Førsteinntrykket var ikke det beste pga av at det var tunge, mørke møbler eller typisk gammel amerikansk stil. Men vi fant ut at det var god service, meget bra renhold og stille og rolig nabolag. Kan trykt anbefales!!

"Clearly a 2 Star Hotel"
We frequently visit the city of Oxnard and mostly stay at the Residence Inn at River Park, but in an effort to save a liitle $, decided to stay at this Best Western. Things I liked: the price, the size of room, bath facilities, the bed comfortable, the facility well maintained, nice ammenities. Things I didn't like: noisy (between traffic noise and […] people noise--even at 1:30 AM heard children in parking lot) room decor (dark, all shades of green), loud air conditioner, loud motor on small refrigerator (had to unplug it every night). It was, in fact, a true 2 star, MOTOR Inn, not hotel. If you want to sleep, don't stay here; if noises don't bother you or you need a place to rest for night, it's a great deal. Les mer

"BW in Oxnard"
It was only an overnight stay for us but it was great. The front desk was friendly. The place looks good and feels clean. Big tvs in the room. Shower was great. Did not lose pressure assuming others were showering as well, around 7 am. Plenty of places to eat in the surrounding area. Only thing I would compain about would be the pillows. Very close by to the sites, quiet and clean. Friendly staff and the beds were actually comfortable. Pool and spa were clean and it was a great overall hotel.

Very nice lodging. Great bed. The ice machine and laundry are in a separate building, centrally located, which we thought was good planning. Nice pool and spa. Good variety for breakfast.

We spend 4 nights in this hotel for a family vacation with a 7 years old kid. Just wanted to be close to ocean and some National Parks, dip in the ocean, do some hiking and sightseeing. First of all, the hotel IS NOT overpriced. However, it's not like they say "you get what you paid for". Nope, you get MORE than you paid for. Starting with nice and […] filling breakfast and free parking (many other places did not offer breakfast and charged for parking, even though they were more expensive than Best Western). Very clean and well kept room with microwave, coffeemaker, fridge and freezer. Hot tub for 6 people and a swimming pool. Well, it is a 10 minutes drive to the ocean, and 30 minutes drive to Les Padres National Forest with some really exciting places - painted cave and hot springs among them. You are also close to Santa Barbara for excellent walk and dinner in the city setting + whale watching tour. There is Ventura village in 20 minutes drive, with restaurants, harbor and all kind of boats for rent. There are Channel Islands with diving, kayaking, hiking and such. We loved it! "Oxnard Best Western"
The hotel was close to downtown Oxnard, quaint Heritage Square, nice restaurants and close to harbor. The room had a refrigerator, micro-wave and a cooktop which makes it nice for longer stays in the area. Would stay again at this hotel.
Our stay at the Best Western hotel in Oxnard California was nice, however the room was a little warm even with the turning on of the air conditioner. The room still seemed to be hot. We loved the size of the TV!

We booked a regular room with two Queen beds and when we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed very nice and received the key to our room. When we entered it we were shocked because there was blood on the sheets and the carpet. We got an upgrade to a suite went in there and almost passed out! It smelled moldy and rot! "Great value for the money"
It looks that hotel has been renovated/updated recently, so it looks nice. Bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows (a rarity these days). The check-in lady not friendly, a little cold, but hey, the room was great for the money. If I have to mention any improvements, it has to do with the air conditioning unit, very noisy.

The faculty or attendant needs no to try and pack all in the same area to maybe make room for others they need to spread them out through out their 10 pm noice curfew was not enforced making it difficult to get a goodnight sleep you can hear the echos of cars and people talking all the way out till 2 am and that says allot to me about how they enforce […] the noice over all to noisy Les mer
"Best Western Convenient, Clean, Rude Front Counter"
I was satisfied with the room and location and was very convenient to Point Mugu. However, the front counter service was rather unpleasant. Although he answered all my questions, he had such an arrogant air about him that I would not care to visit this location again.

We were going to my daughters wedding and really didn't have the money to spend on an expensive hotel. So we chose BW. It was better then we expected. Great beds, fresh towels. "Best Western Oxnard Inn"
excellent room. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding...eggs, sausage, toast, juice, fruit etc. main lobby painted with hand painted murals.Absolutely no issues and would return here when in the area.
"Ok for a quick stay"
Room was ultra clean and comfortable. Ordered a meal from Room Service and it was soggy, bland and horribly expensive. The gym/laundry/vending machine was stinking hot and when I went to buy a choc bar out of the vending machine it was totally melted. Aside from that everything was great and comfortable. Also not really the best location.

The stay was really great except when Annabelle was at the desk. Pam was off, she was great. We only went there to see the Dallas Cowboys Training Camp. Unless you're Mexican, there is nothing there to do or see. I reported Annabell to the Best Western corporate office.
Very nice hotel and they recommended a great Italian restaurant! Had a great one night stay!

"Gutes Motel in schlechter Lage"
Das Motel liegt in einer Gegend, in der selbst der Eiswürfelautomat nur per Zimmerkarte bedient werden kann. So etwas ist uns noch nicht vorgekommen.

alles o.k. - Frühstück ist für Deutsche ungewöhnlich mit anders geröstetem Kaffee und Kuchen und weißem Toast, etc. Wir haben das Hotel in San Diego gebucht. Man muss unbedingt per Internet buchen, damit den besten Preis erzielt, das gilt grundsätzlich für das Reisen in Kalifornien. Im Innenhof ist es ab ca. 6 - 7 h ziemlich laut, weil Müllwagen bzw. […] Anlieferer kommen oder Gäste abreisen, die nicht leise sind. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aber in Ordnung. Les mer
