Bra beliggenhet, flott garasje i kjelleren til parkering, ok frokost som er inkludert i prisen. Bra hotell til en ok pris i en fantastisk by.

Veldig bra hotell! Reiste i januar og var heldig med været. Hadde rom med bakdør rett til bassenget. Meget rent hotell, fikk rett og slett mye for pengene. Beliggenheten var også genial, fint område rett på sunset strip. Anbefalels på det sterkeste!

Det var et godt valg. Vi har storkost oss, fine store rom, reint, fint bassengområde. Ideell plassering hvis man vil se Hollywood, Beverly Hills og downtown LA. God western restaurant rett over gaten med mega store porsjoner. Her vil vi gjerne bo igjen!

kom veldig sent, fikk derfor oppgrardering til suite. Stort og flott. Veldig koselig bassengområde. En liten oase, skulle ikke tro en var mitt i Hollywood. Bra frokost.

Anbefales - bra hotel med fin bra standard, nortsett fra litt mye lyd på AC. Veldig koselig område ved svømmebasseng - en nydelig, lun plass.

Loved the quaint look and feel to the hotel and it was a great deal considering being right on Sunset as you enter the nicer part of Los Angeles. However, I must say that two of the reasons I chose the hotel were that it had a decent-looking fitness center and a good complimentary breakfast. Well, because I was there on business and had my first meeting […] at 7:30am Monday morning, I got to utilize NEITHER of those things. The breakfast doesn't begin until 7:30 in the morning! AND the gym doesn't open until 7am either :( And although the staff was generally kind and pleasant they were not able to do anything or suggest any alternatives to how I could get either of those services. That was disappointing. So basically, I would have stayed somewhere else if I would have known....suppose it's best for tourist travel when you don't need to get up early in the morning. Les mer

Great hotel..location fantastic, great value if you have a car. Parking underneath was very convenient. Breakfast included was also great.

Didn't like the fact that there was a wall overlooking a view

Rooms comfortable, only bad comment is the noise of the room above was very loud.

Great location, very nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Pool area very nice surrounded by beautiful flowers. Calm although on Sunset blvd.

This is the third time we've stayed at the BW Sunset Plaza. We like its location--right on the Sunset Strip, convenient to Beverly Hills and Hollywood, and near great restaurants. Our pool-view room was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable, and the continental breakfast (included) was generous and sufficiently varied. Parking was convenient, safe, […] and reasonably priced. The courtyard with flowering shrubs and geraniums is our favorite spot for coffee in the morning, sunshine in the afternoon, and glass (or 2) of wine later. Great hotel for Sunset Strip and West Hollywood. It's a taxi ride to the Hollywood Walk of Fame (30-40 min walk). For our group, (4 thirty-somethings on a USA tour) this was perfect. The walk of fame is a touristy area like Leicester Square, which you want to visit, but don't need to stay in the middle of. We LOVED our rooms. Which I agree with. When i was researching the best price for this hotel, I checked out booking directly with Best Western. Oddly, it seems they do not offer the pool-view rooms on their website. I phoned them and they said the only way to guarantee one is to use a third-party agent website, eg Hotels.com or Expedia, or Thomas Cook. A simple buffet breakfast of cereal, pastries, fruit, coffee, yoghurt is offered. Nothing cooked though. We took our breakfast outside to enjoy beside the pool. Les mer

Needed a place for the crew near hollywood so I booked 3 rooms here and it worked out great. Taxis and the bus ran right out side so we could go out clubbing. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. One of the rooms even had a pull out bed. The customer service was great as well. Nice hotel in a good location (a short drive) to the Hollywood sites. We needed a room that slept 5, so this was a good option. The hotel is a little older and the rooms are a little dated, but it is maintained nicely and has some charm to it.

This location is perfect due to the walkable venues within a mile radius. The hotel itself is well appointed, including the pool. However, poolside beverage service would take this hotel from good to GREAT. The front desk staff is helpful, but not overly welcoming or accommodating. All in all, a solid B/B+ rating.

Great rate if you are able to sleep thorough a hurricane. Whatever you do DO NOT let them book you in the basement. I had the worst nights sleep of my entire life in this hotel. Plus, room and bed are tiny! This hotel could only be a maybe if we were alone and could sleep through anything. Otherwise, AVOID at all costs!!!

Being from the LA area, I know where I wanted to stay. I know Sunset Plaza very well. It was my understanding that the hotel was on Sunset Plaza, in all actuality it was several blocks east towards Hollywood. Parking is very hard to find, you have to pass the hotel go to the next street, turn, go to the next street turn again go a while down and find […] the entrance underground. It backs up to a residential street with a lot of people walking around. The lighting was bright but did feel like someone could walk in off the street and break into my car with out anyone noticing. The pool was so pretty, stunning really. The room was okay, best part was the bathtub. The bed bade you roll to one side. For being the one hotel during my stay in LA that I paid the most for, It was the one I liked the least. Les mer

Very clean and tidy Hotel. Rooms were well appointed and spacious. Great location in West Hollywood with plenty of transport options available. Close to many entertainment venues, bars and eateries.

great location and great price. beautiful hotel. i loved the pool! they extended our check out (no extra fee) and breakfast was great! i will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is older. Someof the furnishings are tattered and worn. Needed to move to a different room because curtains were dirty and full of burn holes. The move was accomplished without a problem but had I not said anything, they would have let stay there. Just one symptom of larger problems.

