This hoteI was charming and tranquil and transport into dublin was excellent. We did not enjoy the italian restaurant as we found the food greasy and bland. The room was very comfortable - the beds were nice and big with good linen. I don't think the air con. was working but it did not matter as we kept the window open. The staff were always polite […] and helpful. Big car park and beautiful garden. Wedding at the week ends so expect loud music until the small hours. Les mer

Hotel St. Helen's ligger et godt stykke sør for selve sentrum, men hvis du synes det er greit med 15-20 min busstur til og fra Temple Bar District så kan du bo forholdsvis rimelig - og ikke minst herskapelig! Hotellet har en stor park rundt seg, og på godværsdager er det fint å sitte her og slappe av. Buss går rett utenfor hotellet og helt til sentrum. […] Koster €1.80 (husk akkurat - de veksler ikke). Dette er et flott hotell som ligger i en nydelig hage, Rommet var stort, med gode. store senger. Vi har ingenting å utsette hverken på rengjøring av rom eller service fra de ansatte. Dette hotellet ligger et stykke fra bysentrum, men vi syntes ikke det var noe problem å ta seg inn til sentrum med buss. Et annet pluss var at det i tillegg til å få kjøpe […] middag i spisesalen, var mulig å få kjøpe mat i baren og oppholdsstuen til sent på kveld Les mer

Vi var både fornøyd med utseendet/standaren på hotellet og serviceen. Rolige og naturskjønne omgivelser, med kun kort vei med taxi eller buss til sentrum. Buss koster ca 2 euro per person og taxi ca 14 euro tilsammen. Turen tar ca 10-15 minutter avhengig av trafikk. Man kan også gå til sjøen og til den lille byen Blackrock hvis man er glad i å gå litt […] i nærområdet. Det eneste som negativt var lukten av slam fra sjøen når det var lavvann. Den kunne komme til hotellet med vinden og det luktet på rommen når vi hadde vinduet åpent. Ellers fantastisk herskapelig hage,men nydelige rosebed, fontener og store løvtrær som rammet inn hotellets område. Frokosten var det ingenting å utsette på. Noe for en hver smak, men frukt og yougurt, stekte egg og bacon, grovbrød og laks og annet flott pålegg. Alt i alt et veldig fornøyd kjærestepar på sin første tur til Dublin! Les mer

Excellent space for children to play outdoor. Nice flower garden and water fountain. Very warm welcome by staff. Rental car parking arrangements excellent. Good connections with Dublin Bus services, Air Coach and DART (regional trains), though slight walk capability required. Guided bus tours Dublin hop-on/hop-off by pick up shuttle bus service at hotel […] entrance 10:30 is OK. Local bus services and train services are affordable. Various dining and food/drink offerings, heartly service received. PC Broadband services inclusive in stay, very good equipped fitness room, discret staff and well manned service. Excellent bathroom and bed arrangement for family of four. High quality and old fashion. Think children up to 17 yrs age were considered free when staying in same room as parents. Les mer

Veldig bra service fra hyggelig betjening. God mat og fine rom. Nydelig hotell og flott hage. God bussforbidelse til og fra sentrum, reiser gjerne tilbake hit.

As soon as we arrived we knew it would be a great stay. Our room was beautiful, followed by a lovely massage at the spa & tasty lunch. The staff could not do more to help! Would stay here again & only wish we stayed more than 1 night. Its so clean, posh & that bed was like sleeping on feathers. Very happy brummies :)

Very comfortable. Nice grounds. Location handy for Dart and Booterstown. Free Wifi Only quibble was bar/restaurant prices were on the high side.

Very comfortable hotel. The bus links to the city centre were excellent but you have to allow about 25 minutes.

A real beautiful hotel, deserving of its 5 star rating , has an old world feel to it with beautiful gardens all in spring bloom. if you are looking for hotel close to Dublin but in a quiet location away from traffic and street noise, Radisson St. Helen's is for you.

Excellent hotel with beatiful surroundings ,friendly service ,nice room , reasonable price and good fitness suite -just great!! Fantastic breakfast buffet.

Over all hotel might b good bit left my jacket in hotel room which I never got bac after calling them three time this is ridiculous if u see the standards of a five star hotel!!!

