Our room was very dirty and we found old cookies under both beds, the telephone did not work. It was a complete mess....so bad that I do not even want to finish this rating!!!!

The staff at this hotel have always been very accommodating. There were lots of kids in the pool and hot tub, but they were all well behaved, and even us old folks had fun there. We had a very pleasant lunch at Benvenuto's in the hotel. They have a very inviting lobby with a bar where folks can hang out. The room was clean and comfortable. The only […] complaint I have is that the heater was rather noisy, and woke me up, but then I'm a light sleeper. The fridge and microwave in the room are a nice touch. Our microwave was a little glitchy, but they swapped it out for a new one while we were at lunch. All in all, a great place to stay. Les mer

Pillows in room very uncomfortable, Bathrooms although clean needs serious upgrade the shower had the feel of a locker room. Lobby was very nice with bar lounge and fireplace , Did'nt use pool look very nice if you had children. Also had a italian grill restaurant adjoin to the buildind did not eat there. this hotel is slighty better than average.

The air conditioner/heater in our room was rather loud. Also the hotel electrical outlets (nor the hotel hair dryer) seemed to work. Otherwise we had a nice stay and the hotel seemed well maintained overall.

For this price there really should be a complimentary continental breakfast. Another thing, evidently there are coupons to be had for everything but how to get them? I reserved a room for a week with my 4 year-old son and only overheard that there were coupons for him to eat free! Then on another occasion I was ordering a drink from the bar and the […] bartender ask me if I had any coupons! Again, coupons? Please, someone who comes and stays for a week ought to get some consideration in the form of all these coupons that other patrons seem to come armed with. Where do they get them? I live abroad and don't get junk mail, etc. It is a bit odd to hear the waitresses going around to other tables asking people if they have coupons for discounts knowing that you have nothing. I've never know this hotel to have a "superior" rating or reputation. But this one far exceeded my expectations! Excellent value, friendly front desk staff, clean rooms, large with whirlpool tub. Quiet, comfortable and friendly yet a bit upscale. I'm a veteran traveler so I've been in all types of hotels. I booked this hotel because some others were […] booked. Then I found out it had a small water park and became quite concerned. I was traveling alone and looking for a quick night's stop to get rest. Clean, easy, close to 12 highway. This should be optional; I don't like having to redo again and again because you want "a bit more'. Waste of time.

I really liked this hotel as did my 2 and 6 year olds. My 11 and 13 year old boys thought the pool was too crowded but the rest of us had a blast! It was a great stop on our very long road trip.

Stay away from this hotel unless you are a family coming to enjoy the 'waterpark'. I do not like running into dripping wet kids in the lobby of my hotel and bumping into me every time I get in the elevator. Badly laid out bathrooms in the rooms, no washclothes or bath mats and poor ventilation. The beds were comfortable, though.

only one wash cloth for two of us both nighte, pool smelled of urine, pillows are to small for a king bed. I did like the high rise toilets and the walk in shower, although the water is so hard you couldn't get any lather up from the soap.

We had our granddaughters along on a family birthday party and overnight. Nice water park for kids. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant!! Great value! Very satisfied!

Beautiful lobby with a fireplace and Christmas Tree. Large, comfortable room. Nice bathroom, although the tub wasn't spotless. I enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay with your kids when the ages are 2-14. Relaxing not to mention kids eat free at George's Chop House!

My stay was in general a good transaction. Nice hotel in a good neighborhood, clean room and nice ammenities. If I had one not so positive thing to say would be that while it seemed the hotel was not very busy. Parking lot seemed empty and not many guests that particular weekend, but they put me in a room right above the back of the laundry, trash area […] and air conditioning equipment. I perfer an open window when I sleep most times of the year, but here all I smelled was laundry and the noise of the equipment and morning trash trucks. I understand everyone can't face the front of the hotel or what ever, it's just that when you do not have a high occupancy rate you might not want to stick people at the back of the hotel. So if you sleep with your window open be sure to specify a room somewhere other than the back of the hotel as I will from now on. Les mer

HOtel was very nice,however had ordered a king bed w/jetted tub and didn't even have a bathtub only shower. Aloso on hotels/com it stated that we had a full breakfast as part of our stay & we were charged. I had to go to the front desk & get voucher's. Breakfast was super cold and found hair in my eggs.

When we arrived we were booked into a two queen bed room when we reserved a suite. They switched us to a "family" suite. This was better than the original room but still had two queen beds when we reserved a king bed suit. Plus we were assured we reserved a smoking room and when we arrived after a 7 hour drive we were informed this was a no smoking […] hotel. We will not be staying in this hotel again. Les mer

The hotel was awesome! The manager fixed a room reservation issue quickly and effortlessly, the room was awesome, the AC was not working properly, but that was a fluke i'm sure. The only issue is this awesome water park that is touted on the website was ruined by the under qualified, but over confident lifeguards. I'm not sure what the level of expectation […] should be for lifeguards working after 10:00, but these were not close. They treated the guys in our group like we were about 10 years old, and were over controlling on anything we could do in the pool. 1 of our group was whistled down for stepping on a slide, which he had to step over to get into the pool, they would not let us have a basketball to use on the basketball rim in the pool, and the reprimanded us for touching the rim. So all we could really do at that point was stand in the water. So my recommendation - come to sleep, but don't come to swim or for the water park. Les mer

The hotel was in a great location and was very nice. The manager at the front desk was extremely helpful in assisting us with a special situation. However, the two lifeguards who were on duty that evening were overly controlling and were too eager to get off from work. Apparently the waterslide and other water activities close earlier than the pool, […] and the only thing the lifeguards would allow us to do in the pool is sit or stand along the edge. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful. Due to a flight delay, I arrived at the hotel after the restaurant had closed but they went out of their way to provide me with an order to go (and the meal was very good!!)

I had to things that disturbed me while I was there That the room next to me could hear everything happening in my room which is awful. And the second one is my husband was looking for his keys around the bed, suddenly he found many dirty towels under bed!!!!!!!!! It needs some improvement

The location is in an area of town with several office buildings which makes it difficult to find entertainment beyond the great indoor water park. Two restaurants within comfortable walking distance, but if your are staying more than a weekend and not renting a car you need use the shuttle service to go into downtown for some variety. For my sun (3 years old), inside pool was excellent! He was excited! We want to stay this hotel again to play in the pool. The pool is only for the people staying hotel. That's why it was not so crowded even on Saturday. It was also very nice.
