Servicen hos betjeningen var helt topp, og de var mega behjelpelige med alt og alltid hyggelige å ha med å gjøre. Selv om rommet og hotellet i seg selv kan av noen bli sett på som litt simpelt, så mener jeg det var helt topp. Veldige gode senger og komfort i mine øyne. Thumbs up! Anbefales!

Very nice location. In walking distance of shops and restaurants. The hotel was newly remodeled and was at or near 5 star. Very clean. My 2nd stay with the hotel and everything was great like clockwork! Besides quality of service, fantastic cleanliness of room ... the concierge service provided was really helpful. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We were only there for two days and the location was perfect for walking to the palaces and a few of the markets (10-15 minute walk). Very stylish room, loaded with high-tech. There was a great view of the city Hall and the ice rink in front of it. Extremely courteous and helpful staff. I reserved Deluxe-Double but I had to select Bathtub or City-View at my check-in. Then I selected bathtub and released the Nice-View which is one of this hotel's sales points. We mistakenly book a room for one instead of two occupants. After several emails, the hotel was kind enough to offer refund if we would like to cancel, but nothing else. That made us feel that they did not need a business with us. At checkin we thought they might surprise us with a more comfortable room but no luck there. They informed us: free gym […] (wow???) but not the sauna, no pool, late checkout fee. Everything was done exactly by the book, no flexibility and definitely to no attempt to please you or make you feel special or welcome,. Service from check in to check out was excellent. Staff at buffet breakfast coffee house was most helpful ,even gave us a map and talked us through with detailed instructions on how to get to attraction. Concierge was most helpful providing us with tourist info. Every single staff ( bell boy, room service, housekeeping) we met in the Plaza was very […] friendly n polite. Although room was facing City Hall , the music from the events could not be heard cause of the double windows. We had a great stay at the Plaza. The staff of the Plaza made this visit extremely pleasant for a first time visitor to Seoul, Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Most of the staff could speak Mandarin, Japanese and English. The rooms were small compared to western hotels, but extremely clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway stop and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and shopping areas. "The Seoul Plaza: Design Excellence"
I've stayed at this hotel several times and also at the Westin Choson. The corridors in the Plaza are darker but I like the Plaza better. The design of the room makes it just about the prettiest I've ever stayed in and the facilities were uniformly excellent. I have one minor complaint. "Good Choice"
The Plaza is a very nice hotel in an excellent location and a very helpful staff. The rooms are very modern, but small. Breakfast and some other services are very expensive (40$ for breakfast). Clean modern rooms, excellent service by hotel staff, comfortable beds all make my stay in Seoul ver enjoyable. The location is awesome - close to many major tourist attractions such as Myongbok Palace, Cheonggyecheon Stream, deoksu Palace, all walking distance. Many good restaurants nearby too. "Top notch hotel"
Great hotel. Perfect location for checking out Seoul. We upgraded to the Club level(18th floor) which has its own lounge staffed from 6:30AM-10:00PM. The staff there were extremely helpful and courteous. I actually can't say enough about the staff. The room was especially clean.
