A really nice hotel located just a 2 min taxi ride from Heathrow terminal 5. I arrived at 11pm and had to leave at 5am but the hotel service was fast and friendly. Do not however order roomservice! I did this and the bill was 25gpb for a simple sallad and something to drink. It happens that i only had a 50gbp on me. I dont mind paying tips but when […] they can't help you get at least some change back it's just a total ripp off. I ended up having to go all the way down to the lobby at 2am in the morgning or choose the option of paying a 100% tipp. Les mer

We were three girls, age 44, 29 and 15 staying for two nights, april 20th and 21st 2011 at The Edwardian, and we wery very disappointed. When we first arrived, the checkin took half an hour. Then when we finally got into the room the second bed was missing. We left a message in the lobby, and went out. When we arrived in the evening, our keycards didnt […] work. We went down again, got new keycards and got into the room, and still no extra bed. We called down and after a while the extra bed arrived with no duvet and pillow. We finally got that as well. When we arrived back the next evening again the keycards didnt work. Overall we were very disappointed with the service of the hotel, and will not recommend it to others. Les mer

Helt ok for en natt eller to når man trenger et hotel ved ved Heathrow/på den siden av byen. Men har man med bil er parkeringen svært kostbar.

Hotellet var en god del finere enn vi hadde regnet med, så fint at vi følte oss litt malplassert med reiseklærne på! Vi dumpet midt oppi to bryllup og mange stivpynta mennesker. Sjarmerende og hyggelig overraskelse. Resepsjonen ga inntrykk av stil og forgagne tider, og vi var høvelig spent på rommet vi fikk til kampanjepris for en rimelig penge. Rommet […] lå innerst i en lang gang, faktisk så langt inn at vi måtte ut i en annen gang på vei ut igjen... Det var veldig lite, men stilig, reint og ordentlig. Helt greit for den prisen vi betalte, og vel så det! Området rundt består av flyplass, hovedvei og en Mc Donalds restaurant, ellers fint lite vi kunne dra nytte av. Det ble derfor tidlig kveld på hotellet. Men alt i alt et rimelig og godt alternativ til å sove på flyplassen. God transport til og fra med hotellbuss, 10 minutter fra flyplassen, men 30 minutter til. Les mer

Dette var et ok hotell for å være et flyplasshotell. Kjørte forbi noen av de andre i området, uten at jeg var inne der, syns jeg Radisson virket bedre enn disse. Sov på enkeltrom og det var en stor og myk seng. Rent og fint. Kanskje litt mørkt, med tunge gardiner og kun en vegg på utsiden av vinduet, men så kom jeg da også sent på kvelden og dro tidlig […] dagen etterpå. Litt lytt fra gangen utenfor men ellers stille. There is a Pub at the end of the street that we love and the location, close to the airport is wonderful.

We have stayed here before and returned based on good rates, confortable rooms and the ability to walk to a great restaurant nearby - The Pheasant

The hotel was comfortable and beautiful from the moment you walk in the door. Parking was plentiful, and the staff was very friendly. We had some difficulty connecting to the hotel's free wireless, which was never fixed, but that wasn't a problem in the other rooms our family used. The Hoppa bus is 4.50, and will take you to Heathrow every 20 minutes. […] This isn't the place to stay if you want to spend your time in central London, but perfect the night before your flight. Stayed here for a Stargate Convention. It's a great hotel with lots of space and they accommodation is roomy. We had a great time, the hotel staff treated us like any other visitor and I would recommend this hotel. Hotel, once nice, is very tired. Carpeting filthy. Food and service only marginal. The nicer restaurant was closed even though we were there on one of their "open" nights. I have not seen others in the area to compare, but would not recommend this property.

I've stayed in rooms with horrible views but this was the first time I stayed in a room with, literally, no view. The window was blacked out. I wonder what was on the other side.

Excellent, friendly service at the front desk. The room was recently refurbished and was very comfortable. The staff were most helpful and knowledgable about the bus service and underground system.

Close for heathrow Airport but not for Centrral London. Free bus to airport across road but hotel provide one for £4.50 each way. At Heathrow there is tube access to Central London. Room very cold due to draught coming from closed window even if curtains closed. Restaurant prices expensive for meals and drinks.

I have stayed here twice now for one night before I fly back to the U.S.A. The room I had was small but for one night and one person it was ample. The fact it's close to the Airport and you can get the hotel hoppa bus you have no worries as they leave right outside the door. Comfortable and easy stay.

It is a nice hotel, but the food and beverages are expensive. Not much varieties to choose from.

Overpriced and disappointing. Cheap shower head, no bar soap or conditioner, cheap tv and poor cable selection, blocked drains in the shower and sink, uncomfortable bed, loud small room, thin walls. I travel for a living and I'm definitely not a fan of this place at all.

Excellent hotel but further away from airport than I anticipated and shuttle bus was relatively expensive.

