et trivelig hotell,som fortjener mere enn 2 stjerner. Vi satte stor pris på det stor luftige dobbeltrommet. Bassenget med jacuzzien var også noe som var godt å tilbringe noen timer i etter en sliten reise. Frokosten var enkel men god. Veldig behagelig med transportservice til og fra flyplassen.

"Suggestion"
There were multiple family members staying for a wedding between ages 90 and 8 months. All found the area and rooms to be what we needed except for a rocking chair for the baby. The manager gave us his desk chair to use because it allowed some back and forth movement. It would be nice to have a rocking chair available for parents to use with very small […] children. The only reason you got a 4 for condition/maintenance is because the spa was closed for a couple of days and then the pool was closed for a couple of days. Les mer

"Wingate in Blue Ash - overall pretty good"
The hotel was very clean and easily located. There are some repairs they need to make but they did not take away from the overall hotel experience. Breakfast was great - but watch out for the breakfast natzi that leans over your shoulder to make sure you aren't doing something wrong! The hot tub was wonderful the first night then the following two days/nights […] it was like bath water and the jets left much to be desired. Luckily the pool wasn't too cold so we mostly just stayed in there. It was nice to have the rooms "refreshed" each day we were gone...I might have to get me a maid at home b/c I got spoiled! Les mer

"Hotel by Cincy"
My wife and I stayed there on a Friday and Saturday night. The hotel did not have a lot of guests. I don't know if that was because it's January or if there are mostly Business Travelers during the week. The rate was pretty good. Having booked the room through Hotel.com the check-in was the fastest that I had ever had with a hotel. He asked my name. […] Pulled the preprinted room document. I signed and got that keys faster than it took me to type this. Our first room smelled of smoke when we entered. It was very noticable. I mentioned it to the desk and he said he would spray a deodorizer while we went out to the store and dinner. The room safe did not work either and I wanted that extra protection for my laptop. When we returned the room still smelled and he was not able to change the safe batteries. Then we tried to use the refridgerator and it was not working. The room just had issues. I went back down and the guy manning the desk was very nice and just got us another room and asked me to check it out before we moved all of our bags. The new room was a lot better. The room could be set-up better. It feels very open, however the King sized bed is too close to the wall that has the heating and cooling unit. It’s very tight on that side of the bed. I’m sure this is mostly an issue when couples stay versus a single Business traveler, but you would think they would move it away from the wall a little bit. Especially since the room has all of the space in the center. The breakfast is decent. It’s not great but it’s certainly better than not having it as an option. Les mer
"Relaxing for Business"
We stay here for our business trips. It is close to the company that we need to visit. This hotel is clean and quiet. They have cookies in the lobby when you arrive and a good breakfast before you go to work. The beds have the white duvet covers and enough pillows so you can pick your type. They also have wireless internet in the rooms.
"Costly - Lost day of relaxation"
We were recommended to come to this hotel due to logistics...we scheduled expensive massage and detox services locally - as a matter of fact we called the hotel before booking to make sure the pool and jacuzzi were working because part of the detox was to swim and jacuzzi twice afterwards to help the - which we were told it was...plus the website did […] not post anything either...so we booked the hotel...only to arrive at the hotel after spending serious money on health services to see a sign on the counter saying POOL CLOSED. WE WERE SHOCKED... the desk attendant told us he couldn't do anything...but suggested we check in and then call hotels.com for an adjustment....or asstance....so we did...only to find out from hotels.com WE SHOULDN'T HAVE CHECKED IN....BUT INSTEAD CALLED THEM FIRST....hotels.com then tried to arrange some discount but the hotel refused to adjust or release us to go some where else....mind you this is the dead of winter and the temp is like 10 degrees...the hotel says well we arranged for another hotel nearby for you to swim at...like we were going to go out in the winter chill...and get ill.....even in teh morning the manager refused to call back....and since then after numerous calls...same thing...no return call...My problem is the lack of concern or care...customer service is just as important as the stay itself...and they really dropped the balll...in all ways...if they do not care to be honest and stand up for theresonsibiility of the mistake in this case...they will most likely be worse in all other ways...which could be more devistating...the next time... everything was great. The pool was ice cold. we would have liked to use it after a long day of travel. we did use hot tub.