My friends and I needed a place to stay near the House of Blues and this hotel is only a 30 second walk to the venue! Also the Deluxe room we had was huge. It was perfect for 5 people, plenty of room and the windows even open all the way! I will never stay here again. When we showed up they told us that our room for two bedrooms was not available. We needed to put four people in 1 bed. We finally got a two bed room and when we showed up there was such a strong chemical smell that our eyes watered. I left the bags at the room and went down to get a room change. While at the front desk […] explaining that there is a problem with the room, the other clerk gave out the room. They literally gave both the other customer and me a working room key to the same room. While we were moving our bags (from just inside the door to our new room), the other customer walked into our room. Nobody ever checked the room out and they released it knowing that the room had this chemical issue. There is never an excuse for putting two people in the same room. I know the other clerk knew about it because I heard him tell the other clerk (in Spanish) that he was just going to put the other people in our room. Other than the front desk clerks, nobody spoke English. Asking the maid for something always resulted in a nod and a yes, even if the question did not require a yes/no answer. The complementary food was about what you would expect, except, I watched the girl making the waffles dump a bunch of food in the trash, push the trash down with her right hand, then use her right hand to serve the next waffle to me. I refused to eat it. When we checked in, the clerk stated that parking is an very cheap $14. There was a group of people building a cabinet in the parking garage, about 6" from a customer vehicle. All the vehicles near where they were working were covered in saw dust. At the end of the hallways there are stairways down to ground level. The doors are kept propped open where rodents can walk into the hallway. This is also not great for security as rooms are right next to the open door and anyone can walk in the open door without being questioned. In both rooms the TV's did not function properly. Fantastic location! Front desk staff lukewarm at best but not entirely unpleasant. Parking is available after you check in but you must drive very slowly to actually find the garage (and will get little or no clear directions from the staff other than turn right turn right). Tiny little "Best Western" sign is not clearly visible in the parking garage […] until you have already driven past it. Making a trip around the block to try again is not an easy task! Breakfast area is very cramped but a decent variety of continental breakfast items. Too cold to try out the swimming pool but it was visually pleasing and well kept. Highly recommend grabbing dinner and drinks at the Saddle Ranch across the street. Fun staff and good food! Les mer

This is a very well run hotel. The entire facility is well-maintained and our room was quite a bit nicer than a typical Best Western. Highly recommended.

Hotel was excellent. Room was fantastic. Staff friendly and very helpful, booking tours for us. Included a very nice breakfast.

Shower was not hot enough. Overpriced.

My daughter and myself have stayed at the hotel for 7 nights .The hotel staff amazing nothing too hard . Coming back here after a weiry day is greeted with a welcoming smile ,comfort , great rooms , very clean ,wouldn't hesitate coming back ,only hope I can. Reards Vicki Australia

My TV did not work, so when I called to complain about it. The front desk guy was a complete jerk about it, saying it was my fault. Customer service was absolutely horrible, and I will never stay at a Best Western again. It was that horrible.

This hotel was a classic, spanish-style gem - with rooms with wooden windows overlooking a quiet pool and potted flowers. My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights whilst on a recent month long trip in USA and and the hotel was just what we needed. Continental breakfast was a good way to start the day, free wi-fi helped us stay in touch with family back home and the bonus was the laundromat located in the basement. Beautiful hotel with great service and lovely courtyard with pool. Even the professional photos don't do the hotel justice. Centrally located with only a $10-$15 cab ride to The Grove, Rodeo Drive Walk of Fame or Chinese and Kodac Theatres. You could even walk to some of these if you have the time and proper shoes. We stayed in Room 119 which opens […] up onto the pool area and courtyard. The breakfast is included and was very nice. The staff helpful. The wifi was a bit hit and miss (which was also a problem in the Best Western waikiki) and they only supply 1 computer so we found ourselves Skyping with our laptop in the public area which I'm sure annoyed the other guests. great location, clean hotel, good breakfast. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon for a few nights and it was very nice. Has a European feel to it. I would definitely stay here again!

Very easy to find and in a great part of L.A. The pool area is amazing and the Bedrooms were so comfortable with nice pillows and furniture. The hotel has a warm cottage style feel to it with modern facilities and wifi included, the fireplace in the lobby is a nice touch. One of the best stays I've had in a long time. Pool area beautiful. Our room had windows that opened up and we could look down on the pool area. Small kitchenette with table. Very reasonable. Staff friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised with the location and decor of this hotel. The rooms are sufficiently equipped with microwaves, fridge and a great little mirror on the bathroom wall that extends our with a magnifying opton for the ladies.:) Lots of restaraunts and entertainment within walking distance. We also felt very safe in the area. We ordered take […] out which was delicious from one of the local menus that we got from the front desk. The free breakfasts our more than ample but get there before 9:oo or you will have to wait in a line up. Les mer

Perfect location for House of Blues, big rooms, great amenities, beautifully decorated. Looks just as good in person as it does online.

The hotel is beautiful for a Best Western but noisy. The people above me walked like elephants. I could hear every move they made. I do have to say thought that I complained to the hotel management, they apologized, offered to move me to a different room and also gave me a $50 credit for the restaurant that does room service for the hotel.
