Beliggende i et hyggelig og rolig nabolag, og et fint sted å trekke seg tilbake etter en hektisk dag i Paris. Som vanlig er i Paris er rommene relativt små, men Eiffel suiten som vi hadde er et herlig rom. God plass til to voksne og to barn, med flott utsikt. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbake til vår "leilighet" i Paris

Koselig hotell i hyggelig strøk. Et godt stykke fra sentrum (ca 50 min med 2 Metrobytter). Pene men små rom. Hadde bestilt superior-rom, men fikk et standard. Kjøleskapet fungerte ikke (4 euro for en boks lunken cola fra minibaren); airconditionen var derimot god. Service midt på treet, og toppen 3 stjerner! Greit hotel, litt unna Paris sentrum. Hotelets tilstand er slitt og trenger en oppfriskning. Hotelservicen er bra.

Dette er ikke et 4 stjerners hotell. Det er nedslitt og underbetjent. OK sted å sove og staben var vennlig og snakker engelsk. Problemet er at man gjerne vil gjøre noe annet enn å sove, f. eks. spise frokost og dusje. Dette var vanskelig fordi frokostfasilitetene er utilstrekkelige. Min kone og jeg fikk aldri mer enn et håndkle på deling pr dag. Beliggenhet […] (ca 15 min gange til Champs E.) og priser (via internett) teller positivt. A 20 min walk from nearest metro. Staff were very friendly. No facilities in room eg. tea/coffee , iron, mini- bar . On website it said tea/coffee available all day at reception but when we asked we were told "no one to serve it". not important to alot of people , but after a long day sightseeing it would be nice , especially as there is no bar or restaurant […] in the hotel. "Faded grandeur"
The Villa Eugenie is an excellent hotel and a much better choice than a sterile Novotel or Holiday inn when looking to experience Paris. Everything is slightly frayed round the edges, by no means dilapidated but showing signs of use that in a less stylised hotel would be unforgiveable. It's things like the bedspread being faded from a thousand washes […] or the desk surface being scratched and gouged rather than anything serious. It mostly adds to the character and everything was very clean thanks to the thorough maid staff. New towels every day and a proper vacuum and scrub of the bathroom. Location wise it's convenient for the Rome metro station which is a fantastic line to get you to the tourist spots or connect you to the Disney or CDG RERs. There's a bike stand right outside the hotel if you're brave enough to attempt to cycle on the Paris roads. Les mer

If you are searching for a hotel which is near the town, this isn't a good choice. It is approximately 45 min walk from the hotel to the town. However, there are still metro and buses available. This is a 4 star hotel and I expected a lot. The cleanliness and comfort of the room reach the standard but the facilities provided weren't that good. "Beautiful decor, a bit out of the way"
I just spent three nights at the Hotel Eugenie and loved it. The room was a good size and the bathroom was huge, and everything was clean. It was all plushly decorated and felt very French and adorable. It was about as far from a Metro stop as it's possible to be in the 20 arondissements, but that said it was only a 5-8 minute walk and there was a bus […] outside the door anyway. They have free internet in the lobby, the rooms have a minibar, and there is a restaurant, although I didn't try it myself. I was on the quiet side of the hotel away from the train station, and I had no problem with noise at all. Les mer

