Very clean convenient location and nice staff. Breakfast was well done and clean place with lots of choices.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice. The room itself was clean enough but the hallways, lobby and stairs were in need of a vacuum-job that they didn't see in the four nights that we were there. Desk was unattended at both check-in (2:30PM) and checkout (6:30AM).

The showerhead did not work so there was no way for me to take a shower. The places was difficult to find at night and Mapquest gave really really bad directions. You had to be in the right place to see the sign.

This is a bit dated property on the outskirts of town. However, the beds are comfortable, big flatscreen tv., quiet atmosphere, and generous breakfast. The staff was very helpful.

Had a great stay in Portland. If you stay here, you'll need a car or taxi. It's not near the max rail system. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean. Breakfast consisted of the standard Comfort Suites items, waffles, eggs, yogurt, bagels/toast, etc. and breakfast ran until 10! Upon arrival, we were asked which floor we wished […] to stay on and if we wanted to be close or away from the pool! I thought this was great as we had a lot of luggage this trip-not to mention we are never asked WHERE we'd like to room! :) I would stay here again, the rooms were comfortable, the beds were soft, however it was off the beaten track. Not easy to get in and out of being right off 99. It was perfect for the area's we were visiting and we had a car. Les mer

I liked their rooms, they are very spacious. The location was also good for me, just off the interstate and close to my client. The only thing i didn't like is that the front desk staff wasn't adequately trained. She tried to charge my credit card even though I had already paid via hotels.com. At first I was not happy about the location of the Hotel, but after I toured around Portland, it turned out to be a great area to stay in Portland. Our child got sick and Sage the front desk clerk was OUTSTANDING! She helped us without any questions asked. Sage is the kind of employee every business needs, she was Fantastic! Using my laptop sitting in the horrible chairs in my room gave me serious back pain. When asked, the hotel staff could not find anything even remotely ergonomic for me to use. I liked everything else about the hotel. Verdict: computer users, stay away. Everyone else, go ahead.

We had a long drive and had to stay overnight so I could have surgery the next morning. We ordered room service and then slept most of the evening. It was dark & quite. The discount for being a hospital patient was a surprise too. Thanks Comfort Inn

This was a comfortable and friendly hotel. The breakfast was marginal. room big and comfortable if slightly threadbare. Somewhat overpriced. Lots of porn shops and bars in the area but did not seem to degrade the neighborhood much.

Arrived at 10pm in the evening and left at 10am in the morning. Easy parking, easy check in, good clean and well laid-out room, good bed, good sleep, good breakfast and then on my way. Location seemed to be in the middle of nowhere in particular, but satnav took me straight there without a problem. Perfect for what I needed.

Rooms clean, all appliances worked well, and air conditioner worked well. Had a little glitch with the internet service, but cleared it up with one phone call. Continental breakfast was just average. I stayed 4 days, and would return again. Price value was above average.

Nothing too special. The room was very spacious-mine had a couch! I mainly chose this hotel for the hot continental breakfast- they had a hot breakast choice of the day (usually eggs + meat), waffles, bagels, english muffins, cereal, fruit, and beverages. Very delicious- definitely not a resturant quality, but good for free! The hotel is very clean and even being next to the highway, was quiet. Great people that wanted to help. The breakfast was good and one person spent the entire time ensuring everything was clean and stocked.

Great location and ammenities. Our only complaint is we left our room at 8 a.m., returned at 3:30 p.m. and our room had not been cleaned.

We stayed 7 nights at this hotel. The room had a few spots in the carpet when we checked in. When I asked for them to be cleaned it was taken care of promptly. Room was your typical suite room and was cleaned on a daily basis. Mattress was very comfortable. Although our room faced I-5 we did not hear any road noise. It is located a convenient 15 minute […] ride from downtown Portland so the price was very good with free parking compared to staying at a downtown hotel. This was ok for the price. The "hot tub" was cold so it was full of parents, their babies and small children. The trim on our mirror was falling down and just propped up on the counter leaning toward the mirror. nice and clean. worked well for a family. not much in the area, but an easy 10 min drive to downtown. We actually wanted to stay in the SW area, so the location was just right for us. Big roomy breakfast room with hot food. would stay here again.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. Rooms were big, the place very clean, the staff helpful and relatively quiet if you get a room on the backside. It's a little north of where I expected Tigard to be, but it worked. If you're going to Portland, this is a little far away from where you want to be ... especially at rush hour.

The hotel was clean, decent and quite. The breakfast was in good variety. I am overall pleased with my choice. The bed sheets needs to be better quality, they were very thin and did feel like been used many years. They were clean but heavily used. I would recommend chainging the bedding.

This Comfort Suite was similar to my other Comfort Suite experiences. It is a good value. Clean, comfotable, not fancy but just good basic services. I did not use the pool or hot tub, but the area looked welcoming and clean. The continental breakfast was nice. Comfort Suites has once again met my expectation for what they are. This is a nice hotel. Bathroom is clean. Bedsheets are clean. Free Breakfast. satisfied with my stay here. :) I am recommending it to everyone. The only downside is that it is a little bit far from downtown.
