Sentralt hotell med hyggelig og trivelig betjening, svært godt renhold, fornuftig innredede rom og meget god frokost. Eneste minus var en del støy fredagsnatten fra restauranten utenfor hotellet.

Once we were upgraded, we enjoyed our room. as is so typical in Paris, the rooms are quite small , , , and the Richepanse was no exception. Out two major complaints were 1) we were not told either that the breakfast wd cost OR that the cost of the breakfast varied with the kind of fruit you got (??), so we got a giant expensive surprise upon checkout. […] 2) no damned electrical outlets in the bathroom, so i had to curl a curl in the bedroom, go into the bathroom to see what it looked liked, go back and do another curl (or redo the first one) . . . you get the picture. BTW, their hairdryer was broken thtower, e whole time we were there, even had i wanted to use it. The good news was that the hotel is within walking distance of virtually EVERYthing: Louvre, Eiffel Tower, L;Orangerie, Notre Dame, Champs D'Elysee, major shopping, and so on. a few nice little good places to eat in the immediate area. While the hotel was lovely, the people of Paris managed to let us know they don't really like American tourists. The hotel staff all speak English, but they may be the only people in Paris who do. We had a superior room on the first floor, (rm. 11) charming and nicely appointed, but the underground trains were rather noisy. The location for the hotel […] is ideal, close to the hop on hop off bus, walking distance to lots of must see sights. Slippers and robes were in the room and really appreciated when we came back to the hotel cold and wet. Charming cafes near hotel made meals easy even when April in Paris was freezing and rainy! This hotel is located in the most expensive shopping area of Paris and very near to all of the main attractions. The hotel itself is small but nice and the staff were great. For the price it is an excellent deal. However, the carpets in the room were not at all clean and there were two major construction projects going on across the street from the […] property. The windows were very soundproof, but when construction began in the morning it could be loud. As usual for Paris the rooms are tiny and the tub/shower is incomprehensible for an American. Les mer

Pleasant front desk staff, comfortable top-notch bedding and toiletries. Twice daily maid service. There's some construction in the front of the hotel, so ask for a side street room if you are really a light sleeper. Superior rooms overlook Place Madeleine church and is quite pretty. Breakfast is very good quality, but like most, very expensive at 20E. […] Brasserie across the street is a less expensive option for getting your coffee and breakfast. Recommended and will return. The staff was very helpful in providing suggestions on where to eat and how to get there. The location was fabulous. Easy walking distance to most sights.

Excellent value. Friendly staff surprised us pleasantly. Very cooperative and responsive. Will go back next time I am in Paris.

FIRST TRIP TO PARIS, met my daughter for a quick few day visit. The Staff at the hotel were so helpful and accomdating. The room was impecabbly clean everyday. The location was absolutely perfect to access all site seeing, shopping and fabulous restaurants. Would recommend this to anyone, thank you!!!!!

From the first contact with the concierge to the final check the staff were superb. They were helpful, attentive and very courteous. A lot is mentioned about the undergruond train noise but whilst noticeable it wasn't intrusive and a bonus to this is the short distance to the Metro at Madelaine. Location of the hotel is excellent, a short walk to Champs […] Ellesye, close to shops and attractions such as Moulin Rouge, Louvre etc. It is a hotel that would encourage you to walk as the location is so central that you don't need to use the public transport to get around. Several good restuarants in the near vacinity, Italian around the corner and two restuarants facing the hotel entrance, annd a bar next door on the corner of the street. Posh shops close by interspersed with decent french boutiques. Bah hunbug if you dont have a good experience because you will have let it happen - if there's a problem talk to the staff and they will try to sort it Les mer

This is a very well run hotel in a convenient location. All staff very attentive and the communla areas and room were well fitted out. Air conditioned with controller in room. A little noise from metro and outside traffic. Breakfast is 17 euros, with a very wide range of items to choose from. If you don't want much for breakfast you would be better […] off visiting the brasserie on the opposite side of the street and to the left as you come out of the hotel. Lots of eating places nearby. The brasserie is very popular with locals at lunchtime - very busy and noisy. One needs to go early to avoid waiting for a table. Les mer

You really can't beat the location of this hotel: just a few blocks from the Tuileries, the Louvre, the Opera, Madeleine Place, and the Champs Elysees, and within a 20 to 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Musee d'Orsay and many other museums and monuments. It's also a few blocks from multiple metro stops, so all of Paris is accessible. […] There are dozens of restaurants and shops within a five-minute walk, and at least four restaurants within sight of the hotel. The location is not on a major road, so there's minimal street noise. The metro must run directly underneath the hotel because we could feel/hear it (and we were on the fourth floor, out of six). It wasn't loud enough to wake us up but it was definitely noticeable. We booked a superior room, which was very clean, a good size (by European standards) and nicely furnished (but not luxurious). The room had a flat-screen TV with 20 or so channels. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and all spoke English. Breakfast was expensive at 17 euros per person for a buffet (including made-to-order eggs). But there are tons of other places to eat nearby so that's not a real issue. I had a short stay in Paris, only three days. We arrived on train from Amsterdam about 10am. Our room was not ready but the hotel held our luggage and we were off to walk a short distance to stroll down the Champs Elysee to the Arc de Triomphe. This is a very conveniently located hotel, Champs Elysee, Louvre, all in walking distance. Seems like a very […] safe neighborhood and the Madeline metro or Concorde metro stations are right near the hotel. Fabulous service, they cleaned your room in the morning and at night and replenished the tea and coffee. Great value for the price and location. Les mer

