルコールが飲める、あのリラックス感は最高でした。プーケット自体が好きではなかったので、もう一度行くことはないですが、このホテルに泊まった事はプーケットの唯一の良い思い出です。

期待以上のまずまずの環境と部屋でした。 ただ、工事の音が少ししたのと、プールサイドのスタッフが裏で喫煙をしていたのが見受けられたのが残念でした。 夕日をみながらのディナーはよかったです。

Allt är i toppklass. Anläggningen ligger lugnt vid Mai Khao stranden. Det är en naturlig strand utan beach-aktivitet eller parasoller. En utmärkt strand för den som söker lugnet och idyllen. Servicen är av yppersta världsklass. Det är en ganska stor anläggning, men trots detta lyckas man med konsten att skapa ett personligt möte med alla gäster. Vi […] hade ett superior-rum med pool view. Ett fantastiskt fint rum med mycket utrymme och en liten balkong. Frukosten är makalöst bra. Allt man kan tänka sig. Det kan vara lite trångt mellan kl. 8.00-8.30, men väljer man andra tider så har det lugnat ner sig. Det finns många bra restauranger. Vi fastnade för den italienska (prova det fantastiska slowcooked lamb), grillen och den thailändska. Vinerna är bra men lite överprisade. Vi fick hjälp med några individuella utflykter och consiergen gör allt för att hjälpa till och fixa så att det blir bra. Ett extra plus för anläggningen är att man har ett MYCKET bra gym och ett fantastiskt fint spa. Här kan man skämma bort sig och samtidigt hålla sig i trim. Vi kommer återvända till JW Marriott i Phuket. Les mer
