Fantastisk opphold i Roma på et hotell med uforglemmelig service! Som et eksempel kan nevnes at en i reisefølget fylte år mens vi var der, og helt uforberedt ble vi i frokosten den gjeldende dagen servert musserende vin og hjemmebakt kake samtidig som betjeningen sang for hun som fylte året. Flott hotell, bra beliggenhet i forhold til Tbane og alle severdighetene. Vil anbefale det på det sterkeste. Og få med Dere et måltid på hotell restauranten, for det var en positiv overaskelse.

Hotell Artemide er et ypperlig hotell i hjertet av Roma. Kort avstand til både Colosseum og handlegaten (Corsoen). Selve hotellet var kjempeflott, men fantastiske rom og en meget god frokost. Kjempehyggelig ansatte også. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Det første vi ble møtt med var at rommet vårt var oppgradert, uten ekstra kostnad for oss! Servicen var hele tiden super, både i resepsjon, baren og frokostsalen. Hotellet ligger meget gunstig plassert med gangavstand til både Coloseum, spansketrappen, shoppinggaten, termini og t-banen! Flott hotell med hyggelig og serviceminded personale. Variert og god frokostbuffet. Store og romslige rom. Stort bad,med rikelig utvalg av toalettsaker. Air condition og varme var sentral styrt. Dette gjorde at rommet vårt ble varmere om natta enn vi ønsket. Fin beliggenhet,bra shopping og restauranter ved hotellet. Vil definitivt benytte samme hotell ved en senere anledning

Hotellet ligger sentralt i forhold til det meste man kan ønske seg i Roma. Flotte rom, vennlig og ikke minst serviceinnstilt betjening. Rommene inn mot bakgården er stille og rolige. Et ypperlig hotel som trygt kan anbefales. Vi var en gruppe på 18 personer og alle hadde samme oppfatning.

Et fint hotel med gangavstand til de fleste severdighetene. Rommet var rent og fint. Den frie minibaren er noe oppskrytt, men OK. Frukost var god med det meste man kunne ønske seg. Trivelig betjening. Et godt valg av hotel til den relativt lave prisen.

Hotel ligger nær alle fasiliteter. Gratis Mini Bar som ble påfyllt hver dag var topp! Topp service av betjenningen som snakket engelsk til sine uttenlandske besøkende..Kjempe god frokost som Nordmenn er vant med.

The Artemide is fabulous - great position, close to everything, lovely, comfortable and clean room and bathroom, staff extremely helpful and welcoming, free wifi, good breakfast in beautiful rooms. Wine on arrival, bottle of wine in room with compliments of hotel, lots of snacks with coffee and tea making facilities and free (soft) drinks in mini bar […] daily. Couldn't recommend more highly. Everything about the hotel was excellent.

We loved this hotel. Location was fabulous. Very convenient to train station. Piazza del Republica, restaurants, favorite sights. Really good breakfast. Only improvement would be if the front desk staff was more knowledgeable about stuff to do. They recommended an antiques market that doesnt exist and couldnt recommend arestaurant with a view of the […] river. Otherwise probably best place ive stayed in Rome. Les mer

The hotel's location is great. Only 5 mins from Repubblica metro station and Santa Maria degli Angeli, 20 to 25 mins comfy walk to Colosseum or Roman Forum. Greeted by nice friendly hotel staff, giving us 2 free coupons for coffee or sparkling wine or tea at the bar in any evening; as well as a 50% off coupon for dinner. The dinner is awesome, particularly […] ham and melon dish is the best we had in Italy so far. Room is nice and neat. Free wifi, but very slow if compare to other Italy places we've been to, but better than none. Btw, the roof is under construction, but honestly we dun mind at all, no noise at all. Artemide feels quite comfy and small inside even the outside looks grand. Service was very friendly, and they were ready to find us a room with windows to the main street when we regquested it. This second room was noisier because of heavy traffic, but for us it was more important to have a good view to the street. They have also nice and quite rooms […] opening to small court yards. The Wifi connection was quite poor, maybe there was too many user at that time. But surfing the web was not our main target in Rome. ;-) Les mer

We were really impressed with this hotel - especially as they up-graded us to a larger room! Lovely bathroom and very comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others . Jan . South Africa

The hotel is conveniently located to points of interest, the train station and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and museums. The breakfast room is large enough to be comofrtable for all the guests and the foold was good. The room was small but functional.

