"Freeway side"
avoid any room on the freeway side. Heavy truck traffic all night long. Extremly loud when a big rig is exiting the freeway, especially since the off ramp is above your room.

This motel was clean and well kept. Minimal amenities but I don't require a lot when I travel. I would probably stay here over more expensive motels in the area.

"Just dumpy"
There wasn't anything specifically wrong with the room. The sheets were clean and the bathroom was as well. The room just was old and run down, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the sheets were well past needing to be retired.
"Travelers Inn- great hotel"
Clean room, comfy beds,truck and boat parking was great, fridge was cold and air was on when we checked in which was nice. Pool was beautiful and clean..open till 10 p.m. check in and check out was easy. I would say this was a great hotel for our river trip! Will definitely stay here again!

"Traveler's Inn in Needles - Good for a Rest"
After a long drive all the way across New Mexico and Arizona, the Traveler's Inn was a welcome sight. It's kinda a no-frills destinations, but it served its purpose well in preparing me for another long drive the next day during our cross-country move. The beds were great and the A/C worked perfectly.
"Ok as a basic motel"
Nothing special, nothing really bad. Rooms are very large yet very basic. Flat pillows, shabby towels, bed so so, and only body soap provided. But for the price, I think most would be satisified. Needles is a stopping point to travel somewhere else and as a quick place to get a night's sleep it is that but nothing more.

When I booked the room the only option was 1 Queen. However, when I arrived I let the desk clerk know that I really needed 2 beds, or my daughter would have to sleep on the floor. He went out of his way to accomodate me! The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. I gave the hotel a 5 because the price was very cheap, and I had no problems. Also, […] I left two diamond rings in the room when I checked out. When I realized my mistake 1.5 hours later, I called the motel. They ran up the to room, found my rings, and had them waiting for me when I returned! PRICELESS! We will definately stay here again the next time we go to the river! Les mer

It was what I expected for the location and price.

Outside felt like a sauna (Needles is a hot place). Room AC was very welcome and cool. Ice machine on our floor was broken but others worked fine. The pool is small and crowded and water not very cool. For a cheap price it is worth it.
"Good times at the river....."
The desk quick and easy. Room was clean, and more important, when the temps a high outside, the AC was exceptional. Also traveling with a boat the parking is important, and this was available as well. Overall a good experience on this visit.

Similar to a Motel 6 except there's a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. But identical other that, so I wouldn't pay much more than a Motel 6 rate. Pros: located right by a McDonalds, room was cool when I entered, room had mini-fridge and microwave, free wireless, allows pets. Cons: bed was hard and pillows were flat, AC unit was very loud, no breakfast, […] no coffee maker in room but there's coffee in the lobby, no shampoo but there was plenty of soap, carpet was badly stained, there were a couple of dark hairs on the back of the bathroom sink when I entered the room (gross!). "Travelers Inn Needles - clean and basic"
We stayed at Travelers Inn both ways on our trip. Both times, our room was very clean and in good repair. The carpet was not sticky and did not leave the bottom of my feet black. Both rooms had a refridgerator and microwave, four dresser drawers, hanging space, a table, and two chairs. The pool area was very pleasant and well maintained. The motel is […] very near McDonalds, Denny's, and Jack in the Box. The pillows are thin, so it wouldn't hurt to bring extras. Also, if you are a light sleeper, you may want to request the top floor because motion overhead is fairly creaky. The room is supplied with towels for two, so if you have more than two in your party, you may want to ask for more towels while you are at the front desk. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. "Travelers Inn Needles ,Ca"
This hotel is close to freeway and has a Dennys, & McDonalds restaurants around it a lot of gas stations. It says it is only 26 miles & 30 min to Laughlin Nevada, well that may be but it is a lot longer to Laughlin because the speed limits are only 35 & 45 the whole way with 1 @ 55mph. We stayed there for the H.O.G.River Run in Laughlin Nv 4/23-25th/2010. […] Now that was FUN,no parking tho.we had to park a long way from the activties.35,000+people there. LOTS OF FUN. The hotel personnel was so friendly and very helpful when we needed new towels and the such.good handicap parking, this hotel is very quiet and nice to stay at. just a few minor details needed redoing like the carpet needed vacuuming again.The bath tub would not drain when one took showers,had Microwave & refridgerator no coffee pot or coffee. for the price it needed some up do's. "unorganized and unprofessional!!!"
Upon arrival, we stated that we were there for two nights and we would not be checking in again the second night so they needed to write a little note that we were the same people and that everything was paid for. They confirmed that things were taken care of and that we were checked in for both nights. The second night as we tried to enter our room […] we noticed that our keys were not working, so I went to the front desk to rewrite them. The clerk re-keyed the cards and we went back to our room for the evening. Then, at THREE IN THE MORNING, we received a threatening call stating that we were in that room illegally and that they needed my credit card information now or they were going to throw us out! I stated that we booked two separate nights, where she then claimed that "oh, I found it". and hung up, without even apologizing!! The next morning when I approached the front desk, all I got were excuses and the run around!! After calling my booking company, they assured me of a full refund for the second night stay. After talking to the hotel manager, the called me back to say I got 15% off that night's stay!! I said that what they did was totally unacceptable and demanded a refund in full!! The booking company was able to get the refund that I had requested!! Thank you to the booking company, boo to travelers inn in needles!! The walls and floors are thin and very disruptive!! The 12, 13 year old girls dance group that was placed above us started to practice their dance from 5-7 in the morning and we heard EVERY step!!! If you stay, stay on the third floor, and remember to RE-check in every night!! It was a horrible and very uncomfortable experience and I wouldn't recommend the stay to anyone!! Les mer

went home for holiday and the location was good. close to freeway. there were rude guests next door but that was not the hotel staffs doing. Needless to say guests were arrested and all was fine!! ;0)

"great location between Lake Havasu and Laughlin"
We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and brought out puppy and jet skis. The staff are friendly but the grounds and area are not nice. But if you want to jet ski the Colorado river it is only 15 minutes away to launch and alot of fun.

"About what you would expect"
There isn't much in Needles anyway, but if you are stopping there as a midway point in a trip as I was, this is not a bad place. I've stayed as some pretty bad places in this price range, however here the rooms were clean, the AC worked excellently (a huge deal in Needles in July, it was like 105 degrees in the evening there), it was quiet, and realitively […] confortable. While there was nothing that jumped out as being great, the combo of all those little things made for a good nights sleep. While this is nothing like the fancy rooms you'll find in Laughling or Lake Havasu (both about 30 mins away), I can honestly say that if I were passing through there again, I'd certainly stay at this motel again. "good room for the money and the area"
If we had to stay in Needles again, I would stay at the Travelers Inn, it was not fancy but clean and that is important to me.

Pros: Has a mini frig and microwave. Located right next to McDonalds. Allows pets, but there is a small fee. Cons: No coffee maker in room and no continental breakfast! No shampoo or blow dryer either. Curtain doesn't make it very dark in room. The room was hot when I checked in and the AC took about an hour to finally cool the room down.
