Her er det supert dersom man vil ha en badeferie og vil nyte strand og bading samt restauranter og uteliv. Perfekt for barnefamilier og venneturer. Store suiter med fult utstyrte kjøkken, stue, balkong, bra bad og stor seng. Rent og pent. Masse butikker og restauranter på området og stranda rett ved. Den beste stranda jeg har vært på!!! Vi var der i lav sesong som betyr at mye av butikkene ect var stengt men vi hadde steden neste for oss selv. Dette må være super i høysessong. Mye for pengene. Det rare var at lobbyen bare er åpen fra 8 til 8 noe som betyr at dersom man kommer etter kl 8 på kvelden er det litt pes og dersom man ønsker å sjekke ut før kl 8 om morran må det avtales. Vi også gjøre oppmerksom på at hotellet heter The Inn at Carrilion Beach.. greit å vite da det kan være litt fovirrende å finne frem.

"Good basic accommodation"
We are primitive campers, so anywhere with a bathroom, AC, fridge, microwave and bedsheets is luxury to us. We paid the same as we would have for a cabin in a campsite, with none of the above amenities, so thought we had a bargain. Good for a night's sleep, with great Mexican restaurant across the street. There is significant gang activity. The lock on the door did not function. Huge furry mold colonies.

Yuck! Pretty much everything in the room was dirty or at least felt that way. There were people drinking and partying in the parking lot until 2am.

It was the worse experience I have ever encounter staying at a hotel. When registering my stay I was aware that it was not a four star hotel.I at least thought by the pictures the hotel offered that its qualities reached the standards of a Super8, Red Roof, or a Motel6. It rated on my scale lower then them altogether. I was afraid for my life that's […] what type of look it had. The room itself was poor standards. I stayed there for Spring Break week, i figured that as a group of us we didn't need anything expensive because we wouldn't be in the room we was going to be doing more partying then anything all we needed the room for was to have a roof over our heads a bed to rest and bath. THE ROOMS WAS NOT AT ALL WHAT THEY LOOK LIKE ON THE COMPUTER. AND THE PEOPLE WAS STAYING THERE LIKE IT WAS THERE HOUSE SELLIN ALL KIND OF STUFF I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH IT AT ALL.

This motel should not be rated a half star property. It was dirty, in disrepair and the one positive thing was the toilet flushed. The carpet was filthy and worn down to the burlap in front of the sink. There was crumbs and buildup from lack of vaccumning (sp), even the chairs had food crumbs left on them. The shower curtain was moldy. They did not […] even clean the room my first night, because when I returned to the room after work, the bed was not made, trash not emptied, however there was a fresh handtowel left on the sink. I was in two rooms and both had doors that looked like they did not lock properly. Each looked like they had been forced with a crowbar. The safety latches were all broken. Other than the fact that the tub would begin to flood whenever the room next door was taking a shower, The room was somewhat clean, and the value of the hotel matched my expectations....after all, you get what you pay for.

Even if you are a spring breaker, don't go here. I am not a person that is hard to please, but this place is not acceptable in any way. I am not exaggerating in the least when I say this place is terribly run down, and looks nothing like the pictures. Me and my friend drove up to our room and there was a used contraceptive in the parking lot in broad […] daylight. There are many people staying there that look addicted to drugs and most likely are. I ordered a non smoking room and was giving a smoking room. The beds and pillows had stains all over them. The door to the room did not even fully shut and there were stains all over the walls. The head board of each bed had marks and gouges that appeared to be from a knife. The shower had hairs in it before we even took showers. I was so appalled that I asked for my money back immediately but was given nothing. I chose to waste the money I spent on that night and stay somewhere else rather then stay in this hotel. Prepaid for two nights but left after one. Maintenance is deplorable both inside and outside. Overall a very depressing place to stay.
The worse place I ever stayed at in my entire life, and I travel quite often.
"Scariest hotel we have EVER been to..."
First of all my two friends and I came to check in the service lady was rude then when we went to go around to the back to our room there were three police officers there..not sure what was going on but they left, then we walked by a group of people yelling and it smelled like marijuana when we passed by. When we got into our room both locks were broken, […] there were burn holes in the comforters, a big gap under our door, also there was a bug crawling on the wall and one that ran under the bed. We didn't even stay there 30 minutes, we packed back up our things and left immediately. The woman at the front desk wouldn't give us our money back. I was highly upset and was going to call the owner but couldn't get a number. We will never be coming back to any of these hotels again, worst hotel experience any of us have had!! Les mer