Very Friendly and proffesional staff. As soon as our taxi pulled in a member of staff opened our doors and helped us with our luggage all the way to our room. Excellent location within walking distance of everything. Free minibar was a nice touch. Breakfast not amazing(but by italian standards it was amazing). The gave us the first breakfeast for […] free which was very kind and appricated. Rooms small but clean. A lot of nice shower and bath stuff. Complimentary glas of prosecco. The last night we asked for a recomendation of a good restaurant nearby and was sent to one that didnt live up to our expectations, however in the service that the hotel does they apologised and gave us a couple of glasses of prosecco. Going the extra mile for good service! One thing that made me happy very and nearly made me cry was that I was celebrating my birthday on our stay and on my birthday the hotel had rememberd me and put a complimentery bottle of prosecco in the room with a cooler. THAT IS SERVICE THAT MAKES YOU WANT TO RETURN!!! I would recommend any couple or group of friends going to Rome to stay at the Artemide. Les mer

Everyone in the hotel was very helpful and courteous. Even if someone did not speak English they tried to help. They had the best breakfast buffet. They was a wide variety of fresh fruits, juices, meats, breads and pastries. The complimentary wine/coffee was nice. The hotel was in close proximity to tourist sites and many, many stores.

Really loved this hotel overall. Comfortable, clean updated rooms with a nice decor, fantastic staff and the free minibar was very helpful. If I had to change anything, I would just move it a little closer to the main tourist area, but it was totally doable. The proximity to the train station was great - a short walk. This was a great hotel! We were upgraded to a triple room, after booking a double. The baby crib was waiting for us when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was excellent. All of the hotel staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and friendly. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.

Great hotel with an amazing location. Shops, restaurants and transport links immediate to the hotel. Even walking to the cool sights is very close and easy. You get a comp drink in the bar, via a token, on arrival. Easy bar, to thrilling, but nice. I arrived two hours earlier than check in time, so gave the receptionist a nice tip. She helped get the […] room ready a little quicker and she also upgraded me to a super room than the one booked. Win win!! The concierge/male reception staff are pretty poor. Try and get Valentina or the F.O Manger to help as they are the better. When I return to Rome, I am sure to stay there again. 4.5 out of 5 for me. Les mer

This was our first visit to Rome for me and my son aged 16. It was our cultural trip and we stayed 3 nights at Artemide after doing a lot of research into hotels, location and attractions. This is a great hotel!... it is on Via Nazionale which is like Oxford Street/Knightsbridge in London, a lot of shops, fashion and restaurants on side streets. It's […] also 5-10 minutes’ walk from the main train station with a direct line to Fiumicino airport and where all the buses and coaches come in too from both of Rome’s airports. I recommend you take the coach from the airport not Rome... A company called Terravision charge €4 each way, it is the cheapest way (train is about €14 each and takes 30 minutes, taxi €40) and takes 45 minutes. They leave every 30 minutes. You can buy a return ticket for €8 there, or you pay €6 if you wait to buy it at the Rome end coming back. We flew with Alitalia from Heathrow and it was good flight times and all-round good flight, they serve drinks and biscuit snacks, but don’t expect a hot meal. They have their own coaches that come back from Rome, which we used... that was €7 and it was less crowded than the Terravision one. (Their coach service is not well advertised) You can get around Rome on foot, bus or taxi. We mostly walked and you can walk within 20-25 minutes from here to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, and Trajan's market. Also 25-30 minutes or two tube-stops to the Coliseum, Palatine and Roman Forum (which are all in the same area). The No. 64 bus gets you to the Pantheon - which is a must-see in a very picturesque old square. You CAN walk to the Vatican City but it would be 30-40 minutes, or you can take the tube and get pretty close. Beware the queues for St Peters Square are MASSIVE... buy your tickets online FIRST. The last Sunday in the Month is FREE entry so it gets very busy with locals. Unlike Paris and London getting around Rome is cheap... they are not out to rip you off... an All-day anywhere tube ticket is €4 per day Les mer