This hotel was average, in all areas the location was ok, about a 5-10 walk to the tube. I didn’t have the best experience here so I would be reluctant to stay again. The check process and room service that they seem to provide is very problematic and this is what I remember most. When I arrived I ask whether the hotel was still doing room service, […] I was informed yes and everything was in my room - I got to my room and there was nothing there, so I went back down stairs and was given a menu, and asked to phone down. I got to my room and tried to phone down but there was no contact number, I tried the usual - 1,0,9 etc none worked so went back down stairs ordered my food at the front desk I was told 45 minutes for a tomato and mozzarella, and the glass of water I asked for, I was then told to get my water from my mini bar. I mentioned to the hotelier that I don’t believe there is a mini bar in my room and was informed there was. I got back to my room for the third time and as expected there was no mini bar, so I went back down stairs and informed the receptionist, he said ok I will get you one. He came back with a litre bottle and said that was all he had, I said thank you and asked him to cancel my order for food as the whole thing was going on to long – which he said yes to. 2 days later on check out I was charged taxes and room service, even though my booking said all taxes included. It seems that he rating star in France, are casually allocated, very small rooms, and bath rooms. the maintainance is quiet poor
The room was ok, but VERY small and I was not impressed with the location. It felt a little unsafe even though we had no problems and it was a little too far out on the edge of Paris. The curtains seemed very dusty as did the wall coverings (fabric). I also felt uncomfortable giving my credit card number up front on paper to be used for extra charges. "Great value for price"
The room was a nice size and hotel staff was helpful. This was our 6th stay in Paris and we found that we got good value for our money. The subway station is a 5 minute walk down the street and the Arc of Triumph is about a 20 minute walk! The rooms were clean and a good size for Paris!
Good location with a lot of restaurants nearby. About a 20 min walk to the arc de triomphe, a 30-40 min walk to the eiffel tower, and about a 10-15 min walk to the nearest metro. For the most part the service was good and the front desk people were really nice. "past its prime, but quaint"
the hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from rome station. you can't really miss it since it is located on the corner of the street. the the hotel staff is nice and friendly, though we were a bit surprised with their request to lock all the valuables in the safe. this probably has something to do with the rooms using actual keys and not electronic […] key cards. the room itself was a bit on the small side, considering that this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. it was however well maintained, quiet, and nicely decorated (linen wallpaper and a very early 20th century feel). the A/C worked :D. the bathroom had some quirky design features that made it impossible to not wet the whole floor while taking a shower (single piece of glass that was much too short to actually stop any water from escaping). speaking of showers, the shower head and the rest of the bathroom hardware have clearly seen better days (chrome chipped off, and missing heads in the shower assembly itself ensured that water sprayed everywhere). washing up was not the best or most relaxing of experiences. the biggest knocks against the hotel would be the following: 1. no electronic key cards for rooms, one gets the feeling that things are less secure here 2. bathroom hardware badly maintained 3. breakfast is 14 euros if it does not come with your room, and for that price, you might as well walk out and around the corner to eat much better for much less Les mer

Great hotel, staff were brilliant and very helpful/polite! The surrounding area has quite a few great local restaurants, not touristy at all which is what we wanted. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro, and theres a bus stop right across the road from the hotel, so getting into the centre is pretty easy. This is definitely not a four star hotel. For the money we paid I think it was OK but if you are looking for a Deluxe experience this is not the place. There is a large railroad station across the street and it is very noisy especially at night. The breakfast is very expensive and also not worth the money. "very nice hotel"
I really liked the room and location. However we booked 2 beds and got one king size. The neighborhood could be better - but probably it's temporary constraction around. Overall - it was nice. I would go there again.

this cute hotel is a little frayed at the edges and needs refurbishment and better management. the staff were nice but the rooms were small and the location is not very central. the worst thing is that one side of the hotel faces the train tracks and is very noisy. Make sure you are on the other side or you will have trouble sleeping. Hôtel bien situé juste à côté de la gare SNCF de Pont-Cardinet. Quelques chambres un peu bruyantes mais j'ai pu bien y dormir à plusieurs reprises. Décor un peu kitsch mais on s'y fait. J'ai du demander à chaque fois la télécommande télé. Pas Canal +. Accueil sympa et bons conseils donnés quant aux restaus aux alentours.

