The room was smaller than I ever could have imagined. It was like living in a Doll House. The first room they gave me stank of mold. The rooms were small and very hot. I stayed only one night there and in that short while I managed to get bitten by something, bedgugs, fleece I have it all over and itches like crazt. I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel was undergoing renovations at the time of my stay, but the parts they had finished looked very nice. The older bits of the hotel were still in good order. Located in a nice neighborhood with conveniences (restaurants, starbucks, internet cafe, boots) all just outside the hotel door. If you plan to get around via the underground, it's very […] convenient. The Gloucester rd. stop is a 30 second walk down the road. Only thing would be, it's a bit out of the way if your are going out at night to places like Camden town or Angel as I had pretty expensive cab rides back from those places. It's not a hotel to lay around an luxuriate in, but it definitely fits the bill for a friendly, clean, safe place to stay while you spend all your time out exploring London. Les mer

I would definitely stay here again and would also recommend it to a friend. The hotel was clean and compact and staff were really friendly. It is perfectly situated for a city break and very easily found. It is on a quiet street but there is noise from the trains. But not so much that you can't sleep.

Great location, but with a room on the wrong side of the building, the atmosphere isn't that great and the view not very inspiring. The trains passed by just outside, and if you're a light sleeper, you don't wanna go to bed early. I'm not, however, and I didn't think the noise was that much of a problem. At the hotel everything was much smaller than […] expected. The room was VERY small - and the even called it "deluxe". At check-in our room wasn't ready, but they offered to keep our suitcases while we went out to get something to eat. As we returned half an hour later, our room was ready. Throughout our stay the room was kept clean, and there were no reasons for complaining. The hotel staff was friendly but seemed very busy and a bit confused throughout our stay. They were not able to help us very much with info about getting around in town. Overall there were a few things that were not as good as expected, but since we were only in our rooms from late night to early morning, it was okay for our needs. It's a good hotel for experiencing London, since the subway station is only 100 meters away. We stayed for four days, and I think that's a maximum for at hotel like that. Les mer

The room is VERY tight and the tubes are loud, but you kind of get used to it. The Tubes do stop running for a couple hours. The room was clean and well-decorated. As in most places in UK, ice/bottled water are not readily avail. LAN only in room. WiFi in public areas only. Picture showed a bathtub, but only a tight shower. We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in very convenient area, very close to the Piccadilly and District underground lines and the bus stop. It was a relatively quiet neighborhood, but there were lots of pubs, convenience stores, and small restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and much bigger than I expected, given the other reviews that I read. […] The hallways etc were a tight squeeze and it wasn't exactly soundproof, but it didn't affect the quality of our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, not fancy, but nice. The subway can take a while (20-30 mins) to get to some of the more popular tourist attractions, but I think that is more the fault of the slow underground system than the location of the hotel. I stayed in Kensington Town House two nights as a single traveller, accomodation was in a deluxe single room. Room was clean, warm and spacious. Location is amazingly handy, two minutes walking from Earls Court tube station. Staff very friendly.

-very good location, so easy to get around the city, with earls court station so near by. - i had room 203 which was a decent sized room nice big bed. toilet could have been bigger, very cramed but did the job - staff were friendly and helpfull - i think they could have changed our sheets towels etc more often but other than that it was great.

All was OK with this hotel with one exception. The room was sold as a superior double but was just about suitable for one person

Transferred from another Hotel due to emergency work. They couldn't find my bag straight away which was sent to the hotel earlier that day. Was offered a complementary Breakfast and Taxi! Which was not given! Even though person knowledge I was going to get them when checked in! Won't ever stay here again! Or recommended it!

