Enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Close to train, within 15 minutes to Zurich mainstation. Staff was friendly, breakfast was ample, late night snacks for purchase were also a nice touch in terms of service. Would not mind staying there again.

Ibis was great surprise. It was nicely decorated for Ibis standard. The location is not great because its not walking distance to old town but you can always take taxi or just enjoy the bars and restaurants close by. This hotel is in The Squaire office building attached to the Frankfurt Airport. I just stayed there one night between flights but it would be very good for a longer stay as well since it is directly above the train station. The facility is nearly brand new and outstanding. This a standard hotel.. It is clean and good value - nothing fancy, but a professionally run hotel. The wifi worked really well - no problems there and the staff were really lovely.

Good location just west of the City Centre. Tram route 4 passes nearby which takes you straight to the centre , station and close to Lake Zurich within 10 minutes or so. Breakfast provision a little basic but more than sufficient. Recommended for short stays or overnight stops.

Very nice. Spotless, quiet despite the street below. Restaurant OK. Interesting neiboughrood (former factory district converted in tech park+residential+ theatres). This is not city center but it is not too far and very good money/value for Zurich.

the hotel was very far away from Zurich station in industrial area. deserted in evenings. no nearby decent places to eat. no coffee maker.hotel management stingy with towels,soap etc. even when asked to replace soap liquid in lockedup bottle soap was not filled in.

This was a wonderful hotel. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one short night and it was not very easy to access it from the main train station. The hotel staff was overall extremely unfriendly. At first the couldn't find the booking and demanded that I showed my voucher. After several minutes they found the booking. They offered no apology and were in general rude and unpolite. I normally don't react if hotel staff isn't the happiest crowd in the world, but here it was directly hostile and […] rude. We stayed for 4 days and out of 2 days there was construction in the hallway of the hotel. We requested to change room, since they were drilling right outside our room. But that was not possible. Also yet again, no apology was offered for the inconvenience it caused us. And for a 2 star hotel it's not even cheap compared to several more stars hotels in Zürich. Les mer

Obviously this hotel isn't the most convenient if you're in Zurich to see the old city, but it's in a very interesting new part of town. Hotel pulito, personale gentile ed accogliente. la fermata della linea del tram per il centro è a 2 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, comodissima!! Unica pecca: il personale non ci aveva avvisato che il parcheggio auto sottostante era da saldare all'hotel direttamente e così abbiamo pagato alla macchinetta automatica vedendoci addebitare 144 franch per 2 soli […] giorni di sosta!! ottimo soggiorno, l'hotel e' in periferia ma e' comodo alla fermata del tramnum 4 che porta alla stazione centrale. hotel pulito e in ottime condizioni, gentilissimi, buona la colazione internazionale. visto che era quasi natale ci hanno regalato il parcheggio custodito e coperto per l'intero soggiorno...

Acoustic insulation is very bad. Whenever somebody is walking in the corridor, we felt that somebody is walking inside the room. More unfortunately, it was raining in the early morning when we are still sleeping. The sound of rain hitting the windows (seems like somebody burst the door) woke us up. However, we found that the rain is not that heavy.

Es waren sehr angenehme zwei Tage in Zürich. Das Hotel war alles in allem sehr gut, der Service bzw. die Mitarbeiter wirklich freundlich und sehr kundenorientiert. Für unseren kleinen Sohn (zehn Monate) wurde ohne viel Aufhebens ein Reisebett zur Verfügung gestellt. Für Zürcher Verhältnisse ein sehr günstiges Hotel, in 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt (Hbf), mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln leicht zu erreichen. Diverse Campingmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Service war super, alles in allem top.