Stayed at this hotel prior to early flight from Heathrow. The hotel was wery good,clean and comfortable room with no niose.The public areas also well maintained would stay at this hotel again.Taxi from outside terminal 1, £10, and a private taxi ordered by the hotel to T5 in the morning £20 both better than waiting for the free bus service from all […] the terminals to the hotels along the Bath road. I stayed for a weekend at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel at Heathrow, and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, from the reception to the rooms. Amenities were good - restaurants, bars etc., gift shop sold a wide selection of toiletries and other useful goods. Very good breakfast (full English buffet style). It's a fair way […] outside London, and is probably best suited to those in transit. If you don't have a car, it's a little isolated, although there is the Hoppa bus service to the airport. There is a McDonalds next door for those not wishing to spend too much in the restaurant, but aside from that there's not much else around. Overall, I was very happy with the stay. Admittedly I was there for a convention that was taking place in the hotel, so I wasn't too concerned about what there was to do in the area, but on the whole the hotel was fantastic quality with great amenties and very friendly and professional staff. the rooms are tiny...but the bed was good. We had been traveling 18 hrs and we got to sleep...yeah! Quiet and easy to get to the tube into Central London.

If you need a hotel close to Heathrow airport, you can stay at the Radisson. The front desk staff was very helpful and polite. However, the room furnishing and cleanliness do not justify its four star rating. The furniture does look very used, the bed is uncomfortable and the room is quite small. And after finding an insect in the bathroom I was questioning […] the cleanliness as well. Les mer

After almost 1 hour of trying to get warm water in the shower, I gave up and got the most cold shower I had in years. The management of the hotel told me that "next time staying in the hotel, I will get an upgrade". Why should I stay another time? Have you seen the TV show "Faulty Tower", this it is, close to Heathrow.

Thanks to the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow, we got a good night's rest during an overnight layover in London. The bathroom is nice and roomy, and the shower is great. The bed was comfortable as well. We would've stayed longer and enjoyed the lounge area or the restaurant if we had the time. Very convenient and comfortable hotel with a very service oriented staff. Excellant value.

I've stayed at many hotels along Bath Rd. because of the convenience to Heathrow. This was my first time at the Radisson, and I was extremely impressed. Everything about this hotel is first class. My room was was one of then nicest I've ever had in the U.K, and a huge bonus was that the air conditioning actually worked well! I'd definitely stay here […] again. Les mer

Fine for what it is - a place to sleep near the airport. But somehow it's bland and a bit depressing. Blame the Edwardian chain - always an atmosphere of eager to please staff, afraid of a very chilly management. It's clean and quiet to stay here, but no one could call it fun. Nice steam room and sauna, very welcome, bad shampoo, not great pillows, […] OK bed, nothing special, for the high price. Staff are spot-on. Wake up call relieable, plus. I only have 2 comments: 1) I was disappointed that there was no clock/alarm at the bedside. I had no way of knowing the time in the middle of the night or early am. 2) Please change the scent/odor in the lobby/reception area. It was too strong and it activated my allergies.

I booked and paid in advance taking a superior room including breakfast. Staff could not have been more service conscious and ensured that I was happy with my room by moving me twice until I had the queen bed I had requested when booking and TV internet access, with an upgrade to compensate for the inconvenience and free TV internet in the 3rd room […] as the 2nd room hadn't had it, despite my request for that service. I wish I had noted the names of the young lady on the front desk and the concierge who helped me with the TV internet access, as they both deserved a special mention. Room service staff were very attentive too and the breakfast was amazing! If you have time and the appetite for a very large breakfast I would recommend booking a room including breakfast and ordering it in your room. for an extra 1:50 pounds sterling, tray charge, paid directly to the hotel. This was the third time I have stayed there when flying out of Heathrow. Each time has been good but this time was exceptional. Highly recommended and prepaying through hotels.com in Canadian $ makes it more affordable too. Les mer

once before i stayed here when AA had to provide Heathrow hotel after delayed flt remembered it as nice..it wasnt ..!! took Hoppa bus a whole hour in cold to pick us up for this hotel.. was total misery the staff was unfriendly unhelpful and wrong with answers about AA terminal and money exchange or tkt for hoppa room was far far away and it was late […] and i was tired... tho room was pleasant i could not make heat work and i was cold... will stay at Sheraton next time..not this hotel !!! staff was flawed !! Though we took a cab after our late night flight and long Customs lines, this hotel is easy to get to on the Hoppa Bus. The trip back to the airport was a breeze. But the best thing about our one night stay was the friendliness and helpfulness of all staff. Our room was comfortable but the A/C needs a little R&R. I found this hotel to be nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The hallways could be updated a little but it was not bad. I choose this hotel because it had a shuttle to the airport which I appreciated being available for a slight fee. Hotel dining was available which helped as well. situated right next door to a 24 hour McDonalds. to get to any of the Hotels on Bath Street adjacent to the airport, you must first buy a ticket on the "Hoppa Bus" 4.5 Pounds per person each way. To get to London town from the hotel you must take a bus to Hatton Cross tube station or pay another 4 pounds to be taken back to the airport and then buy […] a tourist ticket for the tube. this whole process takes an excess of 1.5 hours each way. The hotel is nice and clean the staff very friendly, the food in the dining room is expensive and terrible. Les mer