We rented this hotel because of the reviews posted by others. Those reviews were very accurate. We stayed on a Sunday night. The parking lot was pretty empty - the hotel was obviously not full that night. We enjoyed the quiet. The room was bigger than I expected. In fact, there is a large amount of unused space in the middle of the room. The king […] size bed was placed too close to the wall, nearest the window and heating/cooling unit. In fact, when I attempted to get out of bed on that side, I slammed my legs into the heating/cooling unit every time. Had to turn sideways to walk between the bed and the wall. It was that tight. My wife had the "good side" of the bed! The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of soft pillows. There were only two chairs in the room. One was a cloth chair with foot stool, and the other was a hard wooden desk chair. They could have put another chair in that large unused space in the middle of the room. The wi-fi signal was not full strength in the room. But it did work. Just a little slower than I like due to the weaker signal. The room had a min-fridge but we didn't use it. Also saw a safe tucked away in the closet but didn't use it either. The room was very clean. Didn't look old and run down either. The bathroom, though somewhat small, was very functional. No complaints with it. The only problem we had in the room was with the alarm clock. The button to set the alarm was broken and we couldn't set the alarm. My wife just set the alarm on her iPhone. We didn't even notify the front desk. The continental breakfast was adequate. It has hot food. Neither my wife nor I liked the eggs though. They are square eggs...LOL.Couldn't find any pepper to put on the eggs though. The bacon looked nasty so we didn't even try it. But we did have the sausage and it wasn't too bad. I also had bananas. I saw oranges as well. Also had some cereal. My wife tried the waffle maker. It was very easy to operate and made perfect waffles! Also had pastries whi Les mer

"Great hotel, Rooms Are Very Comfortable & Upscale"
I have visited this hotel many times for business travel and have always enjoyed staying here. The front desk staff is always very accommodating as well. This Wingate is upscale, classy, and inexpensive and you are able to enjoy all the comforts of home. The rooms are very nice and mine was equipped with a king size bed in which I got a great night's […] sleep, refrigerator, microwave, sofa and desk. This location is one of my favorites and is located near some very nice restaurants and within minutes of I-75 and I-71. The area is also great and very very safe. No worries. It was obviously a place for business travelers so it was a great place to stay on a Saturday night. So quiet and relatively empty. They must have spread out the guests. I don't remember seeing any other people on our floor. The only thing was the breakfast bar - it could only be described as ordinary. This is primarily a business hotel, but my husband and I chose it for a weekend getaway. Our first in 4 years! The room was nice, just one stain on the carpet, and the breakfast was great! "Wingate"
I enjoyed my stay here! The staff were very friendly, and met my every need. Josh was especially helpful. Our room was outdated, but clean, and the amenities were very excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety for me and my family, and I would definitely stay at Wingate without any hesitation.
"close to I-71"
The hotel was easy to find and close to 1-71. There was a mall about 3.3 miles away. Also about 15 minutes away off I-71 south was another mall in Newport KY right on the river. That was great, was able to eat outside and had a great view of the river. There was also a bridge that you could walk over the river that took you to Ohio. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Diverse breakfast buffet choices. Would have given hotel a 5.0 rating if the fitness room was up to snuff. Only 5 pieces of equipment: elliptical, 2 treadmills of which one was broken and one was possessed speeding up randomly, and a stationery bike. No towels and no water. For today's stressed business traveler, Wyndham […] needs to upgrade this room. Les mer

"Nice Managment"
The hotel was nice the management was friendly and professional.

It was a dual-purpose trip: working remotely (business) to get a few extra days on a wedding weekend (pleasure). The staff was really friendly and overall we didn't have any horrible issues, but there were a few things that I would've expected better from this class of hotel. 1. The coffee maker in the room was nice, but the water reservoir was disgusting. […] I asked the desk and they assured me it was from the water. I assured them it was not, but nothing was done. I skipped in-room coffee. 2. Having actual glass drinking glasses provided was a great touch, but there again there was food stuck to the inside bottom of the glass. They weren't sealed so I have no way to know if these were left from the previous guest (and the cleaning crew thought they were unused) or what, but needless to say I opted for the sealed paper cups next to the coffee maker (didn't need them for coffee!) 3. Since I was working remotely I needed internet access. It was available as part of the room price, but was oddly slow and I had troubles loading web sites periodically. I work in IT (systems admin) so I know that it was their connection and not my computer. It wasn't crippling, but definitely an inconvenience. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and the included breakfast was decent (for the price: free). Overall I can't say that it was a bad experience, but for the money I paid I was left hoping for more, and am pretty sure I could've found a better value in the area. Les mer

I had a very quick stay but found hotel to be clean with all the conveniences I needed. The staff was very helpful and the complimentary breakfast was excellent!

The airconditioner made a sound like a loud alarm clock when the compressor came on (not every time). I reported it to the desk and they said there was no existing report about the air conditioner. None of the ice machines were operating, I had to get ice from the attendent at the front desk and they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. This is a very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful. Loved the fact that they sold water for $1.00. I am looking forward to staying there again next year.