The hotel was in a perfect location which meant a great deal to my wife and I for our business in London. Unfortunately, the room was way too small for two people. Picture having a double bed with 18 inches or 45 cms on either side and about 24 inches or 60 cms at the foot of the bed to move around in. This situation was made even more of a challenge […] when one tried to move around the area as there was no space for our suitcases and we travel light (just one suitcase each). An underground line goes just alongside the hotel. The soundproofing is non-existent. I have rarely had a worse night's sleep. Sitting in Reception the next morning everyone, but everyone, was requesting a room move. I have stayed at Heathrow next to the runway and not heard a plane land, because of the triple glazing. The condition of the room was lovely and the staff were very polite. I was staying with my boyfirend so we didn't mind the fact that our room was quite small. The TV reception wasn't great but we didn't really need it as we were usually out and about. The staff were very friendly and polite and it is situated in a lovely part of Kensington.

While I read many reviews that were negative about this hotel, we found the customer service to be excellent, they were willing to go all out. The room was small, but workable. The location was great. yes, the London Underground does run under it, but we were on the 2nd floor and it just sounded like a thunderstorm every few minutes. It did not bother […] our sleep at all. Super rapport qualité prix, cet hôtel dans le sud ouest de londres est proche de toute commodités et surtout à deux pas de la station de métro Earl's Court. Idéal pour un court séjour comme pour des séjours plus longs, cet hotel est le parfait rapport pour passer un agréable moment dans Londres.

L'hôtel est tres cher pour ce que c'est. La chambre se trouve au sous-sol et la fenêtre donne sur un générateur et des tuyauteries. Rien d'autre. Impossible de dormir avant 1h du matin ou après 4h du matin car le métro fait vibrer toute la chambre, on l'entend très fort. Les draps étaient déchirés. Pas de chauffage. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas. La douche […] mal nettoyée, contenait encore des poils des occupants avant nous. WC très encombrant, impossible de bouger dedans. J’ai vu des auberges beaucoup moins cher et de meilleure qualité. despues de ver los comentarios antes del viaje, ibamos con un poquito de miedo, pero... para nada. El personal super majo, a pesar de no hablar ni papa de españos, y eso que en el hotel eramos unos cuantos. la habitacion estupenda, el te y cafes y pastitas todos los dias repuestos, cambios de sabanas diarias etc, el baño pequeño pero modernos limpio […] y suficientemente practicable, tele de plasma (pero sin canal internacional). los comentarios sobre las habitaciones que dan a la parte de la estacion me preocupaban pero..... al menos en mi habitacion la 312 teniamos dos ventanas y a penas se escuchaba el sonido y ademas no era necesario abrirlas pues teniamos aire acondicionado. nosotros... como supongo que la mayoria del viajeros, solo estabamos en el hotel para dormir, y lo hicimos con comodidad, muy buena cama de 1,50. el sonido de dicha estacion no era superior al de mi vecino de arriba de mi residencia ni a los transeuntes o coches de mi ciudad. la verdad es que nos sorprendio gratamente el hotel, la zona es estupenda esta a 150 metros de una estacion de metro que te deja en picadilli en 15 minutos, tienes supermercados, restaurantes y una zona residencial digna de ver, creo que es la zona de londres en la que mas ferraris y coches de alta gama he visto en mi vida. asi que..... sinceremente recomiendo este hotel y si tengo que volver lo hare en el mismo. asi que ... chicos y chicas si quereis un buen hotel, este es el vuestro, habitacion 312. シングルで利用したため、部屋は若干狭かったが、イギリスではトラブルとなり易いシャワー室が快適だった。熱いシャワーをあびれば、多少の旅の疲れはとれる。 おしゃれな洗面台の蛇口のデザインに多少の難ありー顔が洗いにくいーが、そのぐらいは許容の範囲。 駅からすぐで、利便は良いのだが、線路の上に建っているらしく、早朝の電車が走り始めたころの騒音が多少気になった。 歩いてすぐの小径を入った所のパブの炭焼きハンバーガーはおススメ。

