Store rene og flotte rom med god temperatur. Døgnåpen informasjonensdesk med veldig god service. God beliggenhet med gåavstand, samt taxi tilgjengelig til enhver tid. Lekker frokostbuffet! Spesielt godt fornøyd med lobby og barområdet hvor vi kunne samles et par timer på kvelden før vi gikk til hvert vårt rom!:):)

Hotellet lå svært sentralt, bare 150 meter fra Sheaperds Bush stasjonen, som ligger på Central line (den røde undergrunnen). Ved stasjonen ligger også Westfield, et stort, nytt handlesenter. Jeg hadde bestillt rom med to enkelsenger og da de ikke hadde det, fikk jeg oppgradering til et rom med kingsize seng. Rommet var stort og flott, nydelige badehåndklær og badekåper.

Veldig hyggelig lite hotell med god service. Veldig behjelpelige med bestillnger til restauranter. Deilig frokost.

Bodde 3 netter på hotellet, og vi kunne ikke hatt det bedre! Nær Victoria stasjon, veldig nær St.James undergrunnstasjon. I gåavstand til Buckingham og til og med til Oxford Street. Suverent! "Høstferie i London"
Vi reiste 2 voksne og 2 barn. Hotellet har fantastisk beliggenhet med kort vei til Westminster / Buckingham Palace og mye annet. Hotellet har høy kvalitet og meget god service. Nettopp blitt pusset opp for store beløp. Det var fortsatt noe byggearbeid og forberedelse for "grand opening" så det trakk fra litt. Utsikten fra rommet vårt var dårlig, rett […] inn i annen murbygning, men det spilte egentlig liten rolle for oss. Vi var ikke i London for å sitte på rommet. Med 4 personer på rommet og 2 dobbeltsenger var det noe trangt om plassen. Pluss for ekstra høyt under taket. Betjening er veldig oppmerksom og noe av det bedre jeg har opplevd mhp service. Tube er rett rundt hjørnet og 2x starbucks for den som er avhengig. Bra frokost, litt trangt om plassen i helgen. For de med hastverk kunne du få med en kaffe og muffins for 5pund. Les mer

Kjempesentral beliggenhet, fredelig atmosfære og nydelig oppusset hotell. Her reiser vi gjerne en gang til.
Hotellet er under ombygging. Mye bråk som følge av det.
Hotellet er under oppussing! - men det er/blir bra Det er veldig små heiser så når alt er klart med 7 etg så vil det bli kø tror jeg. Dyr frokost som ikke var inkludert i romprisen, ca 21£ for buffet og 27£ for "full english breakfast" Betjeningen er veldig tilstede og positiv!

"An excellent experience"
We recently stayed at the St. Ermin and had a fabulous experience. We were there with our two 12 year olds and the room was very comfortable for all four of us. We were celebrating a wedding anniversary and the hotel sent up a bottle of champaigne to welcome us, very thoughtful. The staff were wonderful with the children and were very helpful in working […] with us on our itinery. They really went above and beyond in helping us with our car rental and navigating around town. We decided to spoil ourselves on this trip and stay at a nice hotel before we returned home. Boy, we couldn't be more pleased with the service we received at St. Ermin's. The staff was extremely accommodating and we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a larger room. We felt extremely welcomed at this hotel and they made sure we were aware […] of the surrounding attractions and restaurants in the area to help us make the best use of our time there. The hotel is located near Buckingham palace so it is a short walk to the main gates where you can see the changing of the guard or take a stroll in the park outside the palace. Great hotel overall. Located close to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and easy access to anywhere via Underground. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Very clean. A room that although not huge, worked well for my family of 4. Would stay there again next visit to London.

"Nice Hotel but Nickel and Dime"
Very nice hotel...though I would completely avoid room 129...right above employee entrance and very noisy all night! My displeasure was with the small charges for things such at WiFi....it was VERY slow and not worth the money. "St. Ermine Hotel - Great Location"
Nice hotel, great accommodations and U.S. electrical outlets made this a great stay. The rooms were clean, the hotel was quiet and the service was outstanding. The hotel is around the corner from the St. James's park tube station for easy access to the District and Circle lines.

Excellent hotel - I've racked my brains and the only criticism I could come up with is the very, very slow appearance of hot water through the hot taps! Apart from that it was excellent and the staff were brilliant also. Will stay again
"Wonderful Stay at St. Ermin's"
We loved our stay here. Room was lovely - wonderful beds, great location. Staff could not have been nicer. Only comment I have is that twice we ordered room service and both times the order arrived missing something on the menu. They did replace it, but it was a bit irritating. But it was a great stay. We will definitely return.

"Good location for sightseeing"
St. Ermins was a really nice hotel; great staff, pretty room, very close to the sights we wanted to see (ie; Buckingham Palace, Westminister Abbey, etc....) and 1 block from the tube station. The only drawback was our room was very small. There was barely room for the 2 of us to be moving around the room at the same time. I would stay there again but […] I would insist on a larger room. Great service, great atmosphere, great location next to Buckingham Palace, train station and Scotland Yard. Very safe. Excellent concierge service.
Everything about this hotel was a lovely and i would reccomend it highly.

Friendly and helpful personnel and excellently situated. Ridiculously though to charge 12 pounds per day per computer for internet access. And the breakfast buffet is not worth 21 pounds.

"Great Stay"
Often hotels are over advertised and expectations are too high when you arrive. However this was not the case here, everything lived up to the PR. Only comment I would say; our room rate included breakfast, if it had not £19.00 per person would be expensive for a family of four!

Despite a good location I would definitely not go back here. The room was very small for a supposedly family sized room- beds were only just double sized and the service was really poor. Too many examples to note. The lifts are also a complete joke - they are very small and it takes ages for them to arrive.

We just stayed at this hotel on Saturday, 8 October. It was our final night in the UK, following a week in Scotland. We arrived at the hotel exhausted and the staff made our night in London wonderful! The staff met us at the door to take our bags, checked us in quickly to a beautiful, spacious, comfortable room, found a time and location for Saturday […] evening Mass, helped us get last minute theater tickets, and answered our many other questions - all with a smile. The next morning, the concierge was on hand at 7am to provide us the information needed to return to Heathrow as quickly as possible. While in London this is the hotel to stay. Great people, location, service, price, and in general a fantastic hotel. Definetely it will be our hotel of preference when visiting London. We stayed here for three days and all where more than we expected.

We chose the hotel as it was convenient for the Buckingham Palace tour. It is a real find. The only criticism would be that the hotel is still being refurbished in places.

Lee Head Concierge was amazing and so helpful, he really made us welcome. Hotel is incredibly beautiful and a perfect location. Wonderful beds, linens, pillows etc. Entering the hotel is elegant and smelled wonderful. so many staff to see to your every need. At least 8-10 people in main entrance just to help.
