Extended Stay Deluxe Orlando - Maitland - Pembrook Drive - Winter Park

I went with my girlfriend to stay the night and go to a concert. We stayed in the king size (non-smoiking) room and loved it. The full-kitchen was more than useful, bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom was clean. They offer a lot of complimentary items: toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, shaving equipment, etc. The woman at the desk was very congenial […] and was consistently making sure that we were enjoying our stay. Liked the amenities in the room. Comfortable leather recliner, stove, refrigerator, free wifi. A very decent hotel for a fair rate.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is fairly clean, doesn't smell, the beds could be a little more comfortable, but the rooms are nice with small sofa and table and a kitchen good enough to put stuff in fridge and reheat with microwave. I know I will stay here again.

It was nice but if they added a few little things it would have been alot better.such as a better breakfast. Not everyone likes coffee. It would have been nice if there was orange juice or milk to drink. And a few more choices of something to eat. There was not any shampoo. And I was really surprised when we left in the morning and came back in the […] eveningggg and no one had came to take the dirty towels and give us new ones.When I called for some new ones they said we would need to go down stairs to gey them. Great stay, only complaints are that the water kind of stunk and the continental breakfast was kind of weak, but at least there was one!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was there because my so goes to school once a week and had a night class rite next door so I didnt have to go pick him up he just walked from class. The bed was ok, not as soft as what im used to, but very comfortable,and the kitchen was helpful.

Had a great stay there, even though it was just over night since we went dancing in Orlando but the price was right and everything was very clean. I would definitely use them again.

I think that many guests have over rated this facility. Yes....the price was excellent but..vinyl chair, two very smallest bars of soap,no shampoo and small TV! Certainly not a quality hotel! Breakfast was typical and OK but this place is certainly not a place to get excited about! I will not stay here again.

I was truly amazed that the room rate being so affordable would lead me to such a clean, comfortable, and hospitable place to stay. The staff was excellent, and the stay most comfortable.

This hotel was the worst. There were children running in the room above me, the bathroom floor had what seemed to be red fruit punch residue, and the carpet smelled of water damage. Needless to say, I'll never stay here again. I was visiting family members and stayed here overnight on Christmas 2011. This was not a good experience.

Location was perfect for me. Room was nice and clean, quiet. Nice business type neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants. Price was very reasonable and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

This hotel was quite comfortable. It's in a safe area and has good parking. I stayed 2 nights in a row (returned for a 2nd night). The higher floor rooms had more air. The pool was nice and breakfast good. I wish breakfast on weekdays had been open later, though.

How do they do it Front Desk Staff are always willing to help and very Friendly, Great service.

Had not been back to this hotel in 4-5 years when I worked near there. But when I saw the addition of WiFi and lots of my fav hotels had no openings due to high season had to give it a try again, also its usually the lowest price in town Arrived late, no problem there was a person immediately on hand to take care of me and even let me have the WiFi […] password. Now there is a 4 dollar charge but it is good all week so no big deal. Only issue I had was that the cable TV was lacking a more complete # of channels lineup and signal was not that good on presented channels. Other than that it was well worth the money. Les mer

The staff was great, really friendly and very helpful. The elliptical machine was broken, but the staff called to have it checked and arranged for us to go to another extended stay hotel (about 4 blocks away) to use their exercise equipment. The rooms were large and the kitchen area was clean and stocked with a nice supply of dishes and pots. We had […] a very nice stay at the hotel and would definitely stay here again. Les mer

Front desk staff was very nice. The property has 2 buildings-- one appeared to be newer than the other. I was in the older building. The carpet was stained and the room just didn't feel very clean.

Nice and spacious hotel. Full kitchen, living space, and bed area. Disappointed our room had no pans, be we ended up not using anything but the the fridge and microwave. Room is only cleaned weekly, along with towel replacements. Breakfast consisted of muffins, bagels, yogurt, and apple sauce, which was good enough for us. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE HAD WAS THE ROOM KEY. THE HOTEL STILL USE THAT OLD PUNCH HOLD KEY SYSTEM. IT TOOK US ALMOST 5 MIN EVERY TIME TO OPEN THE DOOR. THIS COULD BE A SECURITY PROBLEM, HOTEL SHOULD UPGRADE TO A BETTER SYSTEM SOON. ON THE PLUS SIDE THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. A GREAT ENERGY BOOST TO START THE DAY

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room and how up to date the rooms were, obviously this is not a 4 star resort but it is a very comfortable room. I had car troubles during my stay there and the staff tried to help with the mechanical issues, once we found out that I DEFINITY needed it towed to a mechanic, they called a tow company for […] me, whom extended me a discount rate since I was staying there. I felt that the staff was truly concerned that your stay there be enjoyable. I am returning to the area in a few weeks and have already booked my room. Les mer

From the greeting at the front desk by Sara to the size of the room an overall pleasant experience.

I've stayed at this hotel on three seperate occasions and each time the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable...I will certainly be back again!

The Hotel and grounds are spotless and appear brand new. The studio I stayed in was clean, comfortable, well-appointed and at an amazing price. The staff was also very polite and helpful. A++

Excelente - Custo benefício, localização (para quem vai fazer compras), manutenção, comodidades do quarto, tamanho do quarto, agilidade no check-in e check-out. Pontos negativos - Não houve limpeza no quarto durante nossa estadia, nem troca de toalhas (4 dias) e o ar-condicionado é controlado pela gerência.

El hotel es excelente, solo dos detalles que no desprestigian en lo mas minimo al hotel y es que no hay personal que hable español y lo lejos que queda de las zonas turisticas, sin embargo esta ubicado en una buena zona, muy limpia y segura.