Das Hotel bietet ein optimales Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist zentral, nur ca. 8 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Hardbrücke entfernt.Von dort aus erreicht man in 10 Min.per Bahn den Flughafen. An der Rückseite des Hotels befindet sich ca.3 Gehminuten entfernt die S-Bahnlinie Nr.4, mit der man in ca. 12 Minuten den Hauptbahnhof im Zentrum erreicht. Die […] Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet,sehr sauber. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank,dafür aber offene Regale und Bügel,um Kleidung zu verstauen. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine geräumige Dusche,das Waschbecken über genügend Stellfläche für Kosmetikartikel,usw.. Im Badezimmer waren für 2 Personen 2 Duschtücher vorhanden,kleinere Handtücher fehlten. Die Zimmertemperatur liess sich individuell einstellen.Eine defekte Glühbirne wurde umgehend und sehr freundlich vom Hauskeeping ausgewechselt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig.Vom Müsli ,frischen Obst,Aufschnitt,Käse,Ei bis hin zu Muffins,Croissants,diverser Getränke ist alles da und schmeckt sehr gut.Ebenso wie an der Rezeption sehr freundlicher und mehrsprachiger Service. Für uns war dieses Hotel eine optimale Ausgangsposition,um die Stadt in kurzer Zeit zu erkunden.Durch die gute Anbindung an den Flughafen und die City , verbunden mit recht günstigem Preis , würden wir uns immer wieder für dieses Hotel entscheiden. C'est un Ibis, pas un 4 étoiles ! Il est a la hauteur de son nom : simple, propre, fonctionnel. Les chambres correctes, climatisées, télé satellite... Il est possible de prendre le bus ou le train a 150mètres de l'hôtel, ou de se rendre a pied en centre-ville (ce qui a été notre cas car nous aimons marcher!). Trajet a pied > 20 à 25 minutes. Vous sortez […] de l’hôtel, vous prenez vers la droite, et vous marchez toujours tout droit, vous arrivez en plein cœur de ville. Cet hôtel est un excellent choix pour un court séjour à Zurich. Hors du centre mais néanmoins bien situé pour accéder rapidement au centre-ville. Personnel sympathique et serviable. Nous le choisirons certainement pour un prochain séjour.

The positif: Hotel well located in the city (10 min by tram from the trainstation), but not easy to find (lack of information). The negatifs: 1) you need to ask for supplementary towels and bigger size as the one in the room are for 1 person (even if booked for 2); 2) Do not open windows, as you cannot close them anymore; 3)Ensure you take your shower […] early in the morning, if not you won t get hot water and the hotel do not inform you, except a little note in deutsch (hopefully you talk deutsch) but they know that in their area there is no more hot water since a certain time and do not except a reduction on the price for do not having your hot shower; 4) no friendly receptionists. Entspricht genau den Erwartungen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt geignet. Ausgehviertel in der Nähe, aber der Aussenlärm dringt nich ein. Nur die Hotel-Floor Geräusche waren zu gut höhrbar. Personal war wie man es sich wünschen kann. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

If I only had one word to describe this hotel, it would be "efficient". The room was small but clean and everything is well-lit. Toplage in einem trendigen Viertel, das Interieur des 3-Sterne-Hauses steht jedoch in ganz krassem Gegensatz zur hippen Umgebung. Leider war das Zimmer nicht richtig gereinigt worden und muffig. TV/Radio funktionierten zunächst nicht, erst nach zweimaliger Nachfrage und langem Warten wurde dies in Ordnung gebracht. La hall è molto grande e accogliente con telefoni, internet gratuito wifi(solo nella hall) e computers. I corridoi e le camere non sono sicuramente il top. La colazione abbastanza costosa per un italiano abituato a pasta e brioshe. La zona in cui si trova l'albergo a veramente poco ma ad un 100 metri cè la stazione dei treni dove con una sola fermata […] (2-3 min) si arriva al centro. Anche i treni ne arrivano uno ogni 5 min, ci si può organizzare facilmente. Il parcheggio è in comune con altri hotel quindi a volte si rischia di non parcheggiare, ma è motlo raro. Il personale è motlo disponibile ed esaudiscono tutte le richieste possibili. C'è solo un piccolo problema per le coppie, danno solo un asciugamano a testa per far tutto... Les mer