"Péssimo Hotel o Villa Eugenie - Não recomendo"
Estive no Villa Eugennie início de dezembro de 2011 e tive uma péssima estadia. Para começar apenas um recepcionista falava espanhol, e no inglês faziam de tudo para não entender. Apenas um recepcionista se esforçou para entender o que os outros não faziam questão. Entre tantos inconvenientes segue alguns relatos: fiquei 03 dias e 03 noites sem cortina, […] ou seja, retiraram as cortrinas do quarto em que eu e meu marido estávamos hospedados e fiquei tres dias com claridade no meu quarto, eu e meu marido não conseguimos dormir com a claridade, solicitamos para 04 recepcionistas e nada foi resolvido, reclamamos por tres dias e a resposta é que teriam tirado para lavar. Ora, como se tira uma cortina de um quarto que tem hóspede? Enfim, venceu a minha estadia no hotel e sem as cortinas no quarto. Outro absurdo sem explicação, a camareira limpou o meu quarto e deixou a porta aberta, literalmente aberta para quem quisesse entrar no quarto, deixando meus pertences vulneráveis para quem quisesse mexer, violar e furtar. Ao reclamar do fato agiram como se nada tivesse acontecido e que aquilo era uma coisa normal. Senti que eles esnobam os hóspedes. Um casal de amigos que estavam comigo e que estava hospedado em outro quarto também tiveram problemas, no dia em que terminava sua diária, eles se atrasaram alguns minutos e ao chegar ao hotel suas bagagens estavam na recepção, pegaram seus pertences que estavam no quarto, abriram suas malas e os colocaram de qualquer jeito, e chocolates que tinham comprado para presentes havia sumido e não tiveram o direito nem de retornar ao quarto para troca de roupas. Como disse tivemos vários problemas eu citei apenas alguns deles. Eu e meu marido viajamos muito, por todo o mundo, e essa foi a pior experiência, por isso não recomendo esse hotel. Les mer

L'hôtel est trés bien situé, avec beaucoup de charme mais ill fauudrait absolument le rénover. De plus les femmes de chambre et la gouvernante devraient vérifier l'état du matelas car il y avait une énorme tâche de sang et pour un 4 étoiles ce n'est pas accéptable. Ett supermysigt hotell med trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Frukosten testade vi inte då vi tyckte den var i dyraste laget för 14 E och inte tycktes riktigt vara värd det. Cirka 30 minuters gångväg till triumfbågen och likaså till Sacre Coeur. Paris är en mycket trafikerad stad men detta hotell ligger åtminstone lite utanför ruschen och vi sov […] gott om nätterna. Hôtel vieillissant, ne mérite pas 4 étoiles. Situation assez éloigné d'une station de métro. Propreté générale et salle de bain correct mais chambre petite (comme souvent sur Paris).

gostaríamos de salientar que o Villa Eugeni cumpriu plenamente as nossas expectativas quanto ao atendimento de seus recepcionistas e dimensões de seu quarto.Muito atenciosos recebemos todas as informações de acessos para Versailles-trem,centro da cidade-onibus pois o metrô fica mais distante.Nos reservaram um excelente e barato serviço de van para o […] aeroporto bem como recomendações sobre onde poderiamos fazer nossas refeições.Ao lado do Hotel há um pequeno mercado que supre muito bem um lanche ou uma bebida bem como Internet No entanto,a sua localização fica mais distante do pontos turisticos e ao lado das linhas de trem podendo o ruido ser inconveniente.O quarto é pequeno mas limpo.O banheiro é surpreendentemente grande e com banheira com bom chuveiro.A região é segura ,não turistica. O Hotel é simples mas confortavel não correspondendo no entanto a classificação 4 estrelas e sim 2 ou no maximo 3. "Don't let the nice photos fool you"
This hotel is not up to standard at all. The rooms look nice in the photos, but are TINY. The entire hotel is tiny. There were cracks in the paint of the ceiling, the tap in the bathtub was broken, unregular housekeeping, which wasn't always up to standard (no clean towels, just the same ones folded again), sheets from the bed were removed then brought […] back the next day... Also, there is a Roomservice menu in the room, but no actual room service. The menu is nice looking with lots of food, but in reality the hotel ONLY serves breakfast. Generally the staff was nice, but the general experience was a huge let down and definitely not worthy as a 4 star hotel. We didn't mind the walk to the metro and the neighbourhood is fairly nice. Though I think we were lucky in not getting a room facing the railway. If you can get a room for cheap, go for it. But if you expect any kind of luxury or a grand hotel - stay away! Les mer

Huoneen peittona oli pelkkä viltti ja lakana jota näkee yleensä 1-2 tähden hotelleissa. Lisäksi kylpyhuoneen lattiassa ei ollut viemäriä ollenkaan eli kaikki vesi […] olisi suihkussaollessa pitänyt osua suht pieneen kylpyammeeseen.Mut eihän se osunut joten vettä valui makkarinpuolelle asti.
