Hotellet har en fin plassering i en stille sidegate til Sukhumvit Road. Mange hyggelige restauranter og større shoppingsentre i gangavstand. Bodde der for tredje gang. Hver gang har rommet blitt oppgradert kostnadsfritt. Store luftige rom.

Supert hotell og fantastisk service! Ligger sentralt, og i et trygt område. Hotellet er stilig og rent (og stort!), og har alt man trenger :)

Hotellet er veldigt ordentligt. Store rom. Et av de bedre hotel svømmebasseng område jeg har vært på i Bangkok. Relative fornuftige priser på roomservicen og rundt Poolbaren. Hjelpsom betjening Enkelt og greit et godt hotel til en fornuftig pris. Dette var vårt andre besøk og vi er like førnøyde.

Hotellet har fin beliggenhet. Bra svømmebasseng. Får du en god pris er det et ok valg.

Hadde bestilt grand delux rom, ble plassert i et gammelt slitt rom i den gamle bygningen . Fikk heldigvis bytte til et mer nyoppusset rom, men det var heller ikke særlig grand delux. Fint basseng område og god frokost.

Widsor Suites Hotel møter de forventninger jeg har til et forretnings og feriehotell. To store rom og bad. Fin swimming pool og ok treningsrom. Bra frokost buffet inkludert. Gåavstand til koselige thai restauranter. Også tyske og italienske restauranter rett utenfor hotellet.

Har bodd på hotellet flere ganger og er meget godt fornøyd.Det begynner å bli litt slitt, men store suiter,bra basseng område og stor innholdsrik frokost gir valutta for pengene.Hyggelig personale. Vårt førstevalg når vi drar til BKK neste gang

The location of this hotel makes it a good choice in itself. Access to both Asok and Prom Phong station and overlooking a large stretch of Sukhumvit rd. Many of the rooms have a fantastic view. Sadly the total standard of the hotel is not at all what you would expect. My wife and I and our two children had to change room two times during our recent […] stay. First we got a smoke infested, shabby room that was just too worn down to be acceptable for anyone. Loosening wallpaper, spotty carpet and sub standard cleaning. The next room offered towels from the previous guests, litter on the floor, non working TV, unadjustable air-condition and bugs in bed. The third room was one of Windsors suites at the end of the hallway. These rooms have been maintained a lot better, although far from standard. Panoramic windows is a great way to show off one of the greatest views in Bangkok, and the swimming pool is simply an amazing spot for the whole family. Surreal swimming in tropical surroundings with the backdrop of Bankoks amazing skyscrapers. Sadly the maintainance and service by the pool dos not apply for the rest of the hotel. It seemed hard getting necessary help. For instance non working light bulbs in the room was not replaced after continuous reminders, and the bell service had to be called many times before showing up. The hotel also seem to have a rather serious ant infestation, regardless how high you are from the ground. Our advice, find somewhere nice to stay in the nearby area. You deserve better. Les mer

Hotellet var etter min mening ok på de fleste felt, men en ting ødela totalt. Det var svært mye intern støy om natten der vi hadde rom. Virket som det var et vaskeri som gikk i naborommet. Siste natten sov vi ingenting selv med veldig gode ørepropper.

Old hotel, carpets dirty, but other than that is was OK.

Typically when we are on a vacation, we take bfast in the hotel only, either complimentary or paid, because we find it more relaxing not having to go out for bfast. For all hotel deals where b'fast is included, we never had to pay for my child. And we have been almost all over the world. No hotel charges for a small child who eats a bowl of cereal for […] b'fast. Windsor had complimentary b'fast for two, and they implemented it literally. Charged me about 350 Thai Baht per day for my child's breakfast. Very poor customer service, in room safe never worked. Personnel were always in a rush to answer questions and/or help. I am not recommending this hotel. Les mer

When you enter the hotel you are blown away by the greatness of the hall. But when you get into the elevator and out on your floor, you see that this an old hotel with worn down rooms. Everything works though, and when you only need the room for sleeping it is ok. One this however is the high of the shower - I am not that tall, and I could not stand […] under it. My brother is almost 2m tall, and hat to sit to take a shower. The pool is of great use in the heat as well as the aircon in all rooms. Les mer

Even though the glory days might be gone for this hotel it still gives you good value for your money. A 5 minute walk takes you to the sky train. The sukhomvit neighborhood is also quite nice and you will be in the center of the hotel district. Make sure you get a room in the tower and not in the garden wing, since this part of the hotel is old and […] does not have the same quality at all. Les mer

Good Clean hotel & good location

EXCELLENT LOCATION, BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU CAN ASK FOR WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE

It was a nice hotel close to things in Bangkok and has a nice pizza place right next door to the hotel and good massage place. The hotel says free wifi but they give you a user id and password and only one person can be on at a time and they won't let you get more then 1 for a room. So it sucks when you have more then 1 person wanting to check email […] or do something on the internet at the same time. The 2nd person has to pay for wifi. Staff was nice and Breakfast was good lots of selections. It is right off the main street. I would recommend it for its location. Les mer

THIS HOTEL IS VERY GOOD BUT RECOMMENDED IS PLS DO NOT GO FOR DELUXE ROOM THEY DO NOT LOOK AS THEY ARE SHOWN IN THE PICTURE INSTEAD GO FOR SUITES, THEY ARE LITTLE BIT EXTRA BUT WORTH IT.

Sale price on the internet means cut everything! Don't expect your room to look anything like the photos you see, you will be put in the cheap end rooms which you could get cheaper, and more convenient elsewhere. I was upgraded when I complained about the lack of privacy, not even a net curtain to protect you from the overlooking tower blocks. The room […] I went to had a leak in the shower - water poured from the room above when they took a shower. But at least I could open the curtains! I will not go back. Les mer

Very convinient Place at the centre city and convinient public transport accessible. People are good and very understanding. Only needs a Vegetarian Menu as very little for Indians.

Great hotel with outstanding sky views of the city. Excellent service. Central lobby is vibrant and welcoming. Try to get on the higher floors!

Checked in early & got upgraded to a suite. Good location, helpful staff, breakfast fine. Everything good except Disappointing that use of wifi was very expensive so we used internet cafe instead. Tv channels also limited ( no EPL football lol)

good , centrally located, accessable to all possible outdoor facilities.

We were surprised at how good this hotel was. The rooms are a little old but very spacious comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in a great spot close to shops, restaurants, bars and the new sky train. The pool is an oasis in the middle of Bangkok. With the inclusion of breakfast and free wi fi, the hotel is hard to go past for the price you pay. […] Would definitely stay there again. Les mer

i have stayed in nearly every hotel in bangkok, primarily on sukhumvit... this location is perfect to start, the front desk reception are just lovely and so easy and accomodating! we were in sweats and streets clothes and we were treated like royalty... such a lovely change from the much pricier REMBRANT hotel, we switch after just a night knowing it […] was not worth the money and unbearable. there are 2 supermarkets with in walking distnace and a family mart and and 7/11 less than 200 meters away. the pool and spa faciltites are gorgeous! my husband and i visiited the spa several times over our stay.... we actually extended our vacation due to the kindness of staff and how easy they made it for us to get around! This Hotel has an old building and the rooms in the old building are not as good as photos showed, besides, the internet access is almost impossible. My family was first arranged to stay there. We were so disappointed and unsatisfied. After strong request, The counter finally changed our rooms to the main (High) building. Over there, everythings is […] OK ! We got the rooms and services as mentioned in the wed. advertisment. The pool is not very big, but beautiful. Our children liked it very much. The breakfast is also good. We met some very friendly hotel staffs. One of the doorman even gave us tips on how to visit some places the fastest and cheapest ways. We will stay in this Hotel if we visit Thailand again, but We must make sure our room is in the main building. Les mer

I liked the stay at Windsor Suites hotel although there were a few things about the hotel staff that surprised me. First one was that the receptionist at check-in didn't even have the courtesy to say a simple hello or a smile. Found it quite rude to be shoved to the counter to be told "move there" especially after a long flight getting into Bangkok. […] Secondly I found it strange that I couldn't be given a tea-bag at breakfast since I found their pot tea too weak (very stingy for a big 4-star hotel). Besides the staff, the hotel was wonderful. Rooms are amazing (although I understand the hotel has an old block so don't know what the rooms are like in there). The hotel restaurant, Golden Palace, is great Chinese food - were really looked after up there. I think the location is superb so that makes this hotel great. Its close to both the metro and skyrail transportation service which makes it very convenient especially with busy Bangkok traffic where you may want to avoid cabs. All in all a good experience. No major problems with the hotel. This was the 2nd extended stay (3 weeks) within a year. The staff is great, everyone from the doormen, bell hops, front desk, dining staff, elevator security, and housekeeping. The beds were really to hard for my comfort. The a/c worked great.. The pool and spa facilities were top notch. One thing about breakfast, you […] can only get eggs loosly scrambled, or in omlet form, or sunny side up. Not as YOU may request them like "over medium". We had free Wifi, but we had to get a new Pass word daily. And at times that could take up to an hour to get. If you wanted to take a guest to breakfast, it was highly overpriced at 400 Baht about ($12.00).. The light level in the B/R is to low to see anything. We had to wait until daylight to unpack. All in all if was a positive experience, and we will surely be back as long as the price is reasonable. Les mer