Nice hotel, not 5 star at all and the reducing price to stay there will tell you that. Restaurant food very good and service of a high level also, breakfast good to again with good service. Room was a standard double which was a good size and had everything you would expect of a standard double. How the hotel is rated as a 5 star I don't know though, […] I like the hotel but does not match up to to other 5 stars I have stayed at or even some 4 star hotels Started to look a bit dated and in need of a touch up but I get the feeling this is not going to happen. The hotel location is too far-off from city center, restaurants, or supermarket. Hotel eating place didn’t offer much.

I just want to say we had a wonderful stay, unfortunately just one night. the room was spacy and the bed the most comfortable one we had slept in during our vacation. The food was very good and the staff very accommodating as we were inbetween meal times from light the dinner, but gave us the dinner we wanted. would definately stay there again.

This is a wonderful really good 5 star hotel. The grounds are very lovely. The staff were efficient and friendly. The bedroom was super and decorated to a high standard. The bars and restaurant were places you wanted to spend time in and the food was really top class. I would definately stay in this hotel again.

We were very pleased at our recent stay in the Raddisson Blu, The surroundings were excellent, you would not think you were actually in the city. The only complaint I had was that when we asked at reception about dinner in the restaurant they did not advise we had to book so when we arrived there we were told they couldn't take us as we had not boo […] ked. This hotel was like a castle, the gardens are beautiful all full of roses. The breakfast is the best, a lot of food and the service is great!!! There is a bus that you can take to town and it runs every 10 minutes. Make sure to ask for a view of the garden.

A quality hotel in a pleasant area with direct bus route to city but would need a car to tour the surrounding sea and mountain areas. Comfortable sitting areas and nice garden. Bedrooms clean with very comfortable beds. Well maintained property. Would recommend .

Nice rooms set in a large park-like garden, however service was very average. The food ordered from the bar menu (Orangerie?) was disappointing: dried up chicken on almost stale bread -- just not worth the price.

Hotel was first class - comfortable room, beautiful grounds, good service. The Orangerie Bar is worth a visit, lovely surroundings to relax over a drink.

This is a beautiful location and that is about it. They do nothing else to deserve their five stars. The staff was rude from the first person at the checkout to the last person over charging us for tea before we left. They wouldn't put a cot in the room and wouldn't give us an extra hot chocolate packet at night. They didn't help us to get a bus tour […] or ride to the airport. The grounds are beautiful, the bar is nice but of course everything is overpriced. Don't stay there with kids. And it's too far from the action - don't expect to get in to the city easily. Les mer

This hotel is top notch! The hotel is a beautiful property and sits just outside of the city center. The rooms were the best we experienced in our 2 week stay in Europe. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and nice. The front desk was very helpful and provided prompt wake up calls and fast room service. The bar in the hotel was […] a little slow. We waited at a table for about 30 minutes at a table for service before finally going up to the bar to order. The bar lounge area was very nice though. The hotel is set a little bit out of the city, but we had no problem taking the bus in and out. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel and takes you right into the heart of the city. The only issue we had was being out to late one night and we had to catch a taxi because the buses were not running. The taxi fare was about 20 Euros from the city center, but it was quicker than the bus. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Dublin! Les mer

Reall enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was superb , room and staff were first class. Location excellent.

I wouldn't consider this hotel 5 star. It was nice but not that nice, it was clean but not 5 star clean. And I had 2 heavy bags. NO ONE at the hotel offered to help me carry my bags when I checked in or when I checked out. I consider that bad service for a 5 star hotel. Also I couldn't get any air in my room. No heat. No air conditioning. They offered […] to move me rooms but with no help. I would have had to once again carry my bags on my own. Which makes me sound lazy, but seriously this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Wouldn't stay again. Les mer

What a beautiful hotel, with expansive gardens, spacious business class suites - complete with everything including expresso machines. The gorgeous lounge and bar areas provide a level of comfort rarely experienced in a hotel in its price range. Well worth the inconvenience of being away from the city centre.

Attended a wedding at Radisson recently. We found it absolutely without fault. Food, service, accommodation, general ambience - excellent.

Beautiful hotel - lovely staff! Amazing bar in the conservatory (The Orangerie) and gorgeous rooms! Huge beds! Will definitely visit again soon!

We stayed here for business so not in the hotel much but when we were it was very good. It was a little far out of the city center, about 15 euro in a taxi but i think there were buses nearby. would stay again!
