Nice hotel with polite staff. Perfect located in the old town. Nice rooms. Bad AC and some noice, buth overall a good choice for weekend in Sevilla.

Right in the middle of everything in the old part of town, not too noisy, really great location. The hotel was not what you normally consider a four star hotel, rather three star, but ok. Some of the staff could be more serviceoriented. The lobby smelled like a toilet.

Good location. Rooms are updated, although the front area was somewhat plain. Walking distance to the Cathedral.

Very nice hotel in a very nice area I would stay again if in the area.

I picked Hotel Fernando III specifically because it was within walking distance to a friend's home. I think the location is ideal for anyone who wants to have easy access to the tourist attractions in the center of Sevilla such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, los Jardines del Alcázar, etc. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I had booked […] my room late the night before and there was a little confusion about the reservation but they resolved it quickly. The room was very clean and in order. It was a little on the small side but for one person it was fine. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. In the morning there was a little noise in the hallway but I would say that overall the hotel was quiet when I needed it to be which was at night. I would stay there again. Les mer

The staff were helpful and friendly, lovely hotel close to the cathedral, alcazar, Plaza Espana, etc

The hotel is very central and in a nice neighborhood. The staff are helpful, and at least the receptionists talked English well. However, the walls are very thin, we could be without listening to coughing and arguing neighbors or even nice and positive chatting in the outside corridor. A minus is also the the very soft beds, and the fact that is was […] impossible to retain a king size bed - twin beds was probably better for the arguing couple in the next room. The hotel was excellent and in a very good location. I could recommend it to any traveler who is visiting Sevilla.

This hotel is in the best location for seeing what you might want to see in Seville. After the $10 Euro ride from the train station, we walked everywhere we went- it was a lovely few days! There are several great restaurants in the nearby area for dining, the cultural center around the corner offers a traditional flamenco show. this hotel is close to absolutely everything: tapas bars, the cathedral, airport bus drop off etc. great rm and great pool on the roof.

The location was great but it was very noisy all through the night. Although nothing could be done about the traffic and people outside of the hotel, the hotel staff did not appear to take any action when guests were noisy inside the hotel. The rooftop pool was ideal after a day's sight-seeing around beautiful Seville in the heat(mid 30s) and was a […] great place to chill for a few hours before enjoying the variety of restaurants and tapas bars in the evening. Directions to the hotel from the airport bus drop-off point would have been welcomed as the road the hotel is in changes name 3 trimes. Les mer

Hotel in excellent location, 5 mins walk to Cathedral and with restaurants on the doorstep. Our only complaint were the reception staff, stayed 3 nights and the night duty guy didn't even look up from whatever he was doing to aknowledge our presence! Even those on day shift found it a huge effort to say hello. Apart from that the hotel was fine

I loved this hotel. It was so beautiful and comfortable. The staff were great, small cosy pool area and it is in an excellent location. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, great location, good atmosphere at night with restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Alcazar and Cathedral (about 15 or 10 mins depending on your route). Had a great time staying here as a young couple. Our room was facing a narrow street (one of many in Seville!) so there was hardly any noise, not sure what it is like further towards […] the front though. They need to get new beds.

Very nice and convenient hotel in the heart of the Old Town, the receptionists were extremely nice and helpful which is always a big +. Overall a bargain at the price we paid for the booking, i would definitely recommend it.

The best thing about the hotel is the great location and the fantastic pool area on the roof with spectacular views of the city. They did valet park the car for 20 Euros/day. Our room was fine but needs remodeling, the TV, furnishings and decor is all dated. When we checked into our room the remote was missing and the safe didn't work. The staff quickly […] found a remote but the safe never got fixed. The hotel and rooms are vedry clean with a good staff. The hotel has marble floors throughout which is quite noisy and the the rooms are not that sound proof. We would highly recommend Vineria San Telmo a few blocks away for Tapas. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. It was in a great location with tons of great restaurants and tourist sites around. We had a very comfortable room and bed. Reasonable hotel except our bedroom 'view ' was onto a blank wall about 3 metres away. Certainly don't pay for the breakfast if not included in your rate. Buffet almost totally wiped out by large group that had just left and staff totally disinterested in replenishing and still only 8.30am. I stayed during the early part of Semana Santa 2011 and had a fantastic stay. While I did not use many of the hotel facilities (bar, pool, etc), the hotel was very well located near the major attractions. Several cafes across the street served wonderful food/wine. All in all, well worth the stay.

WE asked the front desk about the air conditioning, because the room was gorgeous but very stuffy, and we were told there was no air conditioning available throughout the hotel this time of year. Thermostat on wall that seemed to offer AC only ran a fan. Window could be opened, but it opened into a patio that was shared with other rooms.