Not sure if we benefited from a computer problem at the time of our check-in, but we were assigned a very nice, super spacious room on the 30th floor while booking the lowest room category! The room featured a small living room and a very large bedroom as well as two (small) TVs. All combined, the sure room was about 45 m2! If you’re into Thai cuisine, […] I recommend you try the restaurant “Saw Sam Sai” which is located right across the street of the hotel. They serve delicious traditional Thai dishes at reasonable prices (4-5$ for a main course). Les mer

Good Hotel. Nice Pool. Convenient location. Sadly tainted by its need to charge for internet.

we were allowed to check in early in the hotel - a big plus, as I was expecting to have to wait till 2 to check in. But as my flight arrived early in bangkok they checked me in at 7 AM, for no extra cost. The hotel is slightly old, you can only make out from the carpets, the couch and the TV's - but it's not something u need to hold against the hotel […] as it's quite comfortable and clean. The toilets are large and good, the bed and the climate control is comfortable. The location is really good too, the skytrain stations of Asok / Sukhumvit and Phrom Phong are 10 minutes away. And there's a shuttle service taking you to Phrom Phong (as Emporium mall is there too) The restaurant in the hotel for breakfast is expensive (400 baht) if breakfast is not included in your package, but there's lots of restaurants like au bon pain and starbucks around and street stalls too. Very good hotel - good value for money as they gave me a night free. Les mer

Excellent choice in many ways. Got lucky with a good deal - I think its normally more. Suite was HUGE but showing signs of age. Great view from the 23rd floor. Make sure you opt for the suite in the "all suite wing" and you'll be happy. Close enough to everything but in a quiet soi. Def recommend this place - would have been a top class hotel 10 years […] ago. Now you get the same thing a bit worn at the edges for a third of the price :) Les mer

Lovely 4 star hotel-could not ask any more from the hotel-friendly service and quick service plus quiet in the hotel. Hotel was about 40-45 mins from Kao San Road, and about 20mikns from Patpong. Only problem we had was as soon as you set foot out of the hotel you were hassled by 4/5 taxi drivers offering to take you to the local 'hot-spots' even if […] you didnt ask, and if you did take a taxi with one of them they would constantly ask you throughtout the whole journey to go to sex shows or 'boom boom', and tried the best they could not to take you where you actually wanted to go. The hotel i located in a kind of red ligth district. We were opgraded from Garden wing to Suites wing, but the lower part - below 12 floor. The rooms here are very old. I dont wont to think about how the rooms in the garden wings looks like. The Pool area, restaurant area and reception are very nice. Windsor is a bit further from the train stations than they would have you believe - a bit of an issue in either heat or rain...but it is worth it. Cool and quiet - restrained atmosphere - in a reasonably quiet road with some half-decent restaurants. It's not got the flash name of the big chains but it is well worth considering.

Når man ser indgangs partiet og receptions området så forventer man noget særligt men man bliver slemt skuffet. I vores tilfælde blev vi anvist tre forskellige værelser det ene være end det andet,der var ikke rengort på værelserne og på det ene stod der en tallerken med gamle frugter af diverse melon rester.På anden dagen måtte jeg have fat hotelmanageren […] for at få sat en ordenlig rengøring af værelset igang. Om søndagen var der så at sige ikke noget personale til morgenmaden borde blev ikke ryddet af og der var ikke brød til folk. Etage arealer blev ikke rengjort i den uge vi var der. Les mer

Hotellet var meget slidt, og vi fik ryger rum eller tidliger ryger rum. Det lugtet tydligt af tobak. Morgenmads buffen var langt under normal standart i Thailand, med halv tomme fade, og mangelfuld afrydning. Dårlig oplevelse.

Iäkäs hotelli hinta/laatu suhteeltaan hyvä. Suhteellisen rauhallisella paikalla, lähellä sky-train asemaa, jolla nopeat ja hyvät yhteydet keskustaan. Uima-allas osasto ja henkilökunta erittäin mukavaa. Menen uudeestaan jos kaupunkilomaa Thaimaassa aion viettää.

部屋の広さは大型のトランクを広げたとき、適度な広さで快適な部屋です。やや古さは感じるものの不快とは感じるものはありません。一つ難点を挙げれば、朝食付きでバイキング形式なのは良いのですが、7時頃レストランに行くと何もない状態があり、食べるものを確保するのが厳しかったです。それ以外はセキュリティもしっかりしているし、言うことなしです。コンビニには近いですし、タイマッサージ店も近いです。会社の定宿ですが、良いホテルであると思います。
