I really enjoyed my stay at Contry inn. The front end staff was very professional, helpful and courteous. The breakfast at the hotel was very nice, i honestly didn't expect this great breakfast from a reasonably priced hotel. Over all i would rate this hotel 4 stars. Great place to stay with family or alone.

"Included breakfast saves time."
Everthing was great. Having a provided breakfast really saved time. It was not anything fancy but it was good enough. The free cookies at the front desk was nice also. I will stay again.

"Very nice weekend"
My family and I had a great weekend. The rooms where clean and the breakfast was very complete. We found the pool was clean and the hot tube was actually HOT! The employees were helpful and friendly, something you don't see alot of anymore.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff was very friendly and pleasant. Our room was large and comfortable. I slept like a baby both nights. We were booked in for only one night be decided to stay an extra night and were able to keep the same room with no problems even though it was Black Friday/Thanksgiving weekend. Just up the road from all […] the hussle and bussle surrounding the Mall and other plazas so that made for nice quiet sleep away from traffic noises, etc. Pool was lovely. Hot tub too! "Our second stay"
This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. The facility, staff, neighborhood, and nearby local conveniences are great. We had a slight problem this visit with a noisy youth group (teenaged) this time but no other problems. This is a great value for the money.

Was there with family for an open house at RIT. This hotel provided all our necessities. Lots of places to eat within short distance from hotel. My daughter loved the pool, and I loved the hot tub. My husband loved the bed and my son loved the breakfast and evening cookies. My only complaint was that the comforter on the bed appeared somewhat soiled( […] did not use it anyway). Country Inn & Suites in Henrietta was one of the nicest, cleanest motels we have stayed at in awhile. The breakfast is the best, just a little different. Employees were very helpful and pleasant to deal with especially when you come in late & tired. We did stay with them again on our way home.

Staff was helpful and courteous. Room had an odd smell and was damp. Bed is too soft. Breakfast was horrible. I actually went out for breakfast the second morning. I have stayed at this hotel several times and I feel they are cutting corners to save money. Disappointing.

We stayed here while visiting our daughter at RIT. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and there was alway fresh coffee in the lobby. We will stay here every time we come to Rochester. It is the perfect home away from home.
upon registration at hotel, tthe clerk put us on 2nd floor, I had ask on line for 1st floor room, he defered and gave us 1st floor room. The toilet seat between seat and lid had blood on it. i went out and bought lysol/ clorox spray and wipes and cleaned myself as not to have staff interupt my wife's sleep. Clerk's seemed preoccupied at desk, but all […] were attentive when addressed. breakfast good, coffee hot, also to note having coffeemaker next to toilet asking for infections, and is disgusting, could not use. refrigerator in credenza good idea but no place to vent heat it makes, put in vent grill in back or side. This was a very clean, comfortable place. It's a great deal for the money.It's located a stone's throw from R.I.T. You can drive from the hotel to campus in about 5 min. The room was spacious . I kept thinking that the place looked brand new. I didn't see any wear and tear anywhere. The place looked brand new. The front desk personell were great. They […] gave us great suggestions for dining in the area. The included continental breakfast was nothing to wirte home about. It consisted of your standard cereals, toast, oatmeal and waffels. Great place and friendly staff. Very near shopping - 5 minute drive. Big Mall and all the big stores and a BJ's warehouse club. Less than 10 minutes from downtown. Must eat at Dinosaur BBQ - it was really good - go for the pulled pork over the ribs and wings. Rooms were great - we had a one bedroom suite. It was nice and quiet. Only things I would change […] is have not so bulky pillows and better water pressure in the shower but that is a personal thing. Nice to have breakfast included too. Enough variety to please most. Missed our Canadian bacon though! All in all I would definitely recommend to stay there and for all those cookies lovers you are in for a treat - fresh cookies 24 hours a day and coffee and tea too - very nice treat to have. Les mer

This Country Inn & Suites in Rochester, Henrietta was a very nice place to stay. It is located not too far from Route 90, which was perfect for me as I was traveling across the state. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the continental breakfast was good.

We stayed at a Country Inn & Suties several years ago in Virginia, so I thought we'd try this location and possibily find a new place to stay on our many visits to Rochester. The breakfast offering is one of the best I've seen. A nice selection of hot and cold items. Not just the normal bagel or muffin fair.