Convenience of location is a plus. Clean and private. Knowledgable and friendly staff. After staying in several hotels across Europe this hotel was refreshing. Great room for the money spent.

Hotel is very close to two metros for easy access to most places. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely and one of the best of the best western's I've stayed at.

Being near the Madeleine was wonderful. The hotel was a bit costly for us, but better than many hotels in that location.The air conditioning was great, the elevator functioned, the computer in the lobby was quick if you could figure out the non-qwerty keyboard (which was pretty easy), and the people at the desk were great in French and English. We did […] not use the room service, but it seemed from the menu that the food came from the restaurant across the street. We ate there one time and found it wonderful. We did use the teas supplied with the teakettle. There was a good assortment. We were close to the best shopping on Boulevard Haussmann and not far from Place de la Concorde. If this does not strain your pocketbook too much, it is worth the cost for the location and comfort. Les mer

This is a great hotel in a fabulous location. You are a few blocks from the Louvre, Place de La Concorde, Place de La Vendome, and the Seine. The room was large by European standards with a lovely bathroom(great robes!) Service and staff were fabulous. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel in March. The room was small and the hotel was alright. We had a family emergency and had to leave early. The very nice lady at the front desk said that the hotel will only charge hotels.com for the days we stayed and we should be able to get a refund. On returning home we tried to get the refund but the hotel manager, Mr. N, […] said that we stayed the entire time. He had proof of stay but the hotel manager was uncompromising. We love Paris and plan to go finish our trip at a later date. Will never stay at this place again. Poor service and inflexibility of staff. A good hotel is judged by how well they can handle these situations..... Les mer

Best hotel I've used in France. Great service, centrally located, large rooms, and easy access.

Hotellet udfyldte til fulde vore forventninger hvad angår værelsets størrelse, indretning og komfort. Venligt personale og god service. Kun morgenmadsrestauranten var meget lille med ventetid til følge hver dag.

höchst aufmerksame Reception, die Zimmer und das Hotel sind sauber bis ins kleinste Detail, ideal gelegenes Boutique-Hotel in kleiner Seitenstrasse nächst sehr guten Restaurants, sehr nahe zur Oper, den Tuileries, der Seine, perfekt für Museen, Shopping, dazu direkte und schnelle Metrolinie (14) ab/zu Gare de Lyon quasi vor der Tür. Hôtel de situation très centrale, personnel excellent, accueil parfait...je le recommande chaudement!!!!

Hotellet ligger perfekt i centrum af Paris. Tæt på Concorde Pladsen og shopping i verdensklasse. Personalet er utroligt venligt på en diskret og professionel måde, der skaber en hyggelig og afslappet stemning. Man føler sig virkelig velkommen. Absolut et besøg værd.

マドレーヌの駅からすぐです。部屋も広く、テレビも大きくて、ベッドも大きくてよかったです。バスルームも広くて清潔でした。洗濯物がすぐかわく、設備があり、重宝しました。フロントのスタッフも感じがよかったです。難点をいえば、上の方の階でしたが、メトロの走っている音が深夜少し聞こえます。

Très bon hôtel, calme malgré la proximité du carrefour de la Madeleine. Juste bémol; petit-déjeuner cher sinon le personnel est très aimable et les chambres confortables.

喫煙可能な部屋が用意され、朝食もスクランブルエッグ等ホットミールを含むブッフェで、部屋の広さ浴室のシャワーの作りからバスタオルの材質までベストウェスタンプレミアのクオリティの高さを実感した。ただ、連泊して感じたことは、各階５～６室６階建ての構造のためルームクリーニングのタイミングを逃すと後回しになり、２時間程度の外出ではクリーニングされていないことがあった。希望の時間にクリーニングしてもらうためにはフロントに強く言う必要がある。

ロケーションが非常に便利。喫煙可能な部屋が用意され、部屋のクオリティも良く、朝食はスクランブルエッグ等ホットミールのあるブッフェで満足した。１点不満は、真下を地下鉄が走っているらしく結構地鳴りのような音がする点。今回の旅行で唯一チェーンホテルであるがさすがにレベルは外さないと感心した。

Bra läge, trevlig personal, rent och snyggt så det är lätt att rekommendera hotellet. Enda nackdelen är att tunnelbanan hörs.