Hotel is in a great location in the old part of town and is close to everything. The staff was very helpful. The only complaints I have are that it was somewhat noisy, and the rooms were rather small, but then again maybe that is the price for a great location.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the Cathedral and other attractions, lots of restaurants nearby and close to the CIEE University and University of Sevilla. A little hard to get to with a car and parking was in an underground hotel lot around the corner, but included valet service. Lots of shopping nearby. Staff very friendly especially the […] doorman/valet. Helped with luggage and jumped to assist us when we returned. Room could have used more circulation, air conditioning system not turned on yet, so no way to cool down the room. Windows opened into an interior courtyard but no air flow. Les mer

Definitely, Definitely recommend this hotel. From beginning to end our experience with them was amazing. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and ideally situated. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us (which I later found in other cities is quite rare). Cannot think of one con about this place. Please take it from an obsessive compulsive […] traveler who is very particular about having a great location without having to compensate on cleanliness and price. HIGHLY recommend this hotel. I know its difficult when travelling to make sure you're making the right decision, but trust me when I say that this hotel deserves 5 stars!! Will definitely stay again if ever in Seville! Les mer

I was worried because there were several very harsh reviews, but it was great. Incredible location. the street was noisy at night, but the hotel can't help loud tourists. Except for the desk person when we arrived, everyone else was extremely pleasant and helpful. The first guy was abrupt, but checked us in. I would definitely stay here again.

We found the hotel on Trip Advisor and were not disappointed as the reveiws were right. English is spoken at the front desk, the hotel and the rooms are very spacious. We would definetely go back to this hotel as we expect to visit Seville again and again.The only thing that I would change is to get a room that is further away from the street, as it […] tends to be very noisy. there were so many wonderful places to eat around the area, that we did not eat at the hotel. Stayed for only one night since we arrived a day earlier and our other hotel had no vacancies for that night but it is a very well located hotel , very clean, only complaint is that bed mattreses were a bit hard for our taste but i would definetely stay again or would recommend to anyone!

The evening desk staff spoke no English. WiFi wasn't working yet there was no compensation for this - they were still charging to use the one internet computer. The air conditioning is controlled centrally from the front desk and it was turned off in the middle of the night so the room got warm. We had to ask that it be left on the next night.

This is a pretty nice hotel, in a great location, right in the centre of the old city. The hotel itself is relatively simple, but it has good solid marble floors & feels well built. By US standards it would be 3 Star. The rooms are simple, clean & spacious (but there was no balcony - i guess this is the way it is in many Seville centre hotels). The […] highlight for me was the rooftop garden - this bit did feel 4 star, the views over the city were great, the large urns with plants were a nice touch & the pool (although not huge) was well appointed with a nice water feature at one end. The Good: Its location is very convenient, right within the Santa Cruz where lots of action is at. It is relatively quiet, and it is in good condition. The staff is helpful and the room is clean with all the stuff you are looking for. The Bad: The AC is sort of weak for American and Asian standard. Spainards in general like it hot and it just won't […] cool as much as we are used to. The hotel is remodeled from an old building so it has some quirkiness in the bathroom, like the ventilation and the window location, but not a big deal unless you are looking for a 5 star hotel. Getting there (as well as any other Santa Cruz location) from the train station or the airport without a cab can be tough as you have to make transfer with buses or walk quite a distance. Overall a good hotel for what you can expect at this price point. I would consider staying again. Les mer

Excellent hotel, in Sta Cruz neighborhood, with rooftop pool. Sta Cruz can be noisy at night, but great location for eating, walking and sight-seeing. Friendly staff and fine service in general.

Great location for exploring Sevilla. I think it was a bit overpriced compared to the other hotels I stayed at in Spain, but not by a huge margin. (wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel) Rooms are generic. Didn't use the pool, so maybe that would justify the higher price. Overall a good experience.

Hotel Fernando III was heel goed gelegen. Een paar passen verwijderd van restaurants, bar. Dus 's avonds weinig stappen om toch nog een drankje te kunnen gaan drinken. Wat betreft de bezienswaardigheden is dit hotel zeer goed gelegen. Sevilla is een fijne, zuiderse stad. Een aanrader!

Situation parfaite, proche du centre et au calme, chambre confortable et propre. 2 cafés pour prendre le petit dej en terrasse juste en face l'hotel. Seul bémol, la vue sans intérêt sur une cour intérieure.

Buen hotel, buena situación. Lástima que el wifi no llega a las habitaciones, sólo al salón de la planta baja.

Zentrale Lage; Sehenswürdigkeiten in walking distance; Garage ok (erwartungsgemäß für Spanien teuer); liegt im nacht-aktiven Zentrum der Stadt. Überasu geeignet für Stadtbesichtigungen. Sehr nette kleine Restaurants udn Cafes in der Umgebung, wo wir auch frühstückten - meist im freien.