From the moment we walked in until we checked out 5 days later we had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were all helpful friendly and efficient. We were upgraded to a suite and after a busy day touring Rome, the jacuzzi bath and free mini bar were most welcome. Very well placed for seeing the sights. Would definitely recommend.

Deserves all the good reviews! Spotlessly clean hotel, staff friendly and helpful, good location. Overall I would recommend this hotel and if I return to Rome I would book this hotel again.

The staff are fluent in english and french and made it very easy for us to enjoy our stay. They give good reccomendations for lunch and dinner places. The room was very big by european standards and included a very large balcony.This is the hotel we would come back too on our next visit.

i usually stay at marriotts or hiltons because i have points. but for my trip to rome over christmas, i chose artemide based upon reviews on tripadvisor and other sites. i am so glad i did. i arrived early and they changed my room so we could check-in early. breakfast and wireless included in room charge and wireless worked surprisingly well! breakfast […] was great. staff was courteous and customer service was exceptional. The Hotel Artemide showed excellence in every aspect from our email communications prior to arriving to the genuine warmth of their farewell. The Hotel room was large and very comfortable and well appointed. The free mini bar is really convenient and quite amazing! The accommodation is very reasonably priced for the astounding quality, wonderful location […] and superb, individualized service. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The lovely lady who cleaned our room every day over our eight night stay did the best, most thoughtful job I have ever encountered at any hotel. I didn't see any children staying at the hotel while we were there but I think that they would be just as cheerfully accommodated as everyone else. We got a couple of lovely surprise presents during our stay including a bottle of sparkling wine and beautifully wrapped chocolate panne cotte during our stay. They just appeared in our room! Chocolates at turn down time every night. Breakfast buffet was expansive and delicious. We were not charged extra for real coffee made to order which happens at most places at buffets. The location was fantastic and very convenience for transport - train or bus - great shopping and proximity to all the wonderful iconic Roman sites. There is a convenience store just across the road and a pharmacy too. We highly recommend Hotel Artemide. They are setting amazing new standards in intuitive hospitality. We will be back to enjoy the hospitality of the wonderful Mattheo and all the other dedicated, happy friendly, highly professional Hotel Artemide staff again next time in Rome. This hotel is a great hotel for business or leisure. Basically, you will get a modern, clean room in a great location, with very good service. There is a very nice roof-top bar for cocktails or meeting place. Upon check-in we got a coupon for a free drink, which we had at the roof top bar while awaiting our room. The staff is incredbly helpful and speaks […] perfect English. It is a quick walk from the train station and right on a major thoroughfare, Via Nazionale. You do need to walk to tourist attractions which are a bit away. I booked the superior deluxe room in the off-season, which i would advise. We were surprised to be upgraded to the Honeymoon suite at the top of the hotel, with two rooms and a large stone terrace overlooking Rome, with a complimentary bottle of wine and completely sticked mini bar, which was complimentary! Truly a WOW experience. (I did look in at the regular rooms and they were small, but well appointed and moder; Very nice for a stay. The breakfast is a full, hot American breakfast. we stayed in the artemide hotel for 2 nights in Nov. The location was not located in central rome i.e. tourist area but altogether very near. The room was nice and clean and the bed very comfortable.

Excellent room facilities -- big comfortable bed, large bathroom. Nice amenities -- free mini-bar well-stocked, good bathroom toilettries. Good location -- Termini station walkable, although probably not w much baggage. Well-maintained. Helpful stall. Excellent breakfast buffet -- wide choice of items. Rtes appreciable higher FRI/SAT nights.