Vores værelse var det mindste hotelværelse, vi nogensinde har oplevet - og vi har rejst en del rundt i verden og derved oplevet hotelværelse af forskellig kvalitet og standarder. Vi klagede over vores værelse, fik tilbudt et værelse i kælderen (!), hvilket vi sagde nej tak til. Vi fik så at vide, at der ville være et større værelse ledigt dagen efter. […] Men da vi om morgenen kom ned for at aftale med receptionen, hvornår vores ting kunne flyttes, var der alligevel intet ledigt værelse. Vi pointerede, at vi havde lejet et "de-luxe" værelse. Ejeren sagde, at alle deres værelser var "de-luxe". Ejerens opførsel var i øvrigt arrogant. Vi anbefaler IKKE dette hotel. Hotellet var okay, set i forhold til det vi betalte. Det var dog en anelse skuffende at der som beskrevet på hotels ikke var kølekab på værelset samt adgang til internet som beskrevet også. Det er meget dårligt når man bliver lovet nogen ting som så ikke er der. Værelset var i og for sig fint. Men det trækker gevaldigt ned når der er lovet ting som […] så ikke er der. Les mer

j'avais réservé une chambre simple pour 6 nuits. La première donné directement sur les voies de train/metro. avec des boules Quies ça passe mais il a été possible de me changer de chambre au bout du 2ème jour, donc demandez!! le personnel est très serviable. les chambres (simples) ne sont pas très grandes. il est vraiment à proximité de la station de […] métro, pub, resto et le quartier est sur. e' posizionato benissimo, a due passi dalla metro di earl's court (una bellissima zona ricca di londra) che e' collegata praticamente con tutto e arriva al centro in 5 minuti. Ottima posizione anche se si vuole uscire la sera e si vuole tornare con il notturno che lascia esattamente alla stazione della metro. L'hotel e' carinissimo, le stanze non sono […] grandissime, ma molto accoglienti e soprattutto pulite. Dentro la camera poi c'e' anche la caffettiera per scaldare l'acqua per il the o il caffe' solubile, che non e' dei migliori sicuramente ma rendono l'atmosfera mattutina piacevole. I stayed in the hotel with my friend for 5 nights, and we really enjoyed it. Our roow was in the underground floor, but we could hardly hear the noises of the tube tunnel right below. Very nice staff, a little bit smaller rooms than expected, fair pricing, very nice neighbourhood (food, pubs, convenientstores, postoffice etc), a two minute walk to the Underground. Will probably stay there for many Londonvisits to come.

Chambres beaucoup trop petites. Dans la notre, un bruit à l'origine incertaine, nous a obligé de demander un changement qui s'est fait sans problème. Deuxième chambre également trop petite.

Hotellet har meget små værelser, hvor en del ligger i kælderen. Man skal vide dette for at kunne tage forbehold ved bestilling og det er nødvendigt at bestille et dobbeltværelse selv om man kun er en person. Et dobbelt værelse svarer nemlig til et normalt enkelt værelse. Elevatoren er meget gammel og hotellet er generelt slidt, dog er nogle værelser […] lækre. Óptima localização, pessoal muito simpático, quarto com boas dimensões. Apenas um senão: uma pequena corrente de ar que vinha do tecto do quarto de uma espécie de clarabóia.

The hotel is placed less than 5 min by foot from Earls Court station and very easy to find. When the tube dont operates there are lots of busses going from central London to the station. This makes it a very good place to stay if you want to be in the center quick and stay at a hotel that is affordable. As a consequence of the near by tube it is quite […] noisy staying in the place. fint hotel med god beliggenhed, og hjælpsomt og behagelig personale. dog havde vi en enkelt oplevelse, hvor røgalarmen gik i gang pga. brug af el-kedel, og det medførte et opkald fra personalet, hvor vi blev beskyldt for at ryge på værelset, hvilket vi jo ikke havde gjort, så det var en ubehagelig beskyldning. ellers var den eneste gene ved hotellet […] den megen larm fra undergrunden, som gjorde det svært at sove.
