Good value. Smaller room but very adequate for 2 people. All we could expect for the lower cost of the room.

"Near destination"
Had to upgrade to better room when I realized I was lacking essential amenities such as microwave and refrigerator. Room was small but comfortable for single person. Reasonable value for money.

We reserved our room on hotel.com n when we got there they had the wrong rooms for us. The first night was uncomfortable but the next morning we changed rooms. After all that our stay was fine. We stayed 3 night.

"Great Hotel for the Price"
If you just need a place to sleep for the night, this is a great hotel. Well priced, and located at a fantastic exit on the NYS Thruway. It's near Rochester's nicest mall, a Starbucks, Dicks Sporting Goods, a movie theater and lots of restaurants. The rooms are small, but it's called a "microtel" for a reason! "Loud Trucks No Sleep!!"
Loud semis constantly fueling up. Long walk to service desk. Breakfast was cold and not to mention prepared poorly. Would not stay again for free. =\

"Our NY Stay in Victor"
Upon arrival, check-in was fast and easy. Room/bathroom was clean (except tub). The queen bed comfortable except pillows bothered my neck. Our second day were surprised the bed had not been made before our return to the motel. All in all it was OK for two-night stay.

A very nice hotel for the money. I was impressed with the amenities and breakfast. Fruit was provided throughout the day. A safe location and staff was polite. I liked the comfortable window seat and free wi-fi.

While attending an All-State event in Rochester, we booked this hotel in order to avoid the high rates & limited availability of hotels in Rochester proper. The location was convenient, the room was SMALL but clean and comfortable. Reminded us of a cruise ship cabin. I will stay here again if I return to the area.

For the price, it served it's purpose. Shower head was broken and sprayed water above the curtain all over the bathroom. TV remote button had no battery cover, they were taped in. Again, didn't pay much even with taxes, you get what you paid for.

The only drawback with the room was that there wasn't enough blankets. The comforter was very thin and there was no other blanket on the bed. I had to turn the heat all the way up to warm up the room so I could actually go to sleep.

"Just an Overnight Stay"
My girlfriend and I stayed here just as a way to break up the drive from Long Island to Toronto. The hotel was more than adequate for a one-night stay. The hotel is very convenient to the Thruway, and the room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious.

I only stayed one night for bussiness and found it to be perfect for what I needed. Walking distance to Resturants. Clean and cute. Staff were very nice. Have no complaints. I would stay again. Clean bed clean bathroom what else do you need?
"Not bad for the money"
The room was outdated and there were a few issues with cleanliness, but the bed was very comfortable it was quiet. We arrived late and did not stay very long, so it was a spot to get a good night's rest. The price paid reflected the quality of the room.

"NYS Thruway hotel at Victor, NY"
The room was small, as expected, but clean & comfortable. No flat screen TV but many channels. Close to the Thruway so somewhat noisy. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. They were very interested in feedback so the hotel will remain a good place to stop. We were there 6 nights. Good restaurants and shopping were close.
very hard to sleep as it backs onto a highway that has a lot of truck traffic in the night. I will not be booking this hotel again for that reason.
There was only one problem with the 3 day stay at Microtel Victor N.Y. The key card had to be re-keyed every morning.

we stayed 3 nights at this hotel and found it quite adequate for the price. It was also relatively clean and the continental breakfast was a good fair.
This hotel was suitable for our needs. Did here alot of road noise throughout the night but all in all it was a comfortable stay.

Note that this location is hard to find on the GPS and Google Maps - they find instead a location closer to Rochester. "Great hotel"
We were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It looked like rain and we didn't have an umbrella so one of the staff found one for us. the rates were reasonable. We would stay there again.
"Sleep in Car instead"
This is the worst place I have ever stayed. The room had a musty smell. Found a hair on the bed. The whole bathroom smelled like urine, and found some on the toilet seat! Could not relax enough to sleep well so left early. This was my first and last time staying at a Microtel.

Rooms could have been cleaner. No elevator so if you are older, request a main floor room. The hotel needs to be updated particularly in the hall way.

The Microtel in Victor, New York was a fine place to stay. Signage on the highway could be better. Clean, comfortable, and with a friendly staff. Nice selection at breakfast. Very good for price.

The beds were very comfy and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Portions of this hotel were recently converted to non-smoking but the smell is still there very strong. The appearance was nice. Room was clean and smelled fine. The room was small, but had everything we needed. TV worked ok. Not a flatscreen, but had free HBO. There was no smoking smell in the hallways- a pleasant change. Bed was a little soft. Linens were clean. Shower worked well. AC worked well. The breakfast was well stocked and typical for a budget […] continental. The kitchen worker was very friendly and helpful. I have stayed at many budget hotels like this in my travels. I am not what you would call a fussy traveler. I want a comfortable bed, a shower, ac and tv that all work, a non smoking room that doesn't smell, and not too much noise from my neighbors. This one met all of those, and is among the best for overall appearance and cleanliness, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Les mer

Would not stay again. Cochroaches in the bathroom. The hotel needs to be gutted and redone. Didn't try continental breakfast after the roach incident.

We have been staying at this Mircotel Inn for about 4 years now. It is near where my daughter went to college. We have always been very happy with the place until this last trip. The cleanliness of the rooms was not we have had in the past. We were disappointed this last trip. "Nice cozy hotel"
The room lived up to the name - was really micro sized..just one feet space surrounding the bed. But other than that a nice continental breakfast and good location made it up. Pricey for the small room. If you have no other option, you cannot go wrong with this.

I booked on line a room with 2 beds ,but when I get there they told me I had a room with 1 full bed . If I want to have duble bed a had to pay extra 10 $ plus tax . I think it is not right because I paid for 2 beds . Thank you Alina Tofan