Starting with the postive .. front desk was very friendly and location was close to Spring Break hot spots taking into account a college budget Negatives: Never take a family vaction to PCB if you intend to stay here We were offered drugs our first night as we left the room Used condoms and cigarette butts everywhere We took all our belongings […] with us every time we left our room and refused to allow house keeping to clean our room Toilet didn't work and the beds were disgusting If you ever wanted to know what living in the Ghetto was like then this is the place to be Room smelled like smoke and the walls were paper thin But .. whatever goes on in the rooms is cool with the front desk so if partying is your thing this is your place Two towels per room Seems like the hotel pool and courtyard is now a community center where all neighborhood kids are sent to go wild at If you have no other choice but to stay here .. demand an upstairs room and never park on the back side of the building unless you want to donate your car tires and other valuables to passersby Not an exaggeration .. Backed up sink, dirty walls ,tile in bath moldy . The place is a low rental housing place. You should never send travelers there. We travel with 2 dogs ....so we did not have the option to leave with dogs and find another place. I called the desk to tell them about the sink, asked for another room. "NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE!!!!!!!!"
This particular experience was very awful for myself and my spouse. The attendant was very rude. I booked a room that was provided with a King size bed.Once i checked in and made it to my room. My room was apparently provided to another guest. Television was on with sheets pulled back. I went to the attendant and complained. She gave me a double room […] instead. I had already paid the amount so i figured a double would not be that bad. Four doors down from my original room, No wireless connection,no proper amount of towels or iron/ironing board,like the advertisement for the rooms were stated. The neighbors had a situation to where cops needed to be called, i complained to the attendant,nothing was done about the problem. An hour after this situation occurred,myself and my spouse decided to try and get some sleep. We were awoken by bites on our necks, backs and arms. Housekeeping was very rude as far as with the morning rounds. I am very displeased with this experience and i don't recommend anyone to book this hotel at all. IF things are not put in order as they are stated then someone needs to take these features off of their current site for this hotel.. Les mer

"Void of possible"
This is a not very nice motel in a not very nice nieghborhood. Seems to be located in a slum like area of Panama City. The beaches are about 10 min away which is good, as is any decent resteraunts. I did nt feel very safe there. There is glass and trash laying around the surrounding areas amd sidewalks. The staff however was very helpful and nice, very […] personable, and even extended our checkouf time so we could stay at thebeach a bit longer. So that was cool. My room smelled funky at first but slowly went away, and one of or beds was placed so far to the wall that the bathroom door would barely open. In a handicapped room. I moved it. and the free wifi internet is unreachable from any room, and i was closest to the lobby Les mer

"Just what we needed!"
I didn't expect much for the price I paid, and after reading all the reviews, but felt like I got my monies worth. We were looking for the cheapest rate we could find and in doing so I knew it wouldn't be what I wanted but was what I needed at the time. "Nice motel with a great pool"
Clean and adequate room, hotel staff was nice. Microwave and refridge in room, and bed was satisfactory. Lots of guests and families. Many used the pool which was large and fabulous after a long day. My only complaint was a little noisy around bedtime, and the coffee was either too strong or bitter, but it was the only thing offered for "breakfast". […] No regrets. This was a fine room for the price. I would stay again. It's close to all the nice beaches, and near the docks were I found wonderful eateries near the piers overlooking the gulf. Les mer

"Get what you pay for"
Let's be honest with each other, what were you expecting? The hotel is older but SAFE. It's on US98 with a low income neighborhood behind and to one side but SAFE. There are long term rates so "YES" some people are there all the time and tend to hang out just outside of their rooms and they all know each other, several even grilled during the weekend […] that I stayed. The room: older, a crack in the bathroom door, the king size bed had a sag in the middle, but was clean. The room was clean and met all of my basic needs. The only complaint, as several have mentioned before, is that if you have neighbors that talk above a general conversation level, you hear a lot of noise. It is also one of the few places that allows pets and there were a lot of them staying at the hotel. Les mer

We arrived at night. When we turned on the light a roach scampered across the table. The carpet and chairs were very nasty. The bed was hard. Thank God the sheets were clean. There were two gentleman's clubs within walking distance. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If it had not been Labor Day weekend, we would've stayed somewhere else.
Well between the strippers from the toy box, drug dealers calling your room phone, the drug dealers driving up in the parking lot stopping you, and one of my players wives getting her purse snatched... All in all, this place is horrible.. Teammates caught bed bugs.. And the young guy that worked the desk the overnite was a box of rocks..

The best part of room was the ac unit stayed on all night. I love cold rooms. We stayed here one night because we came one day early and our condo reservations weren't until following day. It's an older hotel but for the price you can't beat it. Would recommend if your just passing by.

"Budget Hotel, what more can I say"
The overall stay wasn't too bad, a bit better than I expected for a room on a weekend in Panama city. The neighborhood wasn't the best but I was more worried about the other guests of the hotel. You had a nice dose of hood rats, drug dealers and prostitutes all within easy mugging distance. My overall recommendation, sleep with your doors locked and […] a gun under your pillow. Motel is in poor condition. I do not recommend it to anyone. Security does not exist at the location. It is very close to being condemn it is in such poor condition.
Where do I start? I was very uneasy after reading the previous reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Is the hotel older? - Yes. Was it maintained? -Yes. Were there bugs? - NO! Did it have a foul odor? - NO! For the price I paid, I got a great room! My only complaint was that the non-smoking rooms were right next to the smoking rooms.
